With no official details revealed, speculation runs high. Could we see colorful, lower-cost MacBooks powered by A-series chips? M5 Pro and Max MacBook Pros? Updated iPads? The panel debates whether Apple may stage a staggered release week or unveil everything in a single coordinated announcement. The discussion shifts to Vision Pro, where rumors suggest Apple could demonstrate immersive Formula 1 experiences just days before the 2026 F1 season begins. With Apple's expanding sports footprint, including IMAX screenings of F1 races, the possibility of spatial sports broadcasting feels closer than ever. The panel also reviews VisionOS 26.4 beta updates, including refined UI elements, reorganized settings, early foveated streaming support for developers, and expanded 8K playback capabilities on newer hardware. iOS 26.4 beta brings one of the busiest update cycles in recent memory. Highlights include AI-powered playlist creation in Apple Music, enhanced podcast video playback directly inside the Apple Podcasts app, CarPlay integration with third-party AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, improved hotspot usage visibility, battery charge limit automation through Shortcuts, and Stolen Device Protection becoming enabled by default. The panel weighs in on whether security features should be opt-in or automatically enforced. On the Mac side, Rosetta 2 warnings now alert users when launching Intel-based apps, signaling Apple's continued push toward full Apple Silicon adoption. The conversation explores legacy software challenges and developer responsibility during platform transitions. Additional stories include Toyota adding Apple Wallet car key support, Tesla's rumored CarPlay integration delays, and a powerful real-world example of Emergency SOS via satellite saving skiers in a Lake Tahoe avalanche. Finally, Apple's sports strategy takes center stage as MLS Season Pass becomes free for Apple TV+ subscribers, joining F1 and Friday Night Baseball in Apple's expanding live sports ecosystem. Carlii Lyon has spent more than two decades helping extraordinary people shape their stories, from supermodels and global entrepreneurs to bestselling authors and spiritual leaders. As a publicist, she built reputations that captured the world’s attention, but over time her work shifted from curating others’ narratives to reclaiming her own. Her book Courage to Be – Small Steps for a Big Life is part memoir, part manifesto, exploring the quiet but profound acts of courage that redefine our lives. Through honest storytelling, Carlii invites readers to embrace visibility, imperfection and the liberation that comes with speaking our truth. This conversation is both professional and deeply personal. Carlii and I have known each other for nearly twenty years, through motherhood, reinvention and the ever-evolving landscape of womanhood. She introduced me to Dr John Demartini and Miranda Kerr when her career as a powerhouse publicist was in full swing. I met her as a junior publicist, full of promise and drive, and we have travelled together, breastfed our babies side by side, and held each other through heartbreak and triumph. In this episode we talk about authenticity, confidence, storytelling and self-discovery—the courage to evolve, to be seen and to stand fully in your truth. Message Scriptures - Psalm 134Luke 16:10-12; Colossians 3:23-24
In the journey of personal development, most of our lives are not crafted by decisions but by unseen patterns we practice, often unknowingly. These patterns can leave us feeling stuck, frustrated, and unable to move forward. Have you ever felt like you're trying to think your way out of habits that weren't created by thinking? You might feel more frustrated than when you started, but the solution lies in recognizing these patterns and consciously reshaping them. The Difference Between Knowing and DoingAwareness is a powerful first step, but it's not enough to rewire your brain. You might be aware of habits and still find yourself repeating them. It's about replacing willpower with rewiring—developing new patterns that ease the journey from where you are to where you want to be. Remember, knowing is recognition, and change is retraining. How the Brain Forms HabitsNeurons that fire together wire together, creating a network that grows stronger with repetition. Whether you want to become a morning person or develop any new habit, repetition is key. Yet, repetitions are challenging when results aren't immediate. This common struggle in areas like weight loss or emotional clarity shows why you need to pair repetitive actions with small rewards to maintain motivation. The Importance of Repetition and EmotionRepetition strengthens pathways, but emotion locks them in, solidifying new habits. Attach emotional significance to your actions—whether joyful or sad—to solidify positive changes. By implementing this practice, the transformations you seek can extend into all aspects of your life.Training Your Brain for Positive ChangeYour brain is not failing you; it's doing what it's trained to do. If you're aware of unproductive patterns, retrain your mind. For instance, if you're conditioned to seek sweets after meals, you can consciously reshape that habit. Changing requires fewer repetitions of old patterns while increasing repetitions of new, positive ones—essentially weakening the undesirable habits.Small Steps for Big ChangesEver start a new venture and feel demotivated by initial setbacks? It's a common cycle: try, criticize yourself, and then feel stuck. But by introducing small reps—such as giving yourself grace or acknowledging progress—you interrupt this cycle. The journey to sustainable change involves small, consistent steps rather than drastic actions.Identifying and Breaking Negative PatternsTo make meaningful progress, identify the pattern or habit you wish to change. This involves acknowledging the existing pattern, then gradually incorporating new habits. For example, if nighttime scrolling is a pattern, plan small steps to interrupt and replace it with positive alternatives. Conclusion: Embrace the JourneyIf life feels repetitive, don't question your worth. Instead, ask what patterns you're unknowingly practicing. At The Breakthrough community, we focus on patterns, identity, faith, and fitness, helping individuals achieve lasting results. Join us and discover how to become the person you are destined to be. Begin today—write down what you want to change, and remember, change starts with a single, intentional step.Join The Breakthrough CommunityAre you ready to rewire your habits and craft a breakthrough life? With more than 35 security fixes in iOS and iPadOS alone, the panel stresses the importance of updating immediately. They also discuss improvements to Android-to-iPhone transfer tools and Apple's continued cross-platform migration efforts. A major highlight this week is the long-awaited arrival of a native YouTube app on the Apple Vision Pro. The panel dives into immersive video support, spatial Olympic content, interface quirks, and how this finally elevates Vision Pro's entertainment value. Is this the turning point for mainstream Vision Pro adoption? The debate is lively. The conversation shifts into a thoughtful discussion about home security cameras, sparked by recent news events. Are devices from Ring, Eufy, and others increasing safety — or creating neighborhood surveillance grids? The panel explores privacy concerns, AI integration, cloud vs local storage, and whether user-controlled footage strikes the right balance. Accessibility features get some spotlight as Dave demonstrates Sound Recognition on iOS, including the ability to detect doorbells while wearing noise-canceling headphones — a small feature with meaningful real-world impact. iPadOS multitasking improvements are also examined. Window resizing, dock behavior, and multitasking toggles continue pushing the iPad closer to being a full laptop replacement, though muscle memory and discoverability remain challenges. Financial news rounds out the show as the Apple Card prepares to transition from Goldman Sachs to Chase. The panel discusses what stays the same, what might change, and open questions about the Apple Savings account. Topics and Links In Touch With Vision Pro this week. Send a textTHE POWER OF SMALL STEPSDr. Jessica FernandezFebruary 08, 2026What would you do if God gave you a task so big it took decades to complete—and no one else understood it? Noah did exactly that. Long before the rain came, he believed God and began building—one ax, one board, one bucket of tar, one small step at a time. This sermon dives into the slow, faithful obedience of Noah, who kept building even when it felt pointless, isolated, and misunderstood. His story reminds us that radical results are often rooted in repetitive obedience and that there is power in small steps when those steps are taken in faith. When progress is slow or people don't see what you're building, keep going—God does His best work through steady, quiet acts of trust.Discussion Questions1. Where are you currently tempted to quit because progress feels slow or invisible (prayer, marriage, parenting, ministry, healing, a promise God gave you)? What makes it feel “not worth it” right now?2. Noah obeyed before he understood. What is one “small step” God has been nudging you toward that you've been delaying because you want more clarity first?3. The sermon said: “Saying yes once isn't the same as saying yes every day.” What does “daily yes” look like in your real life this week? Be specific (time, habit, boundary, conversation, obedience).Noah's ark wasn't meant to be steered—only trusted. Where are you trying to install a “steering wheel” in your life (control, timelines, outcomes)? What would it look like to surrender direction to God while still staying faithful?4. Noah stepped into a new world, and his first response was worship. What would worship look like for you in your current season—not after everything changes, but right now? How can this group support you in that?

Discussion then turns to the Mac, with reactions to Apple's new online Mac configuration process, now modeled after the iPad buying experience. The panel debates whether the new flow simplifies customization or makes it easier for costs to escalate unexpectedly. A key segment focuses on the Apple Home app and Apple's push to migrate users to the newer Home architecture. The panel shares candid experiences with home automation reliability, pointing out HomeKit's strengths, ongoing frustrations, and the lack of a true backup-and-restore option. The episode continues with CarPlay Ultra's gradual expansion, reports of CarPlay connection dead zones caused by wireless interference, and a celebration of the iPad's 16th anniversary, reflecting on its lasting impact and why iPad and Mac continue to serve different roles. In the news roundup, the panel covers the Apple Sports app's expansion, Amazon's rollout of Alexa Plus, and what smarter assistants actually deliver in everyday use. The show wraps with Apple TV+ updates, including previews of upcoming content, hints of an F1 movie sequel, and a major announcement: MacStock 10 is officially set, featuring the Inspire theme and a new Ecamm Creator Camp for hands-on creator training. 2026 is exposing everything, but are we actually changing how we live? Jean Nolan joins me to talk sovereignty, resilience, geoengineering, farm life, frequency + staying calm in the storm.Constant headlines. Constant outrage. Constant “emergencies”.But the real question is… are we actually living differently, or just consuming more noise? In this episode of the Live Love Learn Podcast, I sit down with Jean Nolan from @InspiredChannel for a grounded, solutions-focused conversation about sovereignty, resilience, and what it really means to step out of fear and into practical action.Because awareness is only step one. What matters is how we live. How we eat.How we grow food. How we raise families. How we care for our land, our animals, and our nervous systems. How we stay calm when everything around us feels chaotic. This is about remembering your agency. In this conversation we explore:• why being “awake” doesn't mean living in constant outrage• self-reliance and what real resilience looks like day-to-day• returning to land, food, and local community• farm life and how nature resets your body and mind• the energetic side of stress, fear, and presence• staying centred when the world feels noisy• and practical ways to build a life that feels stable, not reactiveLess fear.More clarity.More connection.More real-world solutions. If this episode resonates, I'd love to hear what changes you're making in your own life right now.————————————————To connect with Jean:
Sex After 50 doesn't have to decline — in fact, for many people, it gets better. In this episode of Ask a Sex Therapist, Heather is joined by Karen Bigman, a sex and relationship coach specializing in midlife and sex after 50, for an honest, funny, and deeply validating conversation about aging, desire, body changes, and intimacy. They explore why so many couples assume that low libido, painful sex, or loss of desire is just “part of getting older” — and why that belief is often what actually harms a sex life the most. From menopause and perimenopause to body image, shame, communication, and emotional intimacy, this episode reframes sex after 50 as something that can be playful, connected, and deeply satisfying. You'll hear practical insights about: Why sex drive changes with age — and why that doesn't mean sex is overHow menopause, hormones, and vaginal health affect desire and pleasureWhy mental foreplay, laughter, and connection matter more than performanceHow to talk about sex with a partner when it feels awkward or intimidatingLetting go of obligatory sex and rebuilding pleasure without pressure Why kissing, novelty, and communication are essential for long-term intimacy This conversation is especially helpful for: People navigating midlife, perimenopause, or menopauseCouples wondering how to keep sex fun and connected after 50Anyone struggling with desire discrepancy, body confidence, or sexual shamePeople curious about sex and agingPartners who want to better support each other through aging and change If you've ever wondered whether great sex is still possible later in life, this episode offers reassurance, science-backed insight, and permission to stop forcing what doesn't work — and start enjoying what does. The discussion spans the latest Vision Pro beta updates and immersive NBA experiences to rumors of new M5 MacBook Pros and significant leadership shifts at Apple. The episode covers a wide range of topics from hardware shortages and software betas to major security breaches and executive transitions. The panel discusses the recent Vision Pro beta releases, noting that while the updates are relatively minor, they significantly improve connectivity with game controllers. Looking ahead, Apple Arcade is set to launch a "Retrocade" on February 5th, bringing 3D immersive versions of classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Asteroids to the headset. The team also reviews the recent immersive Lakers NBA game, sharing mixed feelings about the audio quality and app stability, but ultimately expressing excitement for the future of sports in VR. Current MacBook Pro stock is reportedly thinning, with wait times stretching into March. This has fueled speculation about an imminent release of M5 Pro and M5 Max models. The panel debates whether users should upgrade now or wait for the rumored M6, while also considering how NVIDIA's priority at TSMC for AI chips might be impacting Apple's supply chain. The discussion takes a serious turn regarding a massive 1TB data breach at Apple manufacturing partner Luxshare. The stolen data allegedly includes confidential product designs and engineering documents from 2019 through 2025, raising concerns about reverse engineering and hardware vulnerabilities. On the software side, 1Password has introduced a new anti-phishing feature that warns users when they attempt to paste passwords into suspicious websites. The panel also revisits Walmart's continued refusal to accept Apple Pay, noting that the retailer prefers its own "Walmart Pay" system to maintain control over customer purchase data. Apple TV+ continues to gain momentum with six Academy Award nominations for the film F1. The panel also previews upcoming content, including the March 27th premiere of For All Mankind Season 5, and discusses other popular series like Starfleet Academy and Monarch. A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to reports that John Ternus is being groomed as the next Apple CEO. Ternus has recently taken over management of the design teams, a move seen as a way to expose him to broader business operations before Tim Cook eventually retires. While some panelists express anxiety over a post-Cook era, others highlight Apple's history of strong succession planning. Topics and Links In Touch With Vision Pro this week. Description:Sometimes a wake up call doesn't arrive as a crisis. Sometimes it arrives as a quiet realization: the way I'm living isn't actually working. In this encore episode, we revisit a powerful conversation with James Clear, bestselling author of Atomic Habits, whose work has helped millions rethink how real, lasting change actually happens. Not through willpower, reinvention, or overnight transformation—but through the small, often invisible choices we make every day. This conversation is a wake up call to the myth of “someday”, a wake up call to waiting for motivation before we act, and a wake up call to the belief that big change requires big drama. James breaks down why habits are less about self-discipline and more about identity, environment, and systems—and how the patterns we repeat, often unconsciously, are shaping our lives for better or worse. Together, we explore how paying attention to what we practice daily can wake us up to the lives we're actually building. If you're standing at the edge of change—feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, exhausted by self-improvement cycles, or longing for a more sustainable way forward—this episode offers a grounded, hopeful reset. Let this be your wake up call to begin again, not perfectly, not dramatically, but honestly, intentionally, and one doable step at a time. Thought-provoking Quotes: “The most powerful change doesn't happen when you decide to achieve a goal—it happens when you decide to become a different kind of person. Every small habit is a vote for the identity you're building, and over time those votes add up to who you believe you are.” — James Clear “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” — James Clear “If you can get 1% better every day for one year, you'll end up thirty-seven times better.” — James Clear “Fix the inputs, and the outputs will fix themselves.” — James Clear “The goal isn't to run a marathon. It's to become a runner.” — James Clear “Lasting change isn't about doing something perfectly or dramatically. It's about showing up consistently in small ways, even when it feels insignificant, because that consistency is what makes transformation inevitable.”— James Clear Resources Mentioned in This Episode: Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear - https://amzn.to/4pQLrh6 James Clear's 3-2-1 Newsletter - https://jamesclear.com/3-2-1 Guest's Links: Website - https://jamesclear.com/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/jamesclear/ Twitter - https://x.com/jamesclear Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/jamesclear Connect with Jen!Jen's Website - https://jenhatmaker.com/ Jen's Instagram - https://instagram.com/jenhatmakerJen's Twitter - https://twitter.com/jenHatmaker/ Jen's Facebook - https://facebook.com/jenhatmakerJen's YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/user/JenHatmaker The For the Love Podcast is presented by Audacy. In this episode, we explore why starting small is actually the most effective way to build lasting habits. Big goals can feel overwhelming, and relying on motivation alone often sets us up for failure. By focusing on tiny, repeatable actions — what we call minimum viable habits — you can protect your confidence, maintain consistency, and slowly train your brain to see yourself as someone who shows up. We break down the psychology behind small wins, explain why doing less can actually lead to more, and give practical examples you can start today to make real, sustainable progress. Efficiency starts the journey. Purpose gives it direction. Grit carries it forward. A new year often makes us believe everything resets at once. We make lists, set resolutions, and hope that change comes with the calendar. But real change does not come from the date. It comes from how we choose to use our time. The end of 2025 showed that being busy is not the same as making progress. It is easy to measure success by how many boxes we check, yet growth is not only found in achievement. Growth happens when new opportunities show up, when relationships open doors, and when we discover goals we did not even know we wanted. Progress changes us along the way, and that change often matters more than the goal itself. This is why efficiency matters. Efficiency is about choosing purpose over distraction. It is about doing what matters instead of doing more. When a list feels overwhelming, the hardest part is starting. Action always moves us farther than overthinking. In this episode, I'm kicking off 2026 with a reset, a reflection, and a reminder that goals don't work without systems. After taking a much-needed break at the end of 2025, I'm sharing why efficiency is my word for the year, how I'm approaching goals differently, and why small daily actions matter more than big resolutions. I also share how a Super Bowl trip became a panel opportunity, and what that taught me about collaboration and faith. If you're setting goals for the new year, this episode offers simple mindset shifts to help you get started. "Potential is a lot of stored-up energy and possibilities. "The small things, the actions, the day to day actions, will lead to the big victories." "Most organizations are looking for grit because we know now that it's not just about talent and abilities. The panel begins with breaking news that Chase will replace Goldman Sachs as the Apple Card issuer, a transition expected to take up to 24 months. The group debates potential impacts on daily cash back, high-yield savings, international availability, and whether Chase branding could alter the card's famously minimalist experience. Attention then turns to Apple Vision Pro, highlighted by the announcement of immersive LA Lakers games available to users in select regions. While excited about Apple's continued push into immersive sports, the panel addresses recent reports questioning Vision Pro sales and critiques media narratives framing the platform as a failure. The consensus: Vision Pro is still early, niche, and evolving—especially for enterprise and immersive content. On the software side, Apple's background security update testing raises interesting questions about transparency and user control, while Wi-Fi 6E performance boosts arrive quietly for newer Macs and iPads. Apple Music also gets some love, with new playlist folders, pinned music, and lock-screen animations, plus deeper discussion on whether Apple Music is now compelling enough to replace Spotify for some users. The episode also touches on a Logitech mouse certificate expiration that temporarily broke advanced features, reinforcing concerns about cloud-dependent hardware. From CES 2026, the team highlights smart bird feeders, AI-powered TVs, and a massive 52-inch 6K Dell display, sparking debate about longevity, privacy, and the growing creep of "always-connected" devices. Finally, the panel explores AI integrations in Gmail and Apple Music, including ChatGPT-powered playlist creation. In this episode of the Commune Podcast, Jeff Krasno sits down with Amanda de Cadenet for a candid conversation about sobriety, addiction, nervous system regulation, and what it actually takes to change deeply ingrained patterns. Framed around the New Year and the cultural pull toward resolutions, the conversation explores alcohol as a socially accepted coping mechanism, its effects on sleep, metabolism, emotional regulation, and social inhibition, and why so many people continue to drink despite understanding the risks. Together, they examine addiction not as a failure of willpower, but as an attempt to soothe discomfort, create connection, and regulate the nervous system. Moving beyond abstinence alone, the episode looks at community as medicine, the role of ritual and accountability, and why long term recovery requires rebuilding an entire internal structure. From twelve-step recovery and cognitive behavioral tools to prayer, service, and presence, the discussion emphasizes change made one day at a time rather than through sweeping transformation. In this episode, host Debra Caldow reflects on the value of making New Year's resolutions. She discusses some of the reasons they fail, including the focus on making dramatic changes without considering daily life demands. She suggests that rather than relying on the symbolic significance of January 1st, sustainable change requires gradual habit formation, realistic goal setting, and flexibility. Debra also talks about the importance of focusing on small, achievable actions, and celebrating progress over perfection.

In this episode of Start With Small Steps, we explore why so many New Year's resolutions fall apart just weeks into January—and how to make lasting changes instead. This isn't about motivation hacks or dramatic transformations. It's about starting where you are and making your goals achievable every day, even on your worst days. We'll break down why giant goals often fail and how shrinking the entry point can lead to real, sustainable progress. Whether you're hoping to get healthier, become more consistent with prayer or writing, or simply want a better routine, this episode provides practical advice to help you build habits that last.Top Topics:Why New Year's Resolutions Often FailWe begin by recognizing the common trap of high-intensity resolutions—new planners, intense workouts, strict diets—that often fizzle out by mid-January. This failure isn't about laziness or lack of discipline. It's usually about starting too big, too fast, without any on-ramp or plan for consistency. The Power of Starting SmallSmall steps aren't about lowering your standards—they're about making your goals actually doable. Whether it's reading one page a day, putting on workout clothes without requiring yourself to exercise, or eating one extra vegetable, these steps reduce friction and bypass resistance. Your brain doesn't fight small goals.Consistency Over PerfectionThe core habit matters more than performance. Instead of tracking everything or aiming for high metrics, the focus should be on doing something most days—even if it's small. This creates momentum and makes it easier to jump back in after setbacks. How to Design Sustainable HabitsYou'll learn three practical rules: 1) Start from where you are now. 2) Shrink your habit until it fits your worst day. 3) Separate the habit of practice from perfect performance. It's not about running fast—it's about running consistently and learning what works for you.Making It Work for Your PersonalityDifferent people succeed in different ways. For some, writing goals in a journal is powerful. For others, like Jill, visual cues like post-it notes or image boards throughout the house are more effective. The goal is to find what works best for you—and stick with it.Key Takeaways:Start with one or two areas that would make the biggest difference in your life and build around that. Don't try to fix everything at once. A single paragraph, one prayer, a quick walk, or five minutes of effort can grow into meaningful transformation over time. The real secret? Embracing Your Season: Raising Littles and Understanding Teens with Paige Clingenpeel
Paige Clingenpeel is joined by Leah Fruth—Live Well Health Coach, fitness instructor, and writer—for an honest conversation about motherhood, grief, and whole-person health. Leah shares how losing her mom while helping care for siblings and raising a young son deeply impacted her physical and emotional well-being. Together, they explore the biblical call to steward our bodies as a gift from God and why valuing ourselves is a spiritual issue, not a selfish one. They also discuss how unforgiveness can weigh heavily on the body and why surrendering our health to God matters. This episode offers simple, practical steps for slowing down, breathing, and caring for your body with intention. It's a meaningful reminder that honoring our bodies is one way we honor our Creator.Resources:Leah Fruth's websiteLet's Reclaim the Truth About Our Body (eBook by Leah Fruth)Paige Clingenpeel's websiteQuestions About the Podcast? Caring for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health honors the life He has entrusted to us and reflects gratitude for the body He designed.Unforgiveness carries a real heaviness in our bodies. It often shows up as stress, tension, or emotional exhaustion. Forgiveness is not about excusing wrongdoing, minimizing pain, or always reconciling—it's about releasing the burden of justice into God's hands and freeing ourselves from carrying what was never meant to be ours.Boundaries are incredibly powerful. Saying no can be difficult, especially when we want to please others, but healthy boundaries are a clear sign of stewardship and emotional health. They protect our energy, reduce unnecessary stress, and create space for what God has truly called us to say yes to.Hashtags:#EmbracingYourSeason #PaigeClingenpeel #LeahFruth #Health #Wellness #Motherhood #Christian #Faith #Podcast #PodcastCommunity #HomeWord #PFCAudioVideo Send us a text
Send us a textFor the second part of this series, Coach John Wooden reminds us “when you set too challenging a goal, you set yourself up for failure.” Again, it's the small changes that are key. This is not saying to not have BIG goals and plans, but… keep in mind the process (the little steps) to get there. Little steps help us to keep the good habits going for a longer period of our lives. Keep working. Keep believing. New one coming at you tomorrow. Thanks for listening. "Fibromyalgia can completely break your relationship with yourself when your symptoms are unpredictable." Tami Stackelhouse For many of us with fibromyalgia, goal setting doesn't just feel hard. It feels painful. You make a plan on a good day, only to wake up the next morning in pain or exhausted, and suddenly everything falls apart. After that happens enough times, it stops feeling like bad luck and starts to feel personal. You start doubting your body, your brain, and eventually yourself. This is not a character flaw. It's a natural response to living in a body that changes the rules without warning. Traditional goal setting assumes predictable energy, consistent capacity, and stable days; things that fibromyalgia simply does not offer. Instead of trying to force ourselves into systems that don't fit, we need tools that are designed for fibro bodies in the first place. In this episode, Tami shares a completely different approach to goal setting that actually works with fibromyalgia instead of against it. She talks about why starting small is essential when living with fibromyalgia, how managing unpredictable symptoms can slowly erode self trust, why traditional goal setting often fails for fibro bodies, the ferocious turtle metaphor and why steady progress works, why slow is smooth and smooth is fast when managing flares, making goals easier to climb by using small, close rungs, reducing overwhelm and prevent push crash cycles, focusing on rebuilding self trust, not pushing harder, what it really means to set stupidly small goals, how tiny wins rewire the brain, adapting SMART goals so they actually work with fibromyalgia, why flexibility matters, turning SMART goals into SMARTER goals, why awareness is often the first and most important goal, a simple five-step system for setting fibro friendly goals, choosing one small thing and adjusting as you go, how consistent tiny wins rebuild self trust over time, embracing the ferocious turtle mindset, trusting small steps forward, and more. A gentler, more realistic approach to your goals can help you rebuild your confidence and take small steps forward. Remember: slow, steady progress really does count.
