It's the end of the year and the decade and this week we look back at our highlights of both with a few surprises along the way. Plus we reach out to YOU the community and you add your favourites into the mix as well as not only reading out some listeners lists we also have a chat live with some of you as well. From Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice to Pokémon and everything in-between no matter if it a indie darling or AAA smashes we truly feast on all the gaming action of the lasr 12 months. In the latest episode the boys run the rule over the latest and hottest rumours from the gaming mill as well as chat about updates, updates and more updates. They also chat about what they have been sinking time into this month with chat on Star War Jedi: Falling Order, Terminator: Resistance, Remnant: From the Ashes, My Friend Pedro, Cat quest 2 Pokemon Sword and of course Deaths Stranding. Before having a really good look at the runners and riders in this year's Game Award and really chewing over if the list is actually any good as well as highlighting the games that didn't make the cut that their think really should have.

It's been a long time coming but this month the boys dive head first into sharing their views on the first few hours of Hideo Kojima long awaited Death Stranding. And discuss all areas of the games first few hours from story to gameplay and most important if the wait has been worth it. A way from the new shiny delight chat there's plenty more gaming goodness to be had with talk about NFS Heat, Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign, Luigi’s Mansion 3,Nioh 2 demo and Desktop Rugby As well as chat about the latest news in the world of gaming from Blizzcon to China limiting gamers play time plus we have our finally round up of the action from the 2019 Rugby World Cup too.

In this week's show the boys have a sack full of gaming goodness to chat and mill over from blast bad guys in the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to exploring far off world's in Fallout inspired Outer Worlds. They also talk about Horizon Zero Dawn, Door Kickers: Action Squad, Medievil, Concrete Genie and Zombieland Double Tap: Road trip. Before moving one to chatting about what they have been playing in the past few weeks from Gears 5 to Stranger Things on the mobile. Then they deep dive into two of the hottest titles this month The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening and Borderlands 3 with one being a smash and the other a crash in more than one way. It's been a little while, but here we are with another episode of Dark Insight! First off, we planned to release 2 episodes this week, but technical issues resulted in one of those episodes being postponed until the near future. Unfortunately, at the time of this particular recording, everything was still full steam ahead, and thus Josh does mention the aforementioned second episode during this recording...to discover after the fact that this was not the case. Please bear with us, in this grand old age of communication we are still finding the odds stack against us occasionally. What can we say? You've gotta love it, eh? Anyway! Due to the aforementioned scheduling, it's just Josh and Vader this week. Vader was even on holiday, proving once again, beyond a shadow of doubt, that he is the most professional out of the whole team! Part of Vader's holiday included a visit to Pax, and he shares tales of games including, but not limited to Code Vein, Sinner, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Dumb Ways To Die VR (yes, that's apparently a thing), and more that I cannot remember for the life of me. Trust me, it's a great chat! Josh also has plenty to say, including a TONNE of love for Blade Runner 2049 due to his obsession having reached fever pitch. There's also a quick mention of the beautiful, yet unforgiving Cuphead, an incredibly brief tip of the hat to the opening section of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, a scenic route journey around South Park: The Stick of Truth and the many controversies that come with it, and a bit of a rant about the train wreck that was The Evil Within 2.
