We are made to worship and if our worship isn't intentionally directed at God throughout our days there are tons of things that can take His place. Fitness is one of those things that can easily become a "religion" in our lives - I know this from personal experience! If our energy, time, attention, and thought space is constantly being directed toward our physical being, there is a good chance that fitness is starting to compete with our faith in God. Our physical body and fitness level can become a god of sorts; something we begin to worship without even realizing it.In today's episode, I share 4 questions to ask yourself to identify if fitness is becoming a religion to you.
