This week's episode is one which I know so many of you have been excited to tune into . . . that's right, it's time for the Let's Discuss reunion episode! For those of you that didn't previously tune into Let's Discuss Podcast, Let's Discuss is a show I co-hosted alongside my great friend Ella for a number of years. Let's Discuss Podcast is all about navigating life as millennial women, and in it we discuss life, love, work and wellbeing. You can still listen in if you fancy it. In November 2020 Ella and I decided to wrap the show, for the time-being, but I've missed our regular podcast catch-ups! And I know that many of you have too! I'm so happy to be reuniting for today's Health Home Hustle episode! A bit of background for those of you who may be new to Ella and her work: Ella Gregory is an OG in the world of fashion blogging. Having started her site Coco's Tea Party when she was just 16 years old, Ella was part of the very first wave of bloggers. Throughout her blogging career Ella travelled extensively, collaborated with prestigious brands the world over, interviewed movie stars, wrote thousands of blog posts and shared her life online via multiple platforms. And truly, I'm just sharing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Ella's accolades! After 13 years in the blogging industry Ella decided to make a pivot, and as you'll hear in this episode is now working in an adjacent field, and thriving in this season of life. Tune in for a catch up with Ella! We get into it all: from what prompted Ella to make a big life change, through to how things are going now, as well as a good'ol conversation about TV shows, books, beauty products and more that we've been loving of late! This episode is a casual, fun catch-up between friends! I hope you'll love tuning in! Welcome to a special bonus episode of Let’s Discuss! Whilst we were preparing for the launch of Season 9 on April 7th this year, the shape-shifting times that we’re living in as we navigate COVID-19, prompted us to record this bonus episode for you. Right now things are changing by the moment, and there is a huge array of emotions being felt. Amongst them: uncertainty, fear, hope, gratitude and a general sense of limbo. Whilst we navigate these unchartered waters personally, we wanted to check in with you. To see how you’re doing. And to talk through some of the things we’re doing to try and stay on top of our own wellbeing (mentally and physically) and productivity during this season. We started Let’s Discuss Podcast as a way to open up the conversations we were having as friends, with you. And now, more so than ever, that sense of sharing and support is at the forefront of our minds. We want you to feel as supported as possible right now, and like you can talk to us about how you’re getting on. Which you absolutely can! If you’d like to reach out we’re over on Instagram at @LetsDiscussPodcast, and individually you can find us on @MonicaBeatrice and @CocosTeaParty. Hi there and welcome to the fifth episode of Let's Discuss! A brand new podcast by lifestyle bloggers and friends Ella Gregory and Monica Beatrice Welburn. Let's Discuss is a forum for us to share the conversations we have on all things life, love, work and wellbeing. In our fifth episode we're delving into the world of quarter life crises, our individual experiences of them, and our advice on recognising when you may be in crisis and how to handle it. As we've both experienced personally, a crisis can be a really scary anxiety-ridden time in life. We both felt alone in our crises until we opened up to others. In sharing our experiences we hope that we can help you if you too are experiencing an anxious period, or know someone that is. Your twenties are often a time when you will go through some anxiety - there is a lot to handle at this point in your life! Whatever age you are, in this episode we address how totally 'normal' it is to be in a crisis, and how to help yourself to get out of this challenging stage. We hope you enjoy episode five! Thank you so much for supporting our new endeavour! Love, Ella and Monica x P.S. Our last episode of series one of Let's Discuss Podcast will be a Q&A!
