The moment we turn to God in repentance and believe the Bible says we are justified. That means that though we have sinned we are declared not guilty. We exchange our sins for Christ's righteousness.We can think of it as “just-as-if-i'd-never sinned”. There are many times in our life that we are going to have to encourage ourselves. We are going to have to just pat ourselves on the back. God, we petition You now on behalf of all our listeners, allow Your will to be done and bring an end to these infectious diseases, and this epidemic, that is raging throughout the world just as you averted the punishment of your people in the time of David the King. “Binding” (forbidding) and “loosing” (permitting) were necessary because the Law of Moses could not contain all the regulations necessary to govern a congregation and society.
