In this episode, I wanted to touch on the topic of "falling off the wagon" and intentionally losing focus so that you're able to regain focus. This topic came to me after my recent anniversary trip with my wife to Cancun, and doing some reflection on my time there. Understanding that it may have been just thing I needed to regain focus and come back with new energy so that I can hit it hard when I got back into my routine.
