Griffin Warner talk betting for Friday. Griffin Warner is back on the What I Bet podcast with one of the most loaded Friday cards of the season, covering a Champions League final preview, a potential series-ending Game 5 in the NHL Eastern Conference Finals, and a full fourteen-game Major League Baseball slate from first pitch to the night's marquee showdown in Los Angeles. Warner opens with a quick look at Arsenal and PSG preparing to meet in Hungary on Saturday, noting that both clubs play a possession-dominant style that would make the final an exercise in control and patience. The hockey segment takes center stage early as Warner dissects the situation facing the Montreal Canadiens, who arrived in Carolina as a plus 199 money line underdog trying to avoid elimination after a dominant Game 1 gave way to three straight losses. He walks through the series odds, the compressed total of 5.5 at nearly even juice, and the possession dynamics that have kept Montreal trapped in their own zone, comparing Carolina's shot-volume approach to the ball-control philosophy of the two Champions League finalists. His clearest hockey lean is the under, supported by a secondary interest in Montreal's puck line at plus 1.5. The baseball analysis begins with Atlanta and Grant Holmes visiting Cincinnati and Chris Paddock, where Warner leans over, before working through Lucas Giolito's road start for San Diego against Washington and the potential value in the Nationals as a home underdog given their surprising offensive output. Pittsburgh and the long-awaited return of Jared Jones from internal brace surgery draws a careful look against Taj Bradley and Minnesota, with Warner favoring the under given Jones's extended absence and bullpen volatility on both sides. The Miami Marlins and Max Meyer visiting Freddy Peralta and the Mets produce an under lean consistent with a matchup Warner faded successfully the previous week. He moves through Walbert Ureña and Los Angeles at Tampa, Boston's minor league call-up visiting Cleveland and Slade Cecconi, Shōta Imanaga and the Cubs visiting St. Louis, Troy Melton and a struggling Detroit team road-favored against the White Sox and Erick Fedde, Stephen Kolek on a post-complete-game fade against MacKenzie Gore in Texas, Coleman Crow on the road for Milwaukee in Houston against Kai-Wei Teng, Logan Webb and the Giants visiting Colorado where Warner leans over and toward the Rockies, Carlos Rodón and the Yankees at the Sacramento Athletics and Luis Severino, Zac Gallen and Arizona at Seattle in a stay-away situation, and finally Zach Wheeler and the Phillies arriving in Los Angeles as plus 103 road underdogs against Justin Wrobleski, where Warner leans to Philadelphia as a coin-flip spot with positive expected value. The What I Bet Best Bet lands on the Cleveland Guardians and Slade Cecconi at minus 115, a number that climbed from minus 113 during the recording session as confirmation of the direction. Griffin Warner talks betting for Tuesday. Griffin Warner returns with the May 26 edition of What I Bet on the Straight Outta Vegas AM pregame.com podcast feed, covering a critical NHL elimination game and a full 13-game MLB slate in one of the busiest betting days of the early summer. On the ice, Griffin explains why he is not buying the Colorado Avalanche as road favorites against the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final. The Avs fell 5-3 in Game 3 and now trail 3-0, with Nathan MacKinnon's knee injury after blocking a shot adding serious uncertainty to Colorado's roster situation. Cale Makar returned from his own upper-body absence but Griffin says he never looked fully himself, and the backhand goal from Tomas Hertl that extended Vegas's lead was the moment that defined the game. Golden Knights minus 102 is his play. On the baseball side, Griffin works through every matchup on the board, starting with the Washington Nationals and Cade Cavalli against the Cleveland Guardians and Joey Cantillo, leaning Cleveland at minus 130. He covers the Tampa Bay Rays and Griffin Jax against a bullpen game, with former Rays righty Shane Baz, now an Oriole, having pitched well against Tampa recently, and finds value in the under on total first five at plus 100. He leans to Keider Montero and the under in Detroit against the Angels and Jack Kochanowicz, backs Boston and Ranger Suarez plus 100 over Spencer Strider and the Braves because Strider still needs to prove his return from elbow surgery is complete, monitors Sandy Alcantara and Miami against the Blue Jays and Braydon Fisher in a bullpen game, and sides with the Mets and David Peterson over the Reds and Chase Burns in a battle where plus money is simply too attractive to ignore. Kyle Harrison has been one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball since joining Milwaukee from Boston and Griffin respects him enormously but cannot pay minus 170. He leans under on Cam Schlittler and the Yankees against Kansas City and Bailey Falter after recounting how Lucas Erceg's blown save on a misplaced slider to Anthony Volpe cost him a two-unit win the night before. Joe Ryan and the Twins draw plus money from Sean Burke and the White Sox, making the under on seven and a half the natural lean. The Houston Astros no-hit Texas on Monday and Griffin reads that as a direct statement on how poorly the Rangers have been hitting and how difficult Globe Life Field plays, leaning under against Jack Leiter. Aaron Nola and the Phillies get the nod over Randy Vasquez and the Padres after Vasquez was scratched Monday and slid into Tuesday's spot. Emerson Hancock and Luis Severino shape up as a low-scoring Sacramento game, Eduardo Rodriguez and Tyler Mahle figure to keep it quiet at Oracle Park, and there is simply no case for backing Kyle Freeland and the Rockies at plus 206 in Los Angeles against Eric Lauer's Dodger debut. Griffin's Best Bet is the Pittsburgh Pirates and Braxton Ashcraft at minus 125 over the Cubs and Jordan Wicks, who is making his first big-league start of the season after being recalled from Triple-A Iowa following a stint on the IL. Munaf Manji and Dave Essler talk betting for Tuesday. Munaf Manji and Uncle Diamond Dave Essler are back after a Memorial Day reset and come loaded for one of the busiest Tuesdays of the spring. The Knicks swept Cleveland and are heading to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999, winning 11 straight in the postseason, but the real conversation is Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals where Oklahoma City hosts San Antonio with the series tied two games apiece. With Jalen Williams questionable and AJ Mitchell already ruled out for the Thunder, the market has slid from five and a half down to four and a half, and both hosts land squarely on the under, pointing to San Antonio's scoring trend through the series, OKC's need to slow the game down with a shorter bench, and the defensive intensity both teams have shown in every game after the first. Munaf drills into the second-half total as his preferred bet and flags De'Aaron Fox's rebounds-plus-assists at 9.5 on FanDuel as a prop worth targeting given what Fox has done in his two healthy games this series. From there the guys go deep on eight MLB games. Tampa Bay's Griffin Jax continues his surprising conversion from reliever to starter when the Rays visit Baltimore to face Shane Baz, a matchup that cuts both ways given each pitcher faced the other team in his immediately prior start. Spencer Strider returns to Fenway with Atlanta against Ranger Suarez and the Red Sox in a game both hosts think favors the Braves early and the over late once both bullpens get involved. Chase Burns takes a never-faced-the-Mets edge into Citi Field against David Peterson with Cincinnati firmly in the NL Central race. Cam Schlittler, who owns a 1.04 road ERA and a .139 opponent average on the road this season, faces Bailey Falter in Kansas City in what becomes Dave's best bet, Yankees first five minus a half run. Munaf's best bet is the Cardinals-Brewers under four and a half in the first five innings with Michael McGreevy and Kyle Harrison both in elite form and zero familiarity working in favor of either offense. Jason Alexander goes for Houston in Arlington the night after the Rangers threw a combined no-hitter, with both hosts liking the Texas team total over. Emerson Hancock and Luis Severino bring their home-road split drama to West Sacramento, and Eduardo Rodriguez faces Tyler Mahle at Oracle Park in an over-or-under debate shaped entirely by the park's dimensions and a 22-mile-per-hour wind blowing out. Use promo code PLAYOFFS20 at Pregame.com for 20 percent off any package before tonight's deadline. Early bird NFL packages are live and the Hall of Fame game is 72 days away. I'm a little late getting this one out, but we're talking baseball for Thursday, April 30. The A's wake up alone on top of the AL West, the Tigers get their guts ripped out in Atlanta, and the Rockies hang a big crooked 13 on the Reds. I go game‑by‑game through Wednesday's MLB scoreboard straight off mlb.com — Guardians over the Rays behind Gavin Williams and a two‑run knock from Chase DeLauter, Angels getting walked off by Colson Montgomery and the White Sox in the 10th, Mariners beating the Twins even though Minnesota piles up 12 hits, Rangers blanking the Yankees behind Nathan Eovaldi, and the Blue Jays smacking the Red Sox 8–1 with bombs from Ernie Clement and Brandon Valenzuela. Then we get into the homer stuff. My A's take care of the Royals 5–2 behind seven innings and eight punchouts from Luis Severino, a three‑run shot from Lawrence Butler, and clean work late from Joel Kuhnel and Mark Leiter Jr. I run through the A's injury and roster notes: Max Muncy's busted hand, Brett Harris coming up, Brent Rooker back off the IL, and Denzel Clarke and Colby Thomas in the mix. For the Tigers, I talk about Tarek Skubal going out and doing Tarek Skubal things before Matt Olson — the Atlanta kid — walks it off, and what that does to a club that's sitting just behind Cleveland in an AL Central that might be “balanced” or might just be bad. On the Rockies side, I break down Hunter Goodman's three‑for‑four, two‑homer night (he's up to eight and leading NL catchers in homers), Tomoyuki Sugano's work on the mound, and where the Rockies sit in a stacked NL West. I also hit the Rockies' injury/roster moves: Kyle Freeland's IL trip, McCade Brown to the 60‑day, Zac Veen and Mickey Moniak coming back. I wrap it up with a lap around the standings — NL Central with everybody over .500, Braves already seven games clear in the NL East, Yankees and Rays at the top of the AL East, and the West Sacramento A's leading the AL West — plus a look at today's lighter travel‑day slate and some live score updates while the Tigers, Rockies, Giants, Astros and Orioles are all going. Munaf Manji and Dave Essler talk betting for Wednesday. Munaf Manji and Uncle Dave Essler are back for the Wednesday edition of Cash That Ticket on the Straight Outta Vegas AM feed, coming off a perfect 2-0 Tuesday that included the San Antonio Spurs covering big and the Cincinnati Reds cashing the team total over four and a half thanks to Elly De La Cruz's 10th home run of the season in an eighth-inning two-run blast. Before diving into the card, Uncle Dave makes a point of crediting one of his best decisions of the week as a bet he chose not to make, targeting José Soriano and the Angels in a first-five spot that he ultimately passed on after the market signaled something was off. That discipline is the theme of the early conversation, with both hosts discussing the mental game of hot streaks, the danger of overconfidence, and why the process matters more than any single result. On the NBA side, all three games on the board get deep analysis. In Detroit, Franz Wagner's calf strain puts the Magic in an interesting position with a 3-1 series lead, and Uncle Dave identifies Detroit at plus 210 to win the series as the smart play rather than laying or taking nine-plus points, pointing to a massive Pistons bench edge over a shallow Orlando reserve unit. The Orlando team total under gets flagged as a secondary play, along with a Jalen Suggs regression prop on DraftKings after a historically bad shooting game. In Cleveland, Uncle Dave makes a strong case for Toronto with the eight and a half points and the over, citing brutal combined shooting in Game 4 that he expects both teams to correct at home. Donovan Mitchell's points prop over twenty-seven and a half and Jarrett Allen scoring twelve or more are both identified as supporting plays. The Raptors-Cavaliers game total over two eighteen and a half at minus one-oh-five on DraftKings is Munaf's official best bet for the night. In Los Angeles, both hosts lean under in the Rockets-Lakers closeout game with Kevin Durant already ruled out, and Munaf makes a case for a signature LeBron performance, identifying his rebounds-plus-assists combination at fifteen and a half as an intriguing prop. Uncle Dave likes Jabari Smith Junior's PRA over twenty-seven at minus one-oh-eight on DraftKings. On the MLB side, Uncle Dave runs through the full evening card, identifying the Brewers with Eduardo Rodriguez as a viable minus-one-twenty play, the Astros as a live underdog against Chris Bassitt with their team total over as the vehicle, the Royals team total over facing Luis Severino at his worst home environment, and the Braves in the first five against JR Ritchie at around minus one-oh-five as the most interesting matchup-specific angle of the night given Detroit's complete unfamiliarity with the rookie. Uncle Dave's official best bet is the Reds team total over four and a half against Tomoyuki Sugano, the Rockies right-hander who Uncle Dave had pegged as Tuesday's starter before Kyle Freeland took the ball. The same logic applies tonight in a hitter-friendly park with a favorable wind. The show closes with a preview of the Denver-Minnesota Game 6 on Thursday and a reminder to use promo code HIT20 at Pregame.com for twenty dollars off the thirty-day all-access MLB package, available right now for just ninety-nine dollars. Munaf Manji and Dave Essler talk betting for Monday. Munaf Manji and Uncle Diamond Dave Esler open Monday's Cash That Ticket on the Straight Outta Vegas AM feed with a well-earned Masters hangover, recapping Rory McIlroy's historic back-to-back green jacket win at Augusta National where the Northern Irishman became just the fourth player ever to win consecutive Masters titles joining Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, and Tiger Woods, holding on through a dramatic final round where Cameron Young briefly seized the lead and Justin Rose surged into contention before McIlroy finished at 12 under par, one shot ahead of Scottie Scheffler, with a four-way tie for third including Young, Rose, Tyrrell Hatton, and Russell Henley. Dave went roughly break even on his Masters exposure and both hosts note the NHL and NBA regular seasons are done with playoffs now underway. The focus quickly shifts to a loaded Monday MLB card where Dave and Munaf work through four games starting with Miami Marlins at Atlanta Braves where Eury Pérez's walk rate and home run vulnerability make the Braves first five innings team total over one and a half at minus-155 Dave's preferred play against a lineup that just erupted for 13 runs on Sunday, then Cleveland Guardians at St. Louis Cardinals where Gavin Williams and his electric 2.04 ERA make the Guardians first five innings money line at minus-115 at South Point the cleanest low-juice bet on the board despite the overnight travel factor, with the Gavin Williams outs issued prop sitting at 17 and a half on DraftKings as a secondary angle, then Texas Rangers at the Athletics in West Sacramento where Brent Rooker is on the injured list with an oblique strain and Luis Severino is making his first home start of the season having issued five walks in each of his last two road outings, with Munaf going Rangers money line at minus-126 on DraftKings behind Nathan Eovaldi off a strong bounce-back start and a career ERA of 2.76 against this Oakland organization, and finally New York Mets at the Los Angeles Dodgers in a 10:10 Eastern night cap where the Mets arrive in a brutal cross-country travel spot after being swept at home by the Athletics and David Peterson brings a 6.14 ERA against a Dodgers lineup ranked first in slugging and second in batting average against left-handed pitching this season. Official best bets are Dave Esler with the Braves first five team total over one and a half and the Guardians first five money line, Munaf Manji with the Texas Rangers money line. Texas Rangers vs. Athletics MLB Pick Prediction by Tony T. Rangers at Athletics 9:40PM ET— Nathan Eovaldi is starting for Texas. Eovaldi in three starts has an ERA of 7.98 with WHIP of 1.84. The right hander fans 26.8% with 7% walks. Grounders served at 46.8% with 2.45 home runs per nine innings. Luis Severino gets the start for Athletics. Severino has three starts dealing with an ERA of 5.40 with WHIP of 1.80. The veteran strikes out 28.3% with 21.7% walks. Ground ball rate of 46.7% with no homers allowed. A FIP of 3.48.
Athletics vs. NY Yankees MLB Pick Prediction by Tony T. Athletics at Yankees 7PM ET—Luis Severino will start for Athletics. Severino started 31 games with an ERA of 4.54 and WHIP of 1.30. Griffin Warner talks betting for Wednesday. Griffin Warner, the Realness of Pregame.com, returns for the April 1 episode of What I Bet riding a 5-2-1 run over his last eight plays and targeting a sixth win with a best bet built around one of the strongest pitching matchups on the board. The episode covers the opening day of the Crown college basketball tournament in Las Vegas, starting with a deep dive into Oklahoma's rapidly inflating line against Colorado, where a move from minus 6 to minus 9.5 triggers genuine curiosity about the Buffaloes without quite enough roster clarity to commit. Baylor and Minnesota follow in the late game, where Griffin makes the case that minus 4 is cheap for Scott Drew's program given how competitive the Bears were all season despite historic injury attrition, while Minnesota's road limitations and talent drain make them difficult to trust on a neutral floor. The bulk of the episode belongs to major league baseball, where Griffin works through all 12 games on a packed Wednesday slate. In Atlanta, Chris Sale and Luis Severino frame a matchup where the under 8 and the Athletics run line both draw interest, while Oakland's strikeout vulnerability against ace-level pitching provides the clearest structural lean. The most committed play of the card comes in Cincinnati, where Griffin fades Paul Skenes at minus 154 and backs Andrew Abbott at plus 139, citing Skenes' worst big-league start in his previous outing, O'Neil Cruz's likely absence against a left-hander, and a recurring market inefficiency where Pittsburgh gets more love than their roster deserves. Griffin also identifies Tampa Bay at plus 120 in Milwaukee as a legitimate lean, likes the Kansas City Royals as underdogs against a Minnesota rotation being carefully managed toward a trade deadline, and acknowledges Gavin Williams in Los Angeles as a pitcher still worth backing despite recent rough luck against the Dodgers' power lineup. Before the best bet, Griffin rolls out the Pregame.com promo code HOMERUN20, good for 20 percent off everything on the site including full MLB season all-access packages through the World Series, the largest discount he has offered in his seven-year tenure with Pregame.com. The episode closes with the best bet locked in on the New York Yankees versus Seattle Mariners, under 7, with Cam Schlittler opposing George Kirby in Seattle. Griffin reinforces the setup with a reference to Monday's low-scoring result in the same series, credits Kirby as the defining factor in the pitching matchup, and offers a first-five under as an optional half-unit side play for listeners who want an extra layer of protection against extra innings. Munaf Manji and Dave Essler talk betting for Friday. The Cash That Ticket podcast returns for a stacked Friday edition covering three MLB games from the opening weekend card, two confirmed Elite Eight matchups with live lines, and a pair of best bets to send listeners into the weekend with a plan. Host Munaf Manji and veteran handicapper Uncle Diamond Dave Esler open the show on a high note, with Dave having cashed his Pregame.com dollar best bet the night before on Texas covering against Purdue, a play he held firm on despite the line moving from 7 to 8.5. The MLB conversation starts with the A's visiting Toronto, where Dave makes the case against Kevin Gausman at a steep price point, citing shaky early-season splits and a structural argument against backing home teams on the run line when they might not bat in the ninth. Both hosts like the under 9 on a cold night with the Rogers Centre roof closed, and Munaf takes the plus-money A's given Luis Severino's strong road profile from last season. The Royals and Braves provide the pitching matchup of the night, with Cole Ragans facing Chris Sale in Atlanta. Dave leans into Royals history against Sale, highlights Salvador Perez's success in career at-bats against the veteran lefty, and notes Sale's pattern of allowing three or more earned runs in his first four outings of a season. Both hosts agree on under 7.5 and find value with Kansas City at plus money. The third game sends the Guardians to Seattle for Game 2 of a series Cleveland opened with a 6-4 victory. Dave challenges the assumption that the Mariners automatically bounce back, pointing to taxed bullpens on both sides, George Kirby's history of being managed carefully on innings, and Gavin Williams' quiet effectiveness against Seattle in limited head-to-head history. The Guardians run line in the first five innings is the preferred play. The show then shifts to Saturday's Elite Eight, with Dave and Munaf covering both confirmed games. Iowa gets the points against Illinois, with both handicappers respecting the familiarity factor between Big Ten programs that already played a close game this season, and cautioning against overreacting to Illinois' dominant win over Houston. Arizona gets the stronger endorsement, with Dave breaking down Purdue's difficult tournament path, its free throw-dependent win over Miami, and a late scare from Texas before facing a Wildcats team that dropped 109 on Arkansas and holds a top-three defense nationally. Best bets close the episode, with Dave backing Michigan team total under 91.5 based on the weakness of the Wolverines' previous tournament opponents, and Munaf laying the points with the LA Clippers against the Indiana Pacers behind Kawhi Leonard's recent form and Darius Garland's fit alongside him in the backcourt. He's far from the player he was, but should I be worried that he could steal at-bats away from Ben Rice?a.If so, do you discount Rice at the draft table?5.Finally, the Tigers had an eventful and expensive week. First they lost their arbitration hearing with Skubal, which cost of them $32 million and they signed Framber Valdez to a big three-year deal.a.I guess if there were worries about them moving Skubal, that appears to be unlikely. Thoughts on Tigers this season?Segment 2 – Fantasy Questions of the AL WestThe Athletics1.Denzel Clarke looks like he will get the first shot at center field. Do you like Clarke or Colby Thomas to get the bulk of the at-bats?a.Does it even matter?2.Outside of Nick Kurtz, which two Athletics are you most interested in rostering?3.We now have data on the first year at Sutter Park in Sacremento and it ranked as the second best ballpark to hit in after Coors Field.a.Luis Severino had a 3.02 ERA away from Sutter and a whopping 6.01 ERA at home. I grabbed him in the 31st round of my NFBC Draft Champions League and was going to do the Home/Away game. Dumb idea?b.The ballpark factor does not bode well for young rookies like Luis Morales and Gage Jump. Thoughts?4.Who gets the saves for A's?5.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Houston Astros1.After a great spring training, Cam Smith wasn't very good. In 134 games, he hit nine home runs and stole eight bases while hitting .236. In Spring Training, he hit .342 with four home runs and 15 games. a.Is this a reminder to ignore spring training stats?b.Also, do you see 2026 as a growth year for Smith? If so, could he become a 15+ home run guy with 10+ stolen bases?2.Yordan Alvarez – Over/Under 400 at-bats?3.Stat line for Tatsuya Imai – IP, K's, ERA and wins – 165, 180K, 3.50 ERA, 10 wins4.Christian Javier was a horse, and then 2024 came, and he had TJS. He struggled in his returns, but the fastball was back and the change-up was as good as ever. He doesn't throw particularly hard, but his xERA was 3.36 last season.a.Any interest?5.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Los Angeles Angels1.Nolan Schanuel – Over/Under 15 home runs?a.Everyone thought he would hit, and while he makes great contact, his low hard-hit rate drives his BABIP down, and he hit .264 with a .263 xBA. How can you start this guy at first base?2.After Zach Neto and Jo Adel, give me two players you are interested in drafting from the Angels and why.3.Reid Detmers' stat line for 2026 – IP, Ks, ERAa.Detmers or Alek Manoah – who would you rather roster?4.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Seattle Mariners1.Cal Raleigh will hit closer to 40 home runs or 60 home runs in 2026.2.Dominic Canzone or Victor Robles – Who would you rather roster and why?3.Which one of Colt Emerson or Kade Anderson do we see in 2026? Or, do we see both?a.I know you're not a big Emerson fan, but I think he's going to be very good when he gets up – hint, I think we see him in the first half4.I can't think of a good pitching question – but, WOW, what a staff?5.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)Texas Rangers1.Wyatt Langford – 2026 stat line – HR, SB, Runs, RBIs, and BA2.It's hard to say that Evan Carter is a bust, but so far, he's been a disappointment. He's still going as a number five outfielder – pick #71. Are you going to be one of those managers?3.I don't believe we talked about Josh Jung much last season or even when we did your third base rankings. He actually was somewhat healthy last season – 131 games, but hit 14 home runs and a SLG of .390. What happened?a.Is he of interest to you in upcoming drafts?4.Are you ready to trust Jack Leiter?5.Give me a sleeper in the organization (minor or majors)

We will have a discussion for a bit.b.Do you think he gets in?5.Aaron Nola – Yikes. He never threw very hard, but his four-seamer is off a mile per hour and it's getting destroyed (.611 SLG). Start, sit or drop?a.Here are some other pitchers that are struggling. Same question.i.Sandy Alcantara – 8.10 ERA, 1.637 WHIPii.Dustin May – 4.08 ERA, 1.24 WHIP. Not awful, but last four outings, he's been terrible, pitching to a 6.35 ERAiii.Luis Severino – 4.70 ERA, 1.32 WHIP6.Patrick Corbin looked like he was playing out the string after signing that great contract with Washington. He went unowned in most leagues. This year, he's been a different guy. Pitching for Texas, he's won three games and posting a 3.35 ERA. However, he's not striking out many (7 K/9) and his xERA is 4.52.a.You can't sell high (maybe you can), but what do you do here? Keep starting him every week? Pick and choose based on matchups? Something else?7.Are the Phillies starting to use Jordan Romano as part of a close committee? Do you trust him after how he's lookd this season?8.One more question that might come up tonight. We have plenty with what I've written.9.What one hitter are you targeting for this weekend's FAAB?10.What one pitcher are you targeting for this weekend's FAAB?
Today's word of the day is ‘brrrr' as in cold as in snow as in winter as in the MLB Winter Meetings are here. Is Juan Soto getting signed? Are more contract being tossed around? Who is spending money? Who is saving money? What is happening!? (9:45) The Athletics signed Luis Severino to a $67 million deal! What? I cannot believe it. Why did they do this? (15:13) The Las Vegas Stadium Authority approved the lease and non-relocation documents yesterday. What does that mean for the Athletics new stadium? Is this a done deal? (20:20) Did the St. Pete City Council vote mean anything yesterday? Anything???? (28:20) Review: Here. (33:00) Bill Belichick interviewed for the UNC job? I mean… cmon. It's not going to happen! (37:10) Eric Bieniemy is out at UCLA after one year. He was the offensive coordinator in charge of one of the worst offenses in football. (42:30) So You Wanna Talk to Samson!? Someone asked me why SMU is even playing this weekend. Interesting! (47:45) NPPOD. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
