Well that was entertaining. The inaugural Cup race at World Wide Technology Raceway, previously known as Gateway, occurred this weekend and wow was it entertaining. With lots of bumping and blocking, to five-wide restarts, the race wasn't all that bad. The unfortunate thing was it raced similarly to Martinsville, Phoenix, and Richmond. Passing was difficult, something that has been an issue with these new cars on short tracks. Alas, we have hope that NASCAR and the teams will figure it out. Enjoy this week's episode! Next week we will be off for vacation, so you'll be hearing back from us in two weeks.

The NASCAR All-Star race is supposed to provide fun-filled drama, smiles, and fans walking away with satisfaction of seeing an awesome event. Instead we walked away confused, bewildered, and flat out stumped scratching our heads wondering, "What did we just watch?" Today that's what we're ranting about. Another driver, William Byron, falls victim to an over-the-top retaliation from Joey Lagano after an amazing race from Darlington. A glitz and glamor F1 race took over Miami for the weekend and it did not disappoint. It was more of a party that also included and F1 race. Red Bul showed their straight-line speed dominance, while Ferrari are lurking to pounce as the season continues. We're back guys. Enjoy!

What a wild weekend for NASCAR at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, and man are we excited that we got to see it firsthand. This week that's basically all we're talking about, with some F1 and soccer sprinkled in. Oh we didn't forget our rants either, especially Nick, a lot. Enjoy!

Every time NASCAR returns to Phoenix we hope to see something different, something better, something unpredictable. The fact of the matter is we actually just look forward to restarts because of how unpredictable and chaotic they can be. With late restarts was the race even that enjoyable? I think most would say no. Alas, here we are discussing Chase Briscoe getting his first win, the upcoming return of the F1 season, and much more. Enjoy!

NASCAR is back, like for real this time. These last two race (the Clash and the DAYTONA 500) have been absolute spectacles and have surely brought new fans to our sport. Welcome back to RFRC, this time for the 2022 season! We are pumped to be back talking about our favorite sports, particularly motorsports, and even more so NASCAR. But before we get to NASCAR we've gotta talk about the insanity that is the NFL playoffs, as well as the BCS National Championship. Once again Martinsville proved to be the best track for the final cutoff race of the playoffs. Plenty of drama. Plenty of boos. Plenty of Chase fans. Plenty of...well you get it. Lets get it.

A wild weekend of racing in the US. F1 has returned to COTA! NASCAR is in Kansas (it was sad). Nick's two worlds collide. Josh has a great Byron rant. Post-season baseball is torture. Let's go!

Unfortunately we were not able to record together, BUT we were able to record our top 5 moments of the weekend. The ROVAL gave us the chaos we needed, continuing to solidify it's spot as a perfect Playoff race. Chase and Harvick feud continues, but will it go on the remainder of the season? F1 in wet Turkey. We're both goobs. Enjoy!

It's finally happened! Bubba Wallace got his first win at this weekend's Yellawood 500 in Talladega and Nick was there to witness it. This win has been a long time coming and we're here to talk about it. Please forgive us for being all over the map about this win, but there's so much excitement around this win that it's hard to keep it all together! Congrats to Bubba, Freddie Kraft, Booty Barker, and the rest of the whole team! It's so well deserved. Enjoy!

Was Las Vegas that bad? Did Gluck's "Was it a good race?" poll justify how the race actually was? Once again, this week's F1 race proved to be fantastic, but not without everyone's heart breaking for Lando Norris. We break down the EPL even though we were barely able to watch any of it this weekend, so feel free to fact check us on anything we said. Enjoy!

We love weekends when multiple racing series' are on the schedule, on the same day, back to back. That's exactly what this weekend was with NASCAR at Watkins Glen Int'l and INDYCAR in Nashville for the Music City GP. Nick was lucky enough to attend the GP and is here to talk about his experience for the inaugural event. We also tap into the insane shift in European soccer as one of the biggest players of our generation goes to a new club. Enjoy!

She was awesome enough to sit down with Nick while visiting Nashville to talk about her career, her show "Fair Game", as well as attending her first NASCAR race at Auto Club Speedway just outside of Los Angeles. If there's a word that can describe this last weekend's races, then that word is DRAMA. Did Lewis intentionally hit Max? Was his penalty severe enough? It's a heavy dose of soccer and racing this week as the guys reminisce on old times as Nick talks about his minor soccer confrontation at the CLT airport. The Euro 2020 tournament is officially over as Italy took the crown to Rome and England walked away in sadness. However in the COPA America Cup, Messi FINALLY won the cup for this first time in his international career, fighting against his former teammate Neymar is a fantastic show of soccer and sportsmanship. Oh yes, racing happened as well. NASCAR was in Atlanta this weekend for the final time on the old surface and now old configuration. Is everyone happy about that? Nope! And we're here to talk about it so sit back and enjoy!

Ok so we're late posting this week's episode, but hey we made it! Road America proved that it can be the new host of the July 4th race weekend, as it should. After all, wouldn't you rather spend a beautiful July 4th weekend in a beautiful part of the country rather than a hot & humid one (also know as Florida)? F1 in one word: drama. And it's beautiful. The Euro 2020 Final is set! Italy vs England! Who is going to win it all? We weigh in on our thoughts on how it may or may not turn out, but regardless it's going to be amazing. We also give you a live, in real-time look into Tampa Bay taking home their second straight Stanley Cup. Enjoy!

The double header at Pocono proved to be so entertaining! With tire blow outs and fuel strategy playing a major factor at the end of each race, excitement was definitely part of this weekend's races in the Pocono Mountains. The Euro 2020 Tournament Round of 16 is over and wow it did not disappoint. With shocking wins, to impressive headers, this tournament never falls short of excitement. Also, we talk about the NHL playoffs AND (wait for it) the NBA playoffs. Yup. We also give you a little teaser as to what is to come in the future for RFRC. Thanks for hanging out guys! Enjoy!

F1 returns to France to put on a surprisingly great show, while INDYCAR takes on Road America. Josh Berry tells Santino Ferrucci he's "number one" with both hands, Truex gets first win at Phoenix, Marcus Smith continues to make progress for NASCAR to return to the Nashville Fairgrounds, and Josh now laughs about the Sabres demise. 

"The reason Kyle [Larson] wasn't more emotional about winning [today's race] is he's won 75 races in the last 12 months." - Josh Vegas gave us lots to talk about, so join on us on this "knee jerk reaction" episode as we discuss Vegas, KB's questionable spin, and all the emotions that encompassed the weekend.

We look back on a race that Josh loved, Nick couldn't watch, and other fans didn't care for. Also City is probably gonna win the league this year.
