Back-to-back weekend: Just a couple of Guerin goons recapping the action from the small school HSR Finals in Bloomington that included incredible efforts from the Park Tudor duo of Gretchen Farley and Sophia Kennedy as well as a dominating team victory by the Bishop Chatard boys. They start the show joined by Tony Donahue who had the call today of Park Tudor and Bethesda Christian. They talk how great of a game it was as the Panthers get a 1-point win tonight over the Patriots. Next up on IST, Coach Ken Roseman from Bishop Chatard calls into the show to talk the Trojans huge game tomorrow in the semifinals of the Indianapolis City Final 4 against the Cathedral Fighting Irish. Coach talks how much he's looking forward to this game and what to look out for tomorrow. Kurt Darling joins at the top of the 10 o'clock hour to talk about the IHSAA State soccer finals. Noblesville defeated Carmel 1-0 in the 3A State Championship. Noblesville had 25 shots during the game to Carmel's 6. Darling also had the 1A matchup. Park Tudor defeated Fort Wayne Canterbury 3-0 in the 1A State Championship. The game was scoreless going into half-time but Park Tudor broke out and won in the later half. This championship will lead to Park Tudor petitioning to go back to 2A next season. Irish Illustrated's Lynn Clark then comes on to discuss Notre Dame's victory over Syracuse. They have managed to come back to .500 on the season with a 4-4 record. Notre Dame really was able to seal this victory with turnovers and 3rd consecutive game with a blocked punt. Clark believes that Notre Dame could beat Clemson if they keep up this level of performance next week. Then Coach Lovell and Clark break down the Notre Dame basketball team and their upcoming season. The feds say he sexted with a 15-year-old student, and they also claim Park Tudor School tried to downplay the case of Kyle Cox.
It started a month and a half ago with his surprise resignation. Now, the former Park Tudor boys basketball coach is in federal prison.
His death was an apparent suicide, and it came during an internet crimes against children investigation involving Park Tudor School, the school he helped lead.
