Where Part 1 followed the companies, Part 2 is about the person behind them. Picking up from Mukesh Bansal's move from one venture to the next, this half gets into how he finds talent ("work with them for six months"), the mental models he runs his life by, and the beliefs underneath them. He explains why rationally no one should start a company, how he processes every rejection as "no means not now", why he writes three books by simply showing up to a blank page, and how he separated the longevity basics he trusts from the biohacking he no longer does. It ends close to home: loyalty as loyalty to a mission, what he wants for his two children, why parents' expectations matter less than they did, and a life he rates an 8 out of 10.Chapters0:00 Where we left off1:46 Finding talent: "work with them for six months"3:23 The one open-ended question he asks5:57 Winning vs looking good8:00 The compounding argument, revisited9:40 Learning vs winning: drawing the 2x211:17 Three books, and the annual look-back16:18 Making time to think in a full life18:45 What a chief of staff is actually for21:27 "No means not now" and other mental models25:57 How he writes a book28:30 How health became a throughline31:24 From ecosystem to the longevity basics34:29 Why strength training matters after 5038:08 Why he runs SparX, and the deep-tech turn44:05 Loyalty to a mission, and the number two50:35 The Apple teaching model52:52 Three adjectives, and being "scary" to juniors55:30 His kids' worldview57:54 Do parents' expectations still matter?1:00:12 Weekends, food, and reading now1:02:17 Rating his life an 8Quotes[8:44] "I don't know if this rocket thing will work. With less than 90 days until the 2026 midterm elections, Trump may have finally found a lawyer with no limits — and Todd Blanche is only getting started. In this episode of "Election Watch," Democracy Docket founder Marc Elias breaks down Todd Blanche's confirmation as attorney general and why he compares Blanche to Trump's ruthless former lawyer, Roy Cohn. Plus some good news: the Department of Justice is now 0-21 in court battles over access to state voter files. He also covers the Save Act's failure in the Senate, the Supreme Court's pending ruling on Trump's mail-in ballot order and why Ross Douthat's farewell New York Times column got it backward.

Pastor Craig explores the challenging lesson behind the Parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10. While a religious expert seeks to limit his duty by asking "Who is my neighbor?", Jesus redefines the boundaries of love. True faith requires more than biblical knowledge or public praise. It demands active, limitless compassion that reflects the heart of the King. Are you setting limits on who deserves your care and kindness? Watch this video to discover how to break down your boundaries and love like Jesus.

Content warning: There is lots of honest discussion about mental health and mental illness is this episode - it's all first hand experience, but it might be a difficult listen for some. Another DEEP dive into the archive as we prepare for our 500th episode. Corrie veteran Denise Welch, No Limits original Jenny Powell, and Holby City star Angela Lonsdale talk sobriety, mental health, and romance.Denise is ALWAYS one of our favourite guests - and she's been around since ALMOST the first episode - this was her debut on the pod, but we're pretty sure she holds the record for the most appearances - and rightly so she is a FAB-U-LOUS woman. Hopefully MANY more Denise episodes to come in the next 500 conversations. Cheers, x Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

They're not even hiding it anymore, guys. They are flaunting the fraud right in our faces. In this episode, Joe kicks things off with President Trump going absolutely scorched-earth on California's completely broken election system before walking right off the set of a humiliated corporate media interview. Look at what happened over the weekend—massive, mathematically impossible ballot dumps completely stealing the voice of the people and flipping races in California. Combine that with the new House Oversight report proving Tim Walz and Keith Ellison knew about rampant fraud for six years and did nothing, and it's clear: we aren't just fighting for free elections anymore. We are fighting to free ourselves from a system that views everyday Americans as the enemy. Then, Joe transitions to the frontlines of a different kind of evil. Joining Joe is a man deeply respected, former CIA Special Operations Officer and founder of the Association for the Recovery of Children, Bazzel Baz. We dive straight into the terrifying reality of child trafficking, looking at how cartels and sophisticated digital networks have shifted their tradecraft. Baz gives us an unfiltered, tactical look at massive federal sweeps like Operation Iron Pursuit, the dangerous roadblocks his team faces in the field, and how deep the corruption goes when you start looking at elite sex-buyer networks. If you want to understand what it actually takes to rescue our missing youth and smash these high-level syndicates, you cannot miss this conversation. Finally, Joe pulls back the curtain on the globalist agenda trying to silence dissent and destroy our culture. Over in Canada, they are literally snatching up young kids and tossing them into psych wards just for speaking their minds—and that exact same tyrannical playbook is playing out right here in America. We expose the radical, anti-American candidates running for local offices who openly mock our veterans, and we confront a corporate media structure that completely ignores real tragedies like the cold-blooded execution of 17-year-old football player Tyson Goodsell in Minnesota. Evil is everywhere, the system is illegitimate, and it is time for the American people to wake up and stand ground.
What if the only real limit is the story your brain keeps accepting? Kyle and Brent Pease — co-founders of the Kyle Pease Foundation and veteran Ironman competitors — have completed over 150 races together, including multiple Ironman events, with Kyle racing from his wheelchair. But this isn't a story about disability. It's about what becomes available when you decide to see possibility where others see a ceiling. In this episode, Kyle and Brent share how a single question — can people in wheelchairs do an Ironman? — launched a movement that helped over 170 athletes cross more than 1,300 finish lines in one year alone. If you want to lead at a higher level, perform with more grit, and discover what you're actually capable of, this conversation will rewire the way you see your own limits. Ashe sits down with filmmaker Matt Thayer for a wide ranging conversation about telling stories that matter in a culture that desperately needs them. From "The Trump I Know" to the upcoming theatrical release "No Limbs, No Limits," the story of Nick Vujicic, this episode is part film conversation, part theology, and part election accountability. What does authentic Christian faith look like when the camera is rolling? What does a fair election actually require? And what does it mean that Trump is now naming names on Truth Social? Ashe ties it all together with a breakdown of the 22 principles driving America's transformation program. Buckle up.

2026-05-02 | UPDATES #190 | How China became the indispensable engine of Russia's assault on Europe. Bloomberg confirms 90% of Russia's sanctioned tech now flows through China. The figure was embedded in a Bloomberg report on Friday, citing officials familiar with private assessments inside European Union institutions. Let's be clear, this war has gone on for longer, and been more intense, with a far greater scale of slaughter because of massive Chinese material support and enablement of Russia. But is this a strategic decision, or more short term and transactional? Ninety percent of all sanctioned technology now entering Russia — every microchip, every integrated circuit, every electronic component, every machine tool that the European Union and its allies have spent four years trying to deny Putin's war machine — is being supplied through one country. That country is the People's Republic of China.Up from approximately 80 percent a year ago. The increase, Bloomberg's sources confirmed, is the direct result of EU sanctions tightening alternative routes — closing Hong Kong shell companies, sanctioning Turkish intermediaries, breaking up Central Asian re-export networks. As the EU squeezes everywhere else, the channel through China widens. As the channel through China widens, Russia produces more drones, more missiles, more artillery shells.----------SUPPORT THE CHANNEL:https://www.buymeacoffee.com/siliconcurtainhttps://www.patreon.com/siliconcurtainhttps://www.gofundme.com/f/scaling-up-campaign-to-fight-authoritarian-disinformation----------A REQUEST FOR HELP!I'm heading back to Kyiv next month, to film, do research and conduct interviews. 4. The Reality of the Russia-China "No Limits" Partnership Guest: Steve Yates and Gordon Chang Summary:Characterized as theater rather than strategic reality, the Russia-China partnership faces limits as both nations struggle with domestic failures. In John 16:5–7, Jesus tells His disciples that His departure is not a setback—but a necessary step toward something better. It sounds confusing at first… how could losing His physical presence be good? But through this powerful passage, we discover a truth that still changes lives today: God's plans are never limited by what we can see.In this message, “No Limits,” we explore how Jesus' words reveal the limitless work of the Holy Spirit, the purpose behind seasons of transition, and why what feels like an ending may actually be the beginning of something far greater.
In this episode of The Winston Marshall Show, I sit down with comedian and writer James McCann for a wide-ranging conversation on religion, culture, politics, and the search for meaning in a rapidly changing world. We begin with his journey into Catholicism, and why he ultimately rejected the Church of England, arguing that modern Anglicanism has become too compromised by cultural trends, political correctness, and a reluctance to defend clear doctrine. McCann explains why he was drawn instead to the structure, tradition, and certainty of Catholicism in an age he sees as increasingly chaotic. The conversation explores the decline of institutions, the collapse of shared values, and the growing sense of cultural and spiritual dislocation among young people. We discuss the rise of online radicalisation, the appeal of extreme ideologies, and why many young men are searching for identity, purpose, and belonging in a fragmented society. We also examine immigration, economic change, and the breakdown of public trust, from housing pressures to the transformation of high streets and the growth of black market economies. The discussion turns to global politics, including the Iran war, just war theory, and the wider crisis of legitimacy facing Western governments.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our show is independently supported by you, consider signing up to our substack to get added benefits like ad-free and extended episodes here: https://www.winstonmarshall.co.uk/-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this message, we take an honest look at the kind of love Jesus calls us to live out. The kind that stretches us, softens us, and sometimes confronts what we'd rather ignore.Because when you realize how personally Christ loved you, it changes the way you see the people right in front of you.
In this episode, Kilian Korth joins the show to discuss the evolving competitive landscape of 200-mile ultramarathons. We examine whether performances at the distance can currently be used to judge greatness in the sport, how the depth of competition compares to more established races like Western States and UTMB, and what it will take for the discipline to gain broader legitimacy. Kilian also shares his own philosophy around pursuing ambitious goals, the “No Limits” mindset, and why he believes the 200-mile scene represents a collective experiment in testing the boundaries of human endurance. In the second half of the conversation, we explore Kilian's path into the sport, his recent success across multi-day races, and the realities of racing at this distance - from sleep strategy and pacing philosophy to logistics, fueling, and managing the psychological demands of moving for multiple days. We also discuss the role of competition in pushing the sport forward, the future of races like Cocodona, and how the next generation of athletes may redefine what's possible in 200-mile racing.Partners:Precision Fuel and Hydration - use code SINGLETRACK at checkout for 15% off your next order (https://www.precisionhydration.com/planner/?utm_source=partner&utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=singletrack)Norda - check out the 005: the lightest, fastest, most stable trail racing shoe ever made (https://nordarun.com/)Raide - Making equipment for efficient human-powered movement in the mountains (https://raideresearch.com/singletrack)Janji - premium trail running apparel (https://janji.com/pages/singletrack)Support the show
An exploration of the paradoxical paradigm of presence in impermanence (expressed most pithily by the Sixth Patriarch of Chan) leads into a logical analysis of the levels of consciousness, the relationship of the labyrinthine complexity of the ego with the absolute simplicity of the Self, and the lucidity of soul required to sail to the further shore of nonduality.
