Meet Mathilde! I ask her when did you know spirit was real. Her response, "You know I think I just experienced it. It wasn't a thought. It wasn't a message, I just shifted in one instance to the next. I had my first deep experience meditating. It was the first day of my Yoga teacher training. I cried of Joy during Shavasana (a Yoga Meditation) and I never had before. I released so much anger and resentment towards my own family that I couldn't deny that I had been helped by Spirit. That I connected to a higher source of love that was allowing me to expand myself and to be different. To let go of my blind side. I wanted to share what I have learned and uncovered about meditation and hypnosis. I kinda laugh around my fear I had but I so get it. There is nothing to fear. It is the unknown that we fear. It wasn't until I heard a podcast talking around the science of meditation from a company called HeartMath that's when I started meditating. Anything with data and biofeedback, I gush. Now fast forward years later, I became certified as a HeartMath coach and do Hypnosis. In this talk we go into why Spirit only gives us one step at a time. When you awaken and you are aware that Spirit is very real that you are spirit and you have inner guidance system and inner being, what ever language. It is just one step it is not five steps and laid out for you.  Your inspiration is only one step it is because you have to push past fear to take that step. You have to take that inspiration then act on that inspiration in your life. In your personal life. If you do not act on the inspiration spirit will guide you but will not give you the next step.  Spirit talks to you in dreams, synchroneities, what you read, what you listen to, they are always guiding you sharing messages and greater understanding.  I then talk about my own message and guidance I received from Spirit to lean how to do Dolores Cannon Past Life Regression QHHT.  This then leads to my experience of doing hundreds of sessions, five years later of past life sessions and working with Spirit or how Spirit works with us. I share a story of a session and the design of the system.  I explain that we came here not remembering our other lives, some of us may remember aspects but do not connect the importance of it. Why? In this episode we discuss Kate's experience. Experiencing your past lives, what does that mean and how does that impact you in the here and now. In this roundtable session we discuss how all your experiences now, past and future are for you.  Seeing things as for me, changed me profoundly. It allowed me to move into forgiveness and acceptance. Your experiences defined you in some way, creating a story of who you are. When you look at these experiences as for you, it softens it.  You are no longer defined by it. Meaning what if I told you, all your trauma and pain really were for you. To have you understand and expand. You are not the same version of that experience. You are energy and are always in flux. Even if you have similar experiences in your life, these are just messages of a limiting belief you have adopted AND it is creating a desire within you. How cool is that?!? I love you tremendously.
