This month on The Pineapple Incident we thought it would be fun to put an episode on the main feed so you can share in the misery that is recapping How I Met Your Mother. In this episode we dissect season 2, which is an improvement on season 1, but not by much.

We're back from the Holidays, and the champions are revealed! We go over the year that was, slaps are given out, Pop Pop tried to ruin the podcast by spilling beer everywhere, and we go over disappointing and surprising players from the year. We also talk about the NFL playoffs games coming up, and players to potentially look forward to for next year.

A week off for this? Yep. We have brought you a podcast for Evil Dead 2. Why the second one? It's a long story that we talk about on the podcast. We have special guest Nick Rosenbloom on once again, and someone almost gets slapped. This was a fun talk that, as a typical LTTS episode would go, strays from the movie we've watched. You gotta listen to this one just because it's... groovy.

This week, our recording day included opening up our listener gift, cooking dinner, watching both shows, and then actually sitting down to record! It was a long and wonderful day! On this week's episode, we watched "Atlantic City" and "The One With the List." Lily and Marshall are back together and couldn't be happier--until they realize they have to deal with the consequences of canceling a wedding. So, in a stroke of genius, they decide to run off to AC with the gang for a quickie wedding. And everything seems to be pointing to Lily being a bridezilla. Ross and Rachel kissed and the friends seem to be on board with it, until Ross can't decide between Rachel and Julie. Chandler suggests a pro/con list and things go majorly downhill from there. We found SEVERAL spot-on overlaps in these two episodes and had a real good time discussing them--besides Julie's unfortunate cough. Next week we'll cover "The One With Phoebe's Dad" and "Slap Bet."
