My wife Britni and I, though we own are gym, are more obsessed about health than we are working out, per se. In this 3 part series, we’re going to dive in to nearly everything we’re currently doing to boost our health, except focusing on exercise. Everyone knows they need to move so we won’t labor the point as we believe that 80% of anyone’s results are related to lifestyle factors OTHER than working out. The parts of this series are in order starting with Recovery which leads in to nutrition with bio hacking being last as that is likely the topic most of us want to focus on out of the gate - the magic pill that solves everything. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and money, just start sleeping more. If you want to learn all the other ways, to optimize your health - continue listening.
