Let's find out what's next for Roland, and meet the first of many new friends. This week, Kole Ross is joined by Evan Jones Thorne, Jeremy Greer, and Stephen Veilleux to kick off season 2 of the show, "The Drawing of the Three". We rejoin Roland as he sits on the beach, dreaming in a daze about the words of the Man in Black as a Lobstrosity bites his fingers off. And that's just the start of Roland's no good very bad day, as he sets out to find his door into the mind of Eddie Dean, one of the best characters in the series.
Join us for Dark Insight 42, hosted by Josh Crowe aka Moribdbeard aka Your Majesty Beard. Jeremy joins Josh and pulled in special guest Stephen Veilleux for a long conversation about our favorite topic: VIDEO GAMES. Josh and Stephen talk about a bunch of FPS games they've been playing (like Doom, Call of Duty, Dishonored, Titanfall 2, etc), and Jeremy just talks about the only thing he's been playing for the last week: Stardew Valley. If you've been watching our twitter account, you already know this, but here's a heads up: we've moved! Episodes will no longer be available via SoundCloud, but don't worry, you can still stream and download them all from our website: https://www.darkinsight.net. Follow us through these dark tunnels, where we learn of betrayals both past and present. This week, Kole Ross is joined by Brayton Cameron, Bryan May, and Stephen Veilleux to talk about the fourth chapter of The Gunslinger, where Roland and Jake follow the Man in Black into the tunnels beneath the mountains. What waits for them is weeks of darkness, rusted remnants of the world that was, and a railroad push-car that just won't shut up. Oh, also a look into Roland's past, and the climax of this very book.
Welcome to the first episode of Monster of the Week, a podcast dedicated to covering the...classic? tv show Supernatural. Your hosts are Jeremy Greer, Chris Mosher, and Stephen Veilleux. All three are big Supernatural fans, and have a lot of affection for the show. Not so much affection that they won't call it out on its ridiculousness, though, and believe: there is a LOT of ridiculousness. The first episode of the podcast covers the first two episodes of the show, "Pilot" and "Wendigo". Join our hosts as they talk about shipping people, exaggerating things, and the fandom business. Thoughts on the show? Notice a factual error? Want to talk to the hosts? Get in touch using the various links below. Roland and Jake climb higher, and the weight of prophecy starts to become kind of a drag. This week, Kole Ross is joined by Autumn Greer, Murph Murphy, and Stephen Veilleux to talk about chapter 3 of The Gunslinger, which details Roland and Jake's rise out of the desert and into the mountains. There, in the decadent greenery, we see Jake and Roland get closer, but we also see the beginning of the cracks in their partnership... as Roland learns from a succubus oracle that Jake's sacrifice is his key to the Tower. Thank you so much for listening. I encourage you to check out the previous episodes if you haven't. Also, please rate and review this show on iTunes. It's very important that we get a ground swell, so the show will come to more peoples' attention.
