The guys are back to continue the conversation that began in the last episode about how to "Be About It". They start off with Damon sharing about his experience running the Long Beach Marathon and even though he tried to run faster, his body only allowed him to run the time that he trained for. Then they talk about how we may need to look to make changes to our habits and routines to achieve different results in our lives. In Episode 10, you'll hear about how I almost didn't run Long Beach in October 2021...eventhough I had dragged my family to another state, paid for race fees, gone to the expo to get my bib...etc. I also talk about how I was simultaneously running Virtual Boston at the same time. It's a bit ridiculous per usual, but it's absolutely true...and makes for a great story!
