Fabio De Masi ist Vorsitzender des Bündnisses Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) und führt seit der Bundestagswahl 2025 einen juristischen Kampf um eine Neuauszählung der Stimmen. Das BSW scheiterte mit nur 9.529 fehlenden Stimmen knapp an der 5%-Hürde – das knappste Wahlergebnis in der Geschichte der Bundesrepublik. De Masi, der sich in den vergangenen Monaten intensiv in das deutsche Wahlrecht eingearbeitet hat, wirft der schwarz-roten Mehrheit im Bundestag vor, aus Eigeninteresse eine Neuauszählung zu blockieren. Nun zieht er vor das Bundesverfassungsgericht.Im Interview erläutert De Masi die juristische Ausgangslage, dokumentierte Zählfehler und statistische Anomalien, die eine Neuauszählung aus seiner Sicht rechtfertigen. Er geht dabei hart mit etablierten Parteien ins Gericht: Der Bundestag sei „Richter in eigener Sache" – eine Regelung aus der Kaiserzeit, die von Juristen seit Jahren kritisiert werde. De Masi zeigt sich differenziert, wenn er der AfD bescheinigt, sich in diesem Fall „sauber verhalten" zu haben, während er CDU, SPD und Grünen vorwirft, die parlamentarische Kontrolle aus Eigeninteresse zu lähmen. Seine zentrale These: Die sogenannte „demokratische Mitte" verhindere Untersuchungsausschüsse und demokratische Prinzipien, um ihre Mehrheit zu sichern. David Weiss vive a Carona tra il 1968 e il 1978, trovandosi al centro di una vivace comunità di artisti e scrittori che in quegli anni avevano trovato un rifugio e un luogo dove poter sperimentare in libertà nuove pratiche artistiche e nuove modalità creative. Per la prima volta questa storia è stata ricostruita attraverso un attento lavoro di ricerca e documentazione.  Fra pochissimo ne parliamo con Virginia Marano, che ha co-curato l'esposizione insieme a Tobia Bezzola.Per la mostra della settimana andiamo a Basilea, dove la Fondazione Beyeler dedica la prima retrospettiva all'artista giapponese Yayoi Kusama. This week, we return to another episode from 2021, when we spoke with Will Marshall, Co-founder and CEO of Planet Labs(NYSE:PL). Planet provides data services drawn from its fleet of about 200 satellites that generate a complete image of the earth's surface every day. It just celebrated its first quarter of EBITDA profitability, but at the time, it was still working to close its combination with dMY Technology Group IV. Niccolo de Masi, who at the time steered dMY IV, also joined to explain the investment case for Planet and the private space industry more broadly. Many of those space ventures that combined with SPACs are now booming despite equity market headwinds. But, what did the pathway to the stars look like four years ago, and what challenges remain?

Stacey's curiosity and empathy prompted the BBC to commission Stacey Dooley Investigates, which began in 2009. In recognition of her outstanding contribution to broadcasting, she was awarded an MBE in 2018. That same year, Stacey won Strictly Come Dancing, taking home the glitterball trophy with her dance partner and now long-term partner Kevin Clifton. The couple welcomed their daughter, Minnie, in 2023. Stacey's new book Dear Minnie: Conversations with Remarkable Mothers is out now.  Angela provides some inspiration for Mother's Day, with an afternoon tea-style menu. She prepares a delicious puttanesca puff tart (packed with all of Stacey's favourite flavours) and Martha Collison's triple cheese scones.
