Todo parece estar diseñado para que obtengamos resultados rápidos: la comida llega en minutos, la información se encuentra en segundos, y hasta los sueños se nos prometen en tiempo récord. Sin embargo, en medio de esa cultura de la prisa olvidamos que lo esencial de la vida no sigue relojes digitales ni algoritmos. Cada proceso —ya sea personal, emocional, físico o espiritual— requiere de su propio ritmo, un tiempo natural que no se puede forzar sin consecuencias.
