Kadınların, dinde, gitmesi caiz olan yerler yedidir: 1. Anasını, babasını ziyarete gitmek, 2. Hasta oldukları zaman hallerini sormaya gitmek, 3. Bir musibet gelince, onlara baş sağlığına gitmek, 4. Mahremlerini (yani görüşmesi günâh olmayan yakın akrabasını) ziyarete gitmek, 5. Ölü yıkayıcı ise ölü yıkamaya gitmek, 6. Ebe ise doğuma gitmek, 7. Bir kimsede alacağı varsa, alacağını almaya veya borcu varsa ödemeye gitmek. Bu şekillerde izinli ve izinsiz evinden çıkıp gidebilir. Haccetmeye gitmek dahi böyledir, eğer üzerine farz olmuş ise... Bilinmesi lâzım olan ilmihâl bilgilerini öğrenmeye gitmek de böyledir. Kocası öğretecek seviyede değilse caizdir. Bunlardan başka şeylere izin vermek caiz değildir. Büyük işlerde kadın sözüne uymamalıdır. Ev ve geçim hususunda arada sırada kadının sözüne uymalıdır. Güzel geçinip bazı kusurlarına göz yummalıdır. Günâhlarına göz yummamalıdır. Yani bazı eksikliklerini afvetmelidir. Hadîs-i şerîfte geldi ki: “Kadınlar eğe kemiğinden yaratılmıştır. Doğrultmak istersen kırarsın. Kendi haline bırakırsan eğri kalır.” Bunun için bazen nasihat bazen da müdarâ (idare) etmelidir. (Bîrgîvî Vasiyetnamesi, Kadızâde Şerhi, 238.s.)

Bushra's passion for various issues and organizations lead her to decide to run for office and her campaign resulted in historical voter turnout, making her a strong second with 13,500 votes.
