His use of impressionist harmony, interpretation of traditional jazz repertoire, block chords, and trademark rhythmically independent, "singing" melodic lines continues to influence jazz pianists today.

Que de chemin parcouru par Guts. Le producteur français qui vit aujourd'hui à Ibiza comptabilise près de 30 ans de carrière, de Alliance Ethnik à maintenant. En amoureux fou et en esthète, il n'a eu de cesse de faire évoluer sa musique. Sorti il y a quelques semaines chez Jakarta Records, le disque bénéficie quand même de l'adoubement de Guts qui s'est impliqué dans la production. Parmi les invités on retrouve aussi des gens comme Akua Naru, Leron Thomas, Afrodyete ou encore l'excellent Jay Prince.
