Social Housing landlords are currently struggling to keep up the demand for housing and are now looking to private landlords to help. However most private landlords are not as interested because the LHA (Local Housing Allowance) offered rarely match the market rates. With the number of claims increasing due to the pandemic, private landlords might find themselves in situations where a once paying tenant is now reliant on the government for help. R2R (Rent to Rent) is a low cost entry into Property Management. This works by renting a property, usually for a few years from a landlord and pay them a guaranteed rent. This property will then be rented for a higher rent than you're paying the landlord. The death of Chadwick Boseman really really hit us and got us thinking of the legacy that he left behind, not just for his family but across the world. The latest home ownership stats published in Feb 2020 in the UK shows that 63% of households in England owned their own home. Buy, Refurbish and Refinance Strategy is one of the key strategies that enables an investor to grow their property portfolio very quickly.
