Nathan and Rizwan are back to do another spotlight on a fan project in the tokusatsu community! This time we'll be taking a look at Patrickskye's Rise of the Dragon fan-comic. This comic picks up where the Power Rangers 2017 movie leaves off, and goes into the story to introduce Tommy as the Green Ranger.
