What can I say about one of the most talented people I have ever met? Tasha Jones is a brand strategist, public speaker, community leader and consummate connector who now serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Mile High United Way in Denver, Colorado.

Natasha is a foster mom who welcomes teens and tweens into her home. Pat Jaques's passion is empowering women to live in the truth of their brilliance. Motorcycles were her escape as a kid. After school, she would head off into the freedom of the forest and the woods. To this day, she loves riding my motorcycle in the backcountry! It refreshes, rejuvenates, and invigorates like nothing else. Similarly, Pat found the cleansing release and joy of working with amazing, empowering coaches. The coaches supported her through challenges to heal and discover her authentic self. Through this work, she uncovered that she had been a lifelong coach. She believes healing emotional wounds and trauma releases the past to live an abundant, joyful life in the present. The reward for moving past the fear, challenge and uncertainty of riding off-road motorcycles is confidence and the freedom to live an adventurous life. Maluwa joined MSU Denver in March 2020 and is currently the Executive Director of Industry Partnerships within the Classroom to Career Hub. Maluwa is leading the team on an exciting journey to create innovative approaches to industry, higher education and community partnerships that drive economic and social mobility in Colorado. Prior to MSU Denver, Maluwa was the Vice President of Global Research, Development, and Innovation, for Molson Coors Beverage Company where she was responsible for delivering ~$1B in revenue from innovation over 4 years. Maluwa spent 21 years of her career at Kraft Foods where she lead research and development for over 25 food and beverage brands. Most noteworthy was the renovation of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese where she championed the removal of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Maluwa holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, is an inventor with 2 granted patents, and was recognized as a Manufacturing Institute STEP Ahead Honoree.

Patricia Ordaz is the Vice President of the Congressional Hispanic Staff Association, the official, non-partisan, bicameral congressional staff organization dedicated to advancing Latinx and Hispanic congressional staff on Capitol Hill. Most recently, she served as a legislative assistant in the Office of then-Senator Kamala Harris. In that role, she worked on a facet of issues, including immigration, police reform, and civil rights. Previously, she served as Senator Michael Bennet's legislative aide on immigration and judiciary issues. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver (2015), where she also served as Student Body President (2014-2015).

April Lambatos has been gaining experience in the catering/hospitality industry since 1996. She learned the ropes of the business from the bottom up, beginning her catering career washing dishes. She is the Co-Owner and COO of Footers Catering and they recently opened a new space called Social Capitol.
