We welcomed Nate Baker, CEO and Co-Founder of Qualia, a real estate closing platform, to the podcast. State of New Jersey, Docket No. MER-C-94-25 (N.J. Super. Ct. Ch. Div. Aug. 28, 2025).  In this case, the court considered whether certain sections of New Jersey's Community Wealth Preservation Act, specifically N.J.S.A. 2A:50-64(d) and (g), violated the Takings Clause of both the New Jersey Constitution and United States Constitution.  Ultimately, the court refused to rule on the constitutionality of N.J.S.A. Section 2A:50-64(d) because none of the cases in the consolidated action implicated the right of first refusal.  However, the court found that N.J.S.A. Section 2A:50-64(g) does violate the Takings Clause of both the New Jersey and U.S. Constitutions by depriving property owners of surplus equity and preventing junior lienholders from recovering surplus funds. Today we take a deep dive into the 2A opening round. 

Lefties and the 2nd amendment have been a perennial topic over the last decade. More specifically, the debate has been around how legacy 2A activists should approach them: should we welcome more people to the cause(especially if they undermine Democrat attempts at regulation by injecting pro-gun people into their primaries), or should we be suspicious of militants seeking to use firearms to further their political aims?This has grown even more relevant due to various hard lefty militant groups like John Brown Gun Club and Socialist Rifle Association, both of whom have both had individual members and small groups commit violent armed attacks in furtherance of explicit political goals. The revelation that a USMC vet and current Maine Democrat candidate for US Senate has trained SRA groups in the past in individual and small unit tactics only increases the urgency. I decided to provide my thoughts and guidance on a somewhat nuanced topic, based on my research and experience with these groups as well as the left at large.

【文稿：】今天要讲的指标叫做ASI指标，指标的长相可以查看文稿中的图片。我们之前还学过一个叫做RSI的指标，二者的名称非常相似，大家不要记混了。RSI指标有三条线，而今天要讲的ASI指标只有两条线。别看只有两条线，但其背后的算法却非常复杂，有多复杂呢？建议大家直接看下面的文稿。公式：A=∣当天最高价-前一天收盘价∣B=∣当天最低价-前一天收盘价∣C=∣当天最高价-前一天最低价∣D=∣前一天收盘价-前一天开盘价∣比较A、B、C三数值：若A最大，R=A+1/2B+1/4D；若B最大，R=B+1/2A十1/4D；若C最大，R=C+1/4DE=当天收盘价-前一天收盘价F=当天收盘价-当天开盘价G=前一天收盘价-前一天开盘价X=E+1/2F+GK=A、B之间的最大值L=3；SI=50*X/R*K/L；ASI=累计每日之SI值算法很复杂，却完全可以理解，但我唯一不满的是很多算法并没有一个完美的解释。我查阅了很多的资料，但有些细节始终没有找到答案。搜索：“ASI指标的计算公式”能查出一大堆内容，有趣的是这些内容全都一样，甚至一字不差...而在我真正想搞懂的方向上却没找到一个合理的解释...互联网时代下获取信息变得非常廉价，但也正因为太廉价，多数的内容都是同质化的，很多内容都是相互复制、相互抄袭，而真正有价值的东西却始终查询不到，所以请原谅我...我真的用心查阅了大量资料，但始终没找到让我信服的解释。对于ASI指标的算法可以看文稿，它的算法有一个特点：其他指标都是固定的公式，也就是将股价的变化套用到公式中、就可以得出对应的指标。而ASI的算法却复杂了许多，它涉及多个公式，而中途用哪一个公式取决于前一个数值的变化。比如：它需要先求出A、B、C、D、E、F、G...等等数值，而这些数值一部分来自股价的变化，股价怎么变、这些数值就会怎么变。而另一部分来自对前面数值的变化，也就是将前面得出数值的带入到下一个公式中进而产生新的数值。你以为这就结束了吗？公式中你能看到字母“R”的算法，而R的算法一共有三个，具体用哪一个算法取决于A、B、C数值的大小。A、B、C谁的数值数值最大，就用对应的算法求出“R”的数值。今天没法讲出我对指标的个人理解，因为公式中很多细节没有对应的解释，而这些细节我也没找到对应的资料。比如公式中的“L=3”，结论很简单、但我没看到对于结论的任何解释。再比如，我知道ASI的结果是怎么来的，但ASI指标中有两条线，而公式最终指向的结果只有一个，那么另外一条线的算法又是什么？对此，我没找到任何资料解释这些...所以今天的内容我无法表达自己的对指标的理解...我可以凭空设计出新的指标，但不可以篡改前辈们留下的答案，等我查到对应资料的时候、再给大家详细讲讲我对该指标的理解。至于该指标如何运用？有一个小技巧可以分享给大家。指标有两条线，其中的黄线、也就是ASI那条线是主要的参考对象，根据我对其他指标的了解，另一条黑线也就是ASIT线条、它应该是黄线的平均值。所以跟多数指标一样，黄线和黑线也存在金叉和死叉的关系。另外、黄线在黑线上方运行、代表股价处在强势阶段，黄线在黑线下方运行，代表股价处在弱势阶段。当然，你也可以配合着k线图去做参考，比如股价上涨突破了前期的高点，而对应的ASI黄线却没能突破前期高点，此时的股价很可能是假突破，后期股价可能会出现下跌。具体案例可以查看文稿中的图1，先看图片上方的k线图：股价上涨超过了前期高点，而对应时段的ASI却是背离的状态，ASI黄线并没有同步创出新高，这时候股价可能是个假突破，后期有下跌风险。反向理解也是同理：股价下跌跌破前期低点，而对应的ASI黄线却没有创出新低，此时股价的破位可能是假动作，后期有触底反弹的可能，对应的案例可以查看文稿中的图2。（节目已在江苏版权局登记，翻版必究！）
