We are excited to begin this project! We are engaging diverse, mostly female voices in dialogue focused on the arena of women in leadership. Our goal is to provide a space for women who want to be in leadership, and those in leadership, to be encouraged to bring their full selves to work, rather than having to mirror the dominant, (non-ubiquitous but prevailing), dominating male approach. Our guests will come from far and wide, from executives to practitioners, from stay at home moms to working moms (in no way to indicate that moms at home don't work 24/7), to men in various capacities. While we do speak primarily to women in a binary identity expression, we do recognize that this conversation sits within a broader conversation around diversity in leadership as a whole.
