It's okay to walk away from a job, person, place or activity that is not inspiring, motivating or pushing you to be better.. And especially okay to walk away from an activity or person who is just draining you in every way..
Careful what you share and with whom.. It's smart to preserve your goals dreams and aspirations—Talk with people you know that believe in you, and people that have been where you're headed!

Take a moment to look at what you accomplished, whether it be the previous year, last week or the day before.. This is especially helpful when you're looking for a hit or momentum!

We all have the capacity to be more loving; to bring positivity to those around us. We all have experience with receiving negative energy and having to decide what to do about it.. This episode serves as a reminder that distance is okay, moving on is okay. When someone in your life is bringing more pain than positivity, is it safe for your mental health to push through and endure? It can hurt you, you are better off taking space until you feel safe to voice yourself. And always, always prepare yourself emotionally and mentally for disappointment—But don't release faith in good, there is always potential for good. Alas, be a positive asset to those that you love and those around you. It's never too much to give. Material things/words of encouragement/a smile/space and distance—Whatever it is that you need, honor you!
Part of the journey to a dream come true and getting to a next level is visualizing your self in that space. It is so crucial to have that strong undying belief in yourself at the very forefront of your journey.
Our circle should be uplifting us; pushing us to be better—Otherwise you got a box. Now—who are you to your loved ones? Water and be watered, or let that shit go.

A little enlightenment on the idea of what is a lack in congruency vs allowing time to rest/feel excitement, reflect and understand oneself. It's okay to slip off schedule and or to change a schedule. Ultimately, when you are aware of what is going on around you, and within you you'll do what is best for you at your time and pace. Trust.

Depression, anger, sadness, upset--All normal things to go through and feel throughout life--You do not need to stay there though, one way to steer out of negative feelings it's acknowledge what you're grateful for. Walking, talking, breathing, seeing--All are blessings. The less you expect, the happier you'll be.
A little wisdom. The bigger picture can intimidate us and cause us to pause or freeze on our goals. Try tackling one thing each day that give you the ability to meet you end goal little by little.
