Dave shares how valuable being a continuous learner is, the power of self-reflection, and his take on the future of the horse industry and AI.  David Dellin is CEO of the American Paint Horse Association, a multi-million dollar international organization and the world's second largest equine breed registry. He leads APHA's family of brands: the non-profit American Paint Horse Association, its wholly owned for-profit subsidiary Marked For Greatness Properties LLC, and the charitable American Paint Horse Foundation. An Oklahoma State University graduate, Dellin first joined APHA as director of judges in 2012 and was instrumental in the development of innovative showing- and judge-education resources, including APHA's interactive learning platform horseIQ.com. Dellin's expertise and experience has yielded partnerships between APHA and other equine organizations to streamline, modernize, and create their own stakeholder resources through APHA's proprietary platform. Dellin assumed the position of CEO in 2023. Se siente muy bien salir ya a jugar partidos que de verdad cuentan. Sera muy divertido jugar con los chicos y pasarla bien otra vez. La camaradería que tenemos entre todos es increíble.CLBLL: ¿Cuáles son tus goles en este 2019?LV: ¡Ganar el título numero 28 hombre! Yo pienso que este equipo es increíble y las adiciones que se hicieron mas los jugadores que se mantuvieron, nos hace fuertes. Para mi es todo acerca de ganar y también de mantenerme saludable. Quiero salir a darlo todo y aportar el entusiasmo que traje la pasada temporada. Mantener el nivel del 2018 es la clave. No pude jugar con Judge la pasada campaña y eso es algo que estoy buscando, verlo jugar en vivo. Yo creo que este equipo va a ser algo fenomenal por lo que sabemos que podemos hacer, pues lo tenemos todo para llegar muy lejos en la postemporada.CLBLL: El año pasado se quedaron corto de su meta pues para los Yankees el gol es siempre ganar la serie mundial. ¿Cuál sería la diferencia positiva de este equipo en comparación al del año pasado?LV: Yo te diría que a pesar de que somos casi el mismo equipo, los chicos nuevos que han traído son muy positivos en el camerino. Ninguno son jugadores egoístas y bueno…nuestro bullpen es asqueroso (risas) es el mejor de todo el beisbol. La pasada temporada algunas lesiones fueron desafortunadas y ahora Didi, Dellin, CC y Sevy, pero si podemos mantenernos saludables, este equipo de arriba hacia abajo es una maquinaria. Nuestros últimos bates podrían ser terceros en muchísimos equipos. Va a ser excitante ver lo que este equipo puede conseguir. ¡Me parece que podemos romper el récord de jonrones de nuevo!
