“There's nothing like touring a town with projects that we've funded.” That's what Lillian Salerno, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's rural development director for Texas, told the Wilson County News Nov. 16 after a visit to Floresville with other USDA officials. The tour began with a stop at the Plaza Well, behind buildings on the 500 block of 10th Street (U.S. 181), for a groundbreaking ceremony.
