When she decided it was time to learn to source her own deals and not purely buy off of MLS - she began studying wholesaling! She realized she couldn't do it alone and brought Sammi on board with her marketing background, to help with the day to day of the company. Together they set up a make-shift office in an Airbnb still under construction and began brainstorming, researching and cold-calling. After only 5 weeks of hustling they signed their first contract!
