Thoughts on the alleged controversy surrounding former NBA and NBA father LaVar Balll went on the Colin Cowherd Show and the white bimbo Kristine Leahy was baiting him and I believe tried to feed off his fame some say he was rude, others say she was racist and was trying to play the white woman card and thought he would bow down to her royal whiteness. My thoughts on Trumps firing of FBI director Comey, why he's in Saudi Arabia etc. Why I compared Ball to Trump because they both say outrageous ridiculous things.
Had no co-host, but still have a show to complete. This week, I announce some house-based news personally, which will be helpful for listeners & upcoming shows. I will be talking about the playoffs (since it's STILL on TV). Whether Zaza tried to injure our superstar Mr. Leonard on purpose, the NBA Awards (which is still a weird name), & plenty of other topics on the show. I have TWO asses of the week, & I think they're for good reason. Enjoy the show, & apologies if the quality isn't exceptional, but I'm will to be accountable for it not being the best. Charlamagne awards Jason Whitlock Donkey of the Day for both slandering and threatening Charlamagne after his remarks on Kristine Leahy, as well as being an insult to the culture.
We mourn the passing of grunge rock great Chris Cornell....We had to lighten up the conversation and leave the somber tone to discuss the circus that is ESPN and Lavar Ball.....His interview on The Herd and the garbage he spews. After the way he spoke to Kristine Leahy he should never get a minute of airtime again...It felt good to bash.
Thursday 5/18- Today on the show we had our favorite doctor Dr. Oz visit, where he gave health tips and his thoughts on the recent events that has been happening in entertainment. Also, Charlamagne gave Donkey of the Day to Kristine Leahy and Angela helped some listeners out for Ask Yee. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

The second day of the week and Shayles was a little tired this morning after a #MargaritaMonday out. We compare sugars in the Unicorn Frappucino and other drinks. 10 Items or Less was pretty bleak, with attempted abductions, the Royals score and whatnot. There was a huge shake-up on Dancing With The Stars last night. American Ninja Warrior is taping in Kansas City this week and today we chat with host Kristine Leahy. She chats us up about BBQ, the contestants and the Chiefs 2017-18 schedule. Listen for her prediction for this year...hopefully we're playing it back in February. After a successful first run the Whisper Game is back. This time with more guesses and some terrible play on Truta's part. Shaylee takes us behind the scenes with All Access. Truta's daughter lost her iPod and he's teetering on the edge of buying another one. There's still hope someone either found it or took it and may return it. Although Rick Conkling has a story about finding an iPhone in Overland Park, taking it home before he returned it and being charged with a crime!!! OP police cited him for taking misplaced property. BOGUS! No one will ever do a good deed ever again after that. With more NASCAR tickets to give away we bring back Trick or Trending. And that's #TheShowKC for the day. See you tomorrow!
