We hear all the time that everyone should look after their health, but all too often Executives, Entrepreneurs and Business people put their career and jobs first. The stress of juggling the many demands can be significant and what many don't realise is that it is not IF that stress will impact their health but WHEN. On this episode of The PEAKS Life we talk to seasoned strategy and operations executive Lindsay O'Sullivan about the health crisis that stopped him in his tracks, made him rethink the priorities in his life and re-focus his attention on his health and wellbeing. Lindsay is a highly successful Executive who has worked in Australia and the UK. He is currently Chief Operating Officer at Keystart Home Loans, a $6 billion specialist low-deposit and shared-ownership home lender and has held key leadership roles at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry WA, Bankwest, Herbert Smith Freehills, and NAB. Lindsay has managed geographically diverse teams of up to 800 people, advised on trade and investment and innovation policy, had full P&L responsibility for a $100M enterprise and driven the transformation of legacy businesses. A previous Business News 40 Under 40 winner and a Leadership WA alumnus, Lindsay is also the Deputy Chair of Fringe World Festival, a director of IT consultancy, Veev Group, and a committee member of Catholic Education, Western Australia. More importantly, he is a husband and a father, a keen, if (in his words!) unimpressive rugby player and road cyclist. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/PEAKS/message
