British professional triathlete Harry Palmer recently took the title for the third year in a row at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea, an accomplishment that is not often achieved in sport.  A home race, a stacked field and a run battle right to the finish line, Harry held his nerve, held the gap  and took the tape in style in front of a spectacular crowd in South Wales.  In this episode Harry shares how patience, confidence and a mid-run mental reset helped him manage the race pressure to hold off his chasers to secure his third straight victory in Swansea.  Following a decorated age group career he switched to the pro ranks in 2019 and has had lots of success in the sport in recent years. From his three-peat in Swansea, to winning the Challenge "The Championship" Samorin this year, which he backed up with a third place at the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 Jönköping European Championship after a 4th place last year. In this episode of Do The Work | Mindset Mastery, we are looking at the momentum we are building as an organization and the specific patterns that separate elite producers from those who hit a ceiling. We recently celebrated some massive wins, including our very own Grecia winning Rookie of the Year for one of the largest associations in the country. She did under 15 million in sales in her first year. It is inspiring, but it also highlights a critical truth about growth. The jump from 1 million to 3 million is tough. The jump from 5 million to 10 million is even tougher. But the hardest jump for most agents is moving past the point where they are doing everything themselves. Most agents are redlining. They are working at 100 percent capacity just to keep their current business afloat, which means they do not have the mental space to think about what is next. They are too busy solving small problems on individual deals to see the bigger picture. That is where the concept of the three-peat comes in. It is not just about a single win. It is about building a repeatable, systematic process that allows you to win again and again without burning out. To get to that next level, you have to invest in your infrastructure before you see the full return. You have to buy back your time by bringing on the right personnel and implementing the right systems. Key Insights Growth requires a shift in how you use your revenue. If you are a 15 million dollar producer but you are still using the same staff and systems you had at 3 million, you are going to break. You cannot swim in deep waters with a shallow mindset. You have to stop viewing support as a cost and start seeing it as an investment in your sanity and your future. Many people avoid making these moves because they are afraid of the short term dip in profit. They think they can save money by doing it themselves. But what is the cost of a missed lead? What is the cost of forgetting to follow up with a client? One lost deal could have paid for a full time assistant for months. When you redline your engine every day, you are going to burn out before you ever reach the long game. Building a dynasty like we are doing here at AZ and Associates means focusing on what you are best at and delegating the rest. It means becoming a student of the game and staying intentional about your growth every single day. Midcourter Jake Noonan has been a male training partner for a host of Super Netball clubs over the course of his playing career — Collingwood, Fever, Giants and the Vixens. This year he's playing a crucial role at the Mavericks, helping to get the female athletes ready for game day. The past week he's been busy representing Victoria at the AMMNA National Championships in Perth, where the state were crowned champions for a third straight tournament. Welcome to Episode 149 of Tablesetters, where we continue our division preview series by turning to the National League West heading into the 2026 season. For most of the past decade, the division has revolved around one simple reality: everyone is chasing the Los Angeles Dodgers. That hasn't changed. Los Angeles has won 12 of the last 13 division titles and enters 2026 as the two-time defending World Series champion. And somehow, the roster might be even stronger. With Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts, and one of the deepest pitching staffs in baseball — including Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Blake Snell, Tyler Glasnow, and Roki Sasaki — the biggest question in Los Angeles may simply be health. If that rotation stays intact, the Dodgers could once again dominate both the regular season and October. Behind them, however, the division becomes far more unpredictable. The Arizona Diamondbacks may have one of the most exciting offenses in the National League behind Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte, but their pitching staff has been battered by injuries. That puts added pressure on young talent like Jordan Lawlar, whose development could quietly reshape Arizona's lineup. The San Diego Padres still feature elite star power with Manny Machado and Fernando Tatis Jr., and their bullpen remains one of the best in baseball. But with major rotation questions, the team may need a bounce-back year from Jackson Merrill to keep the offense dangerous behind its superstars. Meanwhile, the San Francisco Giants enter a fascinating new chapter after hiring former Tennessee head coach Tony Vitello as manager — one of the most unconventional moves of the offseason. Whether that energy translates to the major league clubhouse could define San Francisco's season. And then there are the Colorado Rockies, who are still firmly in rebuild mode after a brutal 2025 season. One bright spot did emerge: catcher Hunter Goodman, whose power breakout may give the organization a foundational player to build around. The favorite in the division is clear. But the race behind the Dodgers — particularly for Wild Card positioning — could become one of the most chaotic battles in the National League.
