Have you ever learned about color personalities? It is one of my absolute favorite topics because it is so much fun but also incredible valuable if you apply it correctly!There are a lot of different systems, but the one I was taught many years ago comes from this book and uses red, yellow, green, and blue. It is vey similar to DISC if you are familiar with that system!In this episode you will learn what are the four color personalities, the strengths and weaknesses of each one, and how to best sell to and communicate with each one!Here is a quiz you can take, but keep in mind the quiz results might just be a starting point and shouldn't be taken as set in stone!Action step: Figure out your dominant color(s) and identify your natural strengths and weaknesses

If they don't it can get complicated since they just really don't understand what you do.Sometimes they are very supportive, and sometimes not so much. In this episode I talk about about navigating business with your family and friends. Your expectations for support, setting boundaries if they don't take your business seriously, what to do if your family doesn't support you, etc. Action step: figure out your office space or the signal you will use to let other people know you are working. If you already have that covered, write down the boundaries you need to create and stick to!

So many people focus on how to stop overthinking and I think that's a mistake. You are probably not ever going to be able to stop overthinking so you will just stay stuck thinking “once I stop my overthinking THEN I can take action” and continue to do nothing and blame your overthinkingThe overthinking isn't the problem, though. I overthink almost everything! But I take action anyway, and that's what matters!In this episode I share some of my favorite strategies to work with my overthinking instead of fighting against it.

Because wow, there was so much to overthink!I literally googled “how do you breathe while recording with a microphone” because I was so nervous about hearing my breathing on the recording. So that tells you all you need to know about both my level of inexperience in the podcast world and just how much I overthink.But I was able to stop the overthinking from holding me back using all the strategies I created for myself over my years in online business that I share in this episode!
