Veralyn talks about her experiences as an African American and Caribbean woman and her challenges with code-switching. We also discussed women not recognizing and realizing their worth and having trouble articulating it when necessary. Veralyn also highlighted that salary negotiation is one of the most challenging skills for African American and Caribbean women coupled with asking for help.
