Most people think success comes from having an original idea. Mark Pincus thinks that's one of the most expensive mistakes you can make. After building one of the most successful gaming companies in history, he believes the best products rarely begin as completely new ideas. Instead, they start with a deep understanding of what already works, a relentless focus on making it better, and just enough novelty to make people care. In part two of our conversation, Mark shares his "Proven, Better, New" framework for building products, explains why AI is creating the greatest opportunity for builders since the birth of the internet, and reveals the surprisingly simple habits that have shaped his career, leadership philosophy, and life. Along the way, he discusses ambition, parenting, creativity, and why a more playful approach to your career may be the key to doing your best work. It's a lighter one this week — just Robert Horry and Rob Jenners running through the leftover questions and stories that didn't fit into Wednesday's show. They kick things off with a Friday movie tangent (yes, the trilogy, not the day), then get into Conor McGregor's disastrous UFC comeback that ended in 69 seconds after he blew out his knee trying to fly-kick his way back into relevance.   From there it's a run of stories that had Horry and Jenners genuinely stumped: Senegal's World Cup medical staff reportedly included a gynecologist with no business treating a men's soccer team, and a 65-year-old grandfather at Yellowstone got launched nine feet in the air by a bison after a park ranger spooked it with a truck horn. That one turns into a full safari debate — which animals are actually the most dangerous, and Horry's very specific plan for surviving one (spoiler: it involves you, not him).   They also get into Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dundon engraving his wife and five kids onto the Stanley Cup ahead of the players and staff who actually won it, and close out with a listener question about Kristin Cavallari flying first class while her kids sit in coach. That turns into Horry breaking down his own family's travel rules, his stance on private jets, and the seat-booking trick he uses to keep the middle seat empty.   New episodes of the Big Shot Bob Podcast drop every Tuesday, and Shoot Around runs right behind it every Friday with the leftovers, the tangents, and the stuff that got cut for time. It's harder than it ever was to get through for sure. But if you combine calls along with other forms of cold outreach (such as email and direct mail) then it still works. Not to sell there and then but to create enough intrigue and interest to make someone want to have another conversation. Many would say there is no good or bad time to call but over the last 6 months as I have made calls for both my business and that of some customers, some trends have appeared. All covered in this week's podcast. Links below. If of course you think I am the Devil incarnate by even suggesting people should still pick up the phone and speak to people they don't know then you won't want to listen. It's ok, I understand. What happens when men's health gets reduced to one testosterone number? In this episode of hol+, Dr. Taz sits down with Dr. Brandon Smith, MD, a conventionally trained physician practicing at hol+, for a practical and eye-opening conversation about men's health, low testosterone, sleep apnea, TRT, GLP-1s, muscle, stress, hormones, and why so many men are waiting too long to get proactive about their health.Together, they explore why men's health needs a reframe, especially in a medical culture where many men are taught to only go to the doctor when something is clearly broken. Dr. Smith shares what he sees in the exam room, from younger men asking about testosterone before starting a family, to men in their 40s, 50s, and 60s realizing they have spent years pushing through fatigue, stress, brain fog, weight changes, low libido, poor sleep, or changes in performance without knowing where to start.Dr. Taz and Dr. Smith also unpack why low testosterone is not always a simple testosterone problem. Dr. Smith explains the difference between total testosterone and free testosterone, why one lab number is only a snapshot, why testosterone can fluctuate throughout the day, and why morning testing matters. They also discuss why symptoms, context, body composition, sleep, stress, inflammation, chronic illness, and lifestyle all need to be part of the conversation before jumping straight to testosterone therapy. This conversation takes a closer look at one of the most overlooked drivers of low testosterone: sleep apnea. Dr. Smith explains why disrupted sleep can create a stress signal in the body, why men may not realize they are waking up throughout the night, and why the body may lower reproductive hormones when it does not feel safe, rested, or recovered. They also discuss how fasting, chronic stress, high cortisol, poor recovery, and underlying medical conditions can affect hormone levels. If you're listening to this and thinking, “I know something is off in my body, but I don't know where to start,” join the Circle here:

When's the Best Time To Praise God? | Christ For YouPsalm 138When is it okay to pray out loud at work? When should you speak up about what's true? When can you confess Christ without being ashamed? We've learned the answer: later. In church. In private. When it's safe. When everyone agrees. But what if you're waiting for a moment that never comes?David didn't wait. Surrounded by false gods, he praised the true God anyway. In the midst of trouble, he gave thanks. Not because circumstances improved. Because he knew something about God's character. So here's the question that haunts every Christian: Can you really praise God in every place and at every time? When you're surrounded by people who don't believe? When you're still suffering? When nothing has changed? When you're afraid? And more deeply: Does God still regard you if you've been silent? If you've compromised? If you've hidden your faith? What does the cross of Christ actually make possible for sinners like us?This sermon answers these questions. It shows why David's boldness wasn't arrogance—it was humility. Why Christ sang before His death. And why the right time to praise God is now. The right place is everywhere. Because in Christ, you belong to the Father. And He regards you.Subscribe & Share:Spotify: Christ For YouWebsite: ZionWG.orgSupport the preaching of God's Word.

Building and Maintaining Momentum: The Rocket Fuel of Sales Success

The Selling Podcast

Just like a rocket consumes the majority of its fuel in the first minute of flight to break gravity, building momentum in sales requires significant, upfront energy. Once established, however, that momentum acts like a flywheel, making every subsequent action—from prospecting to closing—easier and more efficient.Three Strategies to Sustain Sales Momentum1. Get Out of Your Head: Overanalyzing rejection and worrying about the "what ifs" is a primary momentum killer. To stay out of your own way, focus exclusively on objective, controllable activities—such as the number of calls made, emails sent, or discovery meetings booked—rather than obsessing over the immediate outcome of a single interaction.2. Never Neglect Your Pipeline: A common trap is pausing pipeline-building activities when you are experiencing a "win streak" because you are too busy finalizing paperwork. This is a recipe for a future lull. Professional sales reps recognize that they must "tend both ends of the stick"—celebrating current successes while simultaneously planting the seeds for future business to ensure sustainability.3. Adopt a "Goldfish Mindset": Whether you suffer a bad day or a crushing loss, avoid letting negative experiences compound. Instead of ruminating on what went wrong, ask: What happened? What did I learn? What am I going to do next? By maintaining a short memory and focusing on the next task, you prevent a single bad day from turning into a bad month or quarter.Key Takeaways for Sales ProfessionalsNormalize the Highs and Lows: Sales is a long game. Do not let one "best day ever" lead to overconfidence, nor let one bad experience derail your entire week. Stay consistent with your daily routines. The Best Time to Dig a Well is Before You're Thirsty: Never wait until your pipeline is empty to start prospecting. Consistent effort in building your future opportunities ensures that when one deal closes, another is ready to take its place.Maintain Balanced Confidence: To succeed in sales, you need enough self-confidence to bounce back from rejection without becoming arrogant. This internal drive is what keeps you moving forward, even after setbacks.SEO Tagssales momentum, sales pipeline, sales success, sales mindset, prospecting, sales strategy, sales routine, overcoming rejection, sales growth, the selling podcast, sales performance, lead generation, sales professional, sales psychology

Taking magnesium 30 to 60 minutes before bed strengthens your body's natural sleep signal and helps you fall asleep faster Magnesium supports calming brain chemicals and melatonin, which helps quiet a "busy mind" and stabilize your sleep cycle Low magnesium levels are common and leave your nervous system stuck in an overstimulated state that disrupts deep sleep Using magnesium at the same time each night trains your brain to expect sleep, making your bedtime routine more effective Pairing proper magnesium timing with consistent daily habits like morning light exposure and a regular bedtime improves how well you sleep and how rested you feel

What if the thing that helps you run faster now also protects you from becoming fragile later? In this episode, I break down VO2 max in the most practical way possible: what it is, why runners should care, how much your watch can actually be trusted, and why the number matters for way more than race performance. We get into the difference between VO2 max, threshold, running economy, zone 2, hard intervals, and field testing. And we do it all without turning it into a science textbook. The bigger idea is simple: VO2 max is not just about running faster. It is about building a higher ceiling now so you have more room to perform, recover, age well, and avoid becoming fragile later. We also cover the workouts that actually move the needle, why easy running alone is probably not enough if you are time-poor, and how to start adding VO2 max work without blowing yourself up.Timestamps[00:01:46] Vo2 Max Defined[00:03:42] What's The difference between watch and mask treadmill lab test[00:05:20] Use This To Improve Your Vo2 Max Now[00:07:11] Why Vo2 Max isn't the only metric to make you a better runner[00:07:51] Brady's back story and his Vo2 Max of 80[00:08:54] Is the Car Analogy the best for Vo2 Max?[00:10:12] Ignore Your Smart Watch and Focus on the Bigger Zoomed out Story[00:11:26] Take These After Vo2 Max Runs To Recover Better[00:14:39] Why Low Carb Won't Get You To your Best Time[00:15:55] Difference between Threshold & Vo2 Max HR zones[00:18:18] Can you improve Vo2 Max by not doing zone 4 work?[00:18:58] Physiology is a spectrum not an exact[00:20:42] Don't Rely on 220 Minus Age for Max HR Number[00:22:42] Do You Have To Run at a Certain Speed/Force to Improve Vo2 Max?[00:26:16] How can someone go and test their Vo2 Max?[00:27:45] Does Doing The Mile Help Improve Vo2 Max?[00:28:37] Is it Good to do a Vo2 Max & Threshold Lab Test Same Time?[00:29:25] Why Vo2 Max & Longevity are so connected[00:31:17] Why Fit Trained 60yo Are Healthier than Sedentary 30yo[00:35:30] Why Low Vo2 Max on Older People is so Dangerous[00:41:08] Zone 2 vs Vo2 Max Training and Fitness[00:43:43] Is Zone 3, 4 and 5 better for Time Strapped Runners?[00:46:12] Higher intensity training is 9 times more effective than low intensity[00:47:58] What Vo2 Max Number is Best to Target?[00:51:34] Why Norwegian 4x4 is the best for beginners with Vo2 Max[00:53:33] Is 30 sec on 20 sec off good for new vo2 max runners?[00:56:14] Should Vo2 Max Intervals go over 5 minutes[00:57:48] Does Vo2 Max Stop Improving after 6 Weeks[00:59:50] Why There Is Not Such Thing a Non Exercise Responder[01:02:13] How a New Runner Can Get Used to Vo2 Max Efforts[01:06:06] Starter 3 Days a Week Build Your Vo2 Max Plan[01:09:06] Is This a Vo2 Max Workout? Building Your Dream Home: What Buyers Need to Know About New Construction There is something special about being the very first person to live in a home. Fresh paint. Brand-new appliances. Modern layouts. Energy-efficient systems. And perhaps most importantly, the opportunity to create a space that reflects your lifestyle and vision from day one. On a recent episode of Talk Real Estate Roundtable, Melissa Wallace and Boston Connect Real Estate agent Tracy Grady discussed everything buyers should know before purchasing a newly built home. From understanding the differences between custom homes and spec homes to navigating the building process and selecting finishes, they shared valuable insights for anyone considering new construction. Why Buyers Love New Construction One of the biggest draws of new construction is simple: everything is new. For many buyers, the appeal lies in being able to choose finishes, personalize features, and move into a home that has never been lived in before. Rather than spending years updating an existing property, buyers can often start with a clean slate and create a home that fits their needs from the beginning. Whether it's selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint colors, or designing a floor plan that works for your family, new construction offers a level of personalization that existing homes often cannot match. Understanding the Different Types of New Construction Not all new construction homes are created the same. Buyers should understand the different options available before beginning their search. Custom Homes A custom home is built specifically for the buyer. Typically, buyers select the lot, work with builders and architects, review plans, and make decisions about nearly every aspect of the home's design. From room layouts to finishes and upgrades, the customization possibilities are extensive. Custom homes offer the most flexibility but often come with longer timelines and more decision-making throughout the process. Semi-Custom Homes Semi-custom homes provide a balance between personalization and convenience. Builders often begin with a proven floor plan and allow buyers to modify certain elements, such as finishes, layout adjustments, and selected structural options. This approach allows buyers to personalize the home without starting entirely from scratch. Spec Homes A spec home is built before a buyer is identified. The builder selects the floor plan, finishes, and design elements based on market demand and current trends. Once construction is complete, the home is listed for sale. Spec homes are ideal for buyers who may not have the vision to imagine a home from plans alone and prefer seeing a finished product before making a decision. Model Homes Model homes showcase a builder's craftsmanship and available upgrades. These homes often include premium finishes, upgraded fixtures, custom millwork, enhanced kitchens, specialty tile work, and other features that help buyers visualize possibilities for their own home. When touring a model home, it's important to ask what features are included in the base price and which items represent upgrades. While model homes can provide great inspiration, not every feature may be included in the advertised starting price. The Importance of Buyer Engagement During Construction One of the most important takeaways from the discussion was the need for buyers to stay actively involved throughout the building process. Regular site visits, attending builder meetings, reviewing plans, and confirming selections help ensure that expectations remain aligned throughout construction. Communication matters. Builders, agents, and buyers all benefit when decisions are documented and confirmed throughout the process. Even small misunderstandings can become costly if they are discovered after construction has progressed. Staying engaged allows buyers to address concerns early and helps keep projects moving smoothly. When Is the Best Time to Buy in a New Development? Many buyers wonder whether they should purchase at the beginning or near the end of a development. While every situation is different, there are several advantages to purchasing early: More Lot Choices Early buyers typically have access to the most desirable lots and locations within the development. Greater Customization Opportunities When construction has not yet begun, buyers often have more flexibility to customize floor plans, finishes, and upgrades. Potential Equity Growth As developments progress, construction costs and pricing often increase. Buyers who purchase early may benefit from appreciation as additional homes are completed and sold. Of course, buying early also means living through some ongoing construction activity while the neighborhood is being completed. For many buyers, however, the long-term benefits outweigh the temporary inconveniences. Building More Than a Home, Building a Community One unexpected benefit of new construction developments is the sense of community that often develops before homeowners even move in. Future neighbors frequently meet while visiting construction sites, attending builder meetings, and watching their homes take shape. By the time move-in day arrives, many residents have already formed relationships and friendships with the people who will become their neighbors. The Advantages of New Construction Beyond personalization and modern design, new construction offers several practical benefits: Brand-new systems and appliances Energy-efficient windows, insulation, and HVAC systems Lower maintenance costs in the early years of ownership Builder warranties on workmanship and structural components Modern floor plans designed for today's lifestyles Updated building codes and construction standards Many builders also provide warranty coverage that gives buyers added peace of mind during their first years of homeownership. Is New Construction Right for You? New construction isn't simply about buying a house it's about creating a home that fits your lifestyle, goals, and future plans. Whether you're a growing family looking for space, a homeowner looking to right-size into a home designed for your next chapter, or someone who simply wants the opportunity to personalize every detail, new construction offers possibilities that existing homes often cannot. The key is understanding your options, asking the right questions, and working with experienced professionals who can help guide you through the process. At Boston Connect Real Estate, we've helped buyers navigate every stage of new construction—from selecting lots and floor plans to final walkthroughs and closing day. If you're considering building your dream home, our team is here to help you make informed decisions every step of the way. Because every move should be a moving experience. 257: Happy Employees Create Happy Customers? Not Automatically

Customer Service Revolution

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 11, 2026 44:47

The real link between employee experience and customer experience is not happiness alone. It is readiness, training, empowerment, accountability, and leadership. Summary The phrase happy employees create happy customers is popular in customer experience, but it is incomplete. In this episode of The Customer Service Revolution Podcast, Denise Thompson and John DiJulius challenge the oversimplified belief that employee happiness alone leads to a world-class customer experience. Employee happiness matters. If employees are miserable, unsupported, burned out, or treated like a cost center, customers will feel it. But a happy employee who is poorly trained can still create a poor customer experience. A happy employee without standards can still be inconsistent. A happy employee without autonomy can still feel helpless when something goes wrong. John explains that the real connection between employee experience and customer experience comes from hiring people with the right service aptitude, then giving them the training, systems, coaching, empowerment, recognition, and accountability they need to succeed. Denise and John also discuss how toxic employees, rushed onboarding, broken policies, lack of recognition, and poor leadership can turn even naturally happy employees into frustrated or burned-out ones. The goal is not just happy employees. The goal is happy employees who feel valued, prepared, trusted, empowered, and responsible for the experience they create. Key Takeaways: 1. Happy Employees Matter, But Happiness Alone Is Not a Strategy Employee happiness is a critical part of customer experience, but it does not automatically create happy customers. Employees also need preparation, standards, tools, and leadership. 2. Employee Readiness Is Different From Employee Happiness A naturally positive employee can still fail the customer if they are rushed into the role without proper onboarding, technical training, or service aptitude training. 3. Poor Systems Can Destroy Employee Happiness When employees are forced to defend broken policies, cover for understaffing, or absorb customer frustration without support, happiness disappears quickly. 4. Technical Training Is Not Enough Companies often train employees on processes, tasks, and systems, but neglect the human skills required to deliver great service: empathy, energy, listening, curiosity, problem-solving, and service recovery. 5. Autonomy Requires Clarity Empowering employees to make decisions only works when they understand the standards, expectations, and boundaries behind the customer experience. 6. Toxic High Performers Are Still Toxic Keeping a negative employee because they bring in revenue can damage morale, increase turnover, and weaken the customer experience. 7. Recognition Cannot Only Go to Problem Employees Leaders often spend most of their time managing high-maintenance employees while overlooking the reliable employees who quietly keep the business running. 8. The Real Goal Is Prepared, Valued, Trusted Employees The connection between employee experience and customer experience is strongest when employees feel valued, prepared, trusted, empowered, and accountable. Standout Quotes "Happy employees are a critical part of the equation, but just hiring happy employees does not by itself produce happy customers." — John DiJulius "A happy employee who is poorly trained can still create a terrible customer experience." — Denise Thompson "The best time to hire a new employee is two months ago." — John DiJulius "Over 90% of the things that go wrong in a customer-facing situation are not the customer-facing employee's fault." — John DiJulius "You never trade your reputation for sales." — John DiJulius "Burnout is real, but I think it is misdiagnosed." — John DiJulius "The goal is not just happy employees. The goal is happy employees who feel valued, prepared, trusted, and responsible for the experience they create." — Denise Thompson Chapters List After 20 Years John shares that he is most proud of the community built around The DiJulius Group's customer experience philosophies. 03:00 – Why In-Person CX Communities Matter Denise and John reflect on the Customer Service Revolution Conference and why live learning creates stronger relationships, deeper community, and better transformation. 06:06 – Challenging "Happy Employees Create Happy Customers" Denise introduces the episode's central idea: the phrase is true in spirit, but too simplistic if taken literally. 07:31 – Why Happiness Alone Is Not Enough John explains that happy employees are essential, but without training, systems, standards, and leadership, they cannot consistently create happy customers. 09:19 – Employee Happiness vs. Employee Readiness Denise asks about the difference between employees who feel good at work and employees who are truly prepared to deliver a world-class customer experience. 10:13 – Why the Best Time to Hire Was Two Months Ago John explains why reactive hiring and rushed onboarding set employees and customers up for failure. 12:25 – When Broken Systems Frustrate Happy Employees Denise and John discuss how poor policies, lack of training, and customer frustration can quickly drain employee happiness. 14:24 – The Service Aptitude Skills Companies Forget to Train John explains why organizations must train human skills like empathy, energy, curiosity, listening, problem-solving, and service recovery. 16:10 – Turnover as a Warning Sign John shares how employee turnover often reveals deeper issues in hiring, leadership, compensation, or culture. 18:23 – How Long Should Leaders Try to Fix a Toxic Employee? Summer always sounds fun until your routine suddenly disappears. The kids are home more, weekends fill up fast, vacations happen, BBQs are on the calendar, pool days run long, and somehow your workouts, protein, steps, water, and goals start feeling like way too much to keep up with. And when life gets busy like that, it is so easy to think, "Well, I guess I'll just start over when things calm down." But I do not want summer to become the season where you feel like you are either doing everything perfectly or doing nothing at all. You do not need a perfect routine to keep taking care of yourself. You just need a simple baseline you can come back to when life feels full. In this episode of Embrace Your Real, I'm sharing the minimal effective dose for your workouts and nutrition when summer gets chaotic. I'll walk you through the few habits that matter most so you can keep showing up, maintain your strength, support your energy, and stay connected to your goals without turning your health into another full-time job. What's Discussed: Why summer is the perfect time to focus on a realistic baseline instead of chasing perfection How two dumbbell workouts a week can still help you stay strong when your schedule is packed Why protein should be your first focus when meals feel random or unpredictable Why 7,000 steps a day can be a more doable movement goal during busy seasons How to add more daily movement without turning everything into a formal workout Why hydration needs extra attention when heat, travel, and summer activities pick up If summer usually makes you feel like your goals are slipping away, this episode will help you find a better middle ground. You'll learn how to simplify, stay consistent, and keep promises to yourself in a way that actually fits your real life. Ready to have your workouts planned for you so you can stay consistent without guessing what to do next? Head to movementwithjulie.com and get started inside the Movement With Julie app. If nutrition feels confusing, especially when your summer schedule is all over the place, Macro Counting Made Simple will help you understand your protein, carbs, and fats so you can fuel your body with more confidence and less stress. 867 · Walt Disney World Just Got Major Upgrades - and This Summer Is the Best Time to VisitThis might quietly be one of the biggest overall summer upgrades Walt Disney World has had in years. Not because of one giant new land - but because every park, every age group, and nearly every type of guest got meaningful, real enhancements at the exact same time. After being invited by Disney to their Summer Fun Fest media event, Lou Mongello goes far beyond the headlines in WDW Radio Episode 867.At one point during the event, he sat in a room with Disney leadership - park operations, Imagineering, and the facility asset management team (the most important team at Walt Disney World that most guests have never heard of) - for a candid conversation about how Disney actually makes decisions, processes guest feedback, and thinks about the future of the parks. That context changes everything that comes after it.Buzz Lightyear. Big Thunder Mountain. The Muppets. Mandalorian and Grogu. Bluey. Every park, something real - and a full conversation with a Walt Disney Imagineering Story Lead about how Disney decides what to change, what to keep, and why it all matters.Plus: why the connection between films, streaming, and parks is stronger than it has ever been. And why now - right now - is the best time to visit Walt Disney World in 2026.

You already know sleep matters. What you don't know is why you keep waking up at 2 AM, why your tracker is probably lying to you, and why the rules you've been following may not be meant for you. Dr. Michael Breus is one of the world's leading sleep doctors - not just a sleep expert, but a clinical psychologist who actually treats patients and pressure-tests every theory in real life. The difference matters. The rule saying you need a pitch-black, 65-degree room with no TV and no partner? He sleeps with two French bulldogs and a big screen on. His point isn't that sleep hygiene doesn't matter. It's that it has to work for your actual life. One thing that might reshape how you think about your body: every human on earth wakes up between 1 and 3 AM. It's biology. Your core body temperature drops to prevent hypothermia, and your body briefly surfaces. Most people roll over and go back to sleep. If you don't, the fix isn't pills - it's understanding what's happening and using tools like 4-7-8 breathing to lower your heart rate below 60 and let sleep return naturally. Your chronotype - lion, bear, wolf, or dolphin - is genetic. It shifts across your lifetime. Forcing a wolf to be a lion doesn't make them a better performer; it makes them worse. The biggest unlock, according to Dr. Breus, isn't more sleep. It's doing the right things at the right time for your specific biology. Dr. Breus has a five-step daily framework he gives every patient. It's specific, it's sequenced, and most people are violating at least three of the steps without knowing it. Dr. Breus's books: Sleep Drink Breathe: Simple Daily Habits for Profound Long-Term Health Energize!: Go from Dragging Ass to Kicking It in 30 Days The Power of When: Discover Your Chronotype and the Best Time to Eat Lunch, Ask for a Raise, Have Sex, Write a Novel, Take Your Meds, and More The Sleep Doctor's Diet Plan: Lose Weight Through Better Sleep Beauty Sleep: Look Younger, Lose Weight, and Feel Great Through Better Sleep Take The Chronotype Quiz! Hey hey beautiful human! Every summer, so many women tell themselves the same thing. They will start in September, get back on track after vacation, or wait until life feels more structured again. And honestly, it makes sense why summer feels like the wrong time to start something new, because there are BBQs, restaurant dinners, travel plans, kids at home, and days that do not follow the usual routine. But that is exactly why summer can be the best time to start counting macros. If you can learn how to fuel your body in the middle of real life, with social meals, looser routines, and more activity already built into your days, you are not building a habit that only works when everything is perfect. You are building one that can actually last. In this bonus episode of Embrace Your Real, I'm breaking down why the "I'll start in September" mindset keeps so many women stuck, why your body may need more fuel in summer than you realize, and how macro counting can help you feel more confident, steady, and in control without putting your life on pause. What's Discussed: Why waiting until September often turns into the same cycle all over again Why summer activity can increase your body's need for consistent fuel How underfueling can show up as cravings, low energy, and workouts that feel harder than they should Why BBQs, vacations, and restaurant meals are not setbacks when you understand macros How summer gives you the chance to build consistency in real-life situations Why learning your numbers now can make autumn feel easier before it even begins Ready to have every 30-minute session pre-planned, pre-programmed, and built around exactly this structure?
