Necesitas una forma de manejar esa energía sin reprimirla, pero sin dejar que te desborde.Situación 2: Sensación de Disociación: Quizás tienes la experiencia de "irte de tu cuerpo", de no sentirte completamente presente. La disociación es una respuesta muy común de nuestro sistema nervioso, especialmente si hemos vivido traumas, y aunque es normal, no siempre es agradable. Puede que te sientas fragmentado, disperso, como si no estuvieras completo.Si te identificas con alguna de estas experiencias, este ejercicio de contención puede ser un gran aliado.Muy bien, ¿listos para probarlo? Es un ejercicio que puedes hacer sentado.1.Prepárate: Encuentra un asiento cómodo. Asegúrate de que tus pies estén firmemente plantados en el suelo. Si eres bajito y tus pies quedan colgando, coloca algo debajo, como un par de libros o un cojín, para que puedan apoyarse bien.2.Postura: Siéntate derecho, con las rodillas separadas al ancho de las caderas.3.Coloca las manos: Lleva las palmas de tus manos a la parte exterior de tus muslos. Pueden estar en la parte superior del muslo o a mitad del muslo, donde te resulte más cómodo.4.La acción clave: Ahora viene la parte importante. Mientras inhalas lenta y profundamente por tu nariz, vas a empezar a empujar tus palmas hacia adentro, contra tus muslos. AL MISMO TIEMPO, vas a empujar tus muslos hacia afuera, contra tus palmas. Es una fuerza igual y opuesta.o Las manos empujan hacia adentro, activando los brazos, los hombros e incluso el abdomen.o Los muslos empujan hacia afuera, activando las piernas y la pelvis.5.Sostén: Mantén esta presión por unos segundos. Contemos juntos: 4, 3, 2, 16.Suelta y observa: Exhala, Relaja la presión y descansa un momento. Simplemente siente. ¿Qué sucede cuando sueltas? ¿Notas alguna corriente de energía saliendo del cuerpo? ¿Quizás más energía moviéndose o circulando? ¿Un poco de calor?7.Repite si es necesario: Puede que una ronda no sea suficiente. Si sientes que lo necesitas, haz otra. Trae las manos a los muslos, presiona las manos hacia adentro y los muslos hacia afuera. Siente cómo todos tus músculos se organizan para realizar este movimiento. Tu cuerpo está "entrando en línea".8.Vuelve a soltar: Cuando estés listo, suelta de nuevo y descansa. Es muy importante tomarse este tiempo para notar el efecto del ejercicio.Generalmente, no necesitarás más de dos a cuatro rondas para sentir algún cambio en tu nivel de energía.Como con todos los ejercicios somáticos, la clave está en la autoobservación.
