What happens when you've built the success you thought you wanted—but God starts asking you to build something completely different? In this episode of The You Are More Podcast, Amy sits down with entrepreneur, business coach, and God-Led Business host Stefanie Gass for a powerful conversation about success, surrender, faith, burnout, business, and learning to follow God's direction when His plan looks nothing like yours.Stefanie shares how she reached the top 1% of a network marketing company while privately struggling with anxiety, drinking, and putting her family second. When the business she'd built began disappearing, she found herself crying out to God and asking what came next. Then, in 2018, Stefanie had a dream with a simple message: “Start a podcast.”She barely knew anything about podcasting—but she obeyed. At the same time, she stepped away from social media, despite it being one of her only sources of clients. One year later, her business had returned to six figures exclusively through her podcast. Today, she's approaching 1,000 episodes and leads a multi-seven-figure company.Amy and Stefanie talk about how to stop striving and start surrendering, finding clarity when you don't know what's next, separating your identity from achievement, moving through fear, resisting shiny-object syndrome, staying in your lane, building a business around what people actually need, and trusting God enough to take the next step without knowing the entire plan.Stefanie also shares why she believes long-form content is so powerful, how she approaches podcasting and YouTube, and why entrepreneurs shouldn't automatically chase every new platform or strategy.Sometimes you don't need the entire plan. You just need the next step.Stop forcing the outcome. Stop looking sideways. Get quiet, listen, and allow God to lead.

Pre-order Keto Flex Revised and get free bonuses at: https://bit.ly/4wKG1sM You're doing all the "right" things — the supplements, the cold plunge, the 5AM workouts — and you're still exhausted and stuck. In this episode, Ben and Alex explain why: most people are majoring in the minors. Real health was never about adding more — it's about removing the interference so your body can heal itself. What we get into: Why chasing the "sexy" biohacks (peptides, red light, detox teas) keeps you stuck — and the unsexy majors that actually move the needle (sleep, sunlight, whole foods, gratitude) Why getting healthy is about SUBTRACTING interference, not adding more The order of operations: why fixing your sleep BEFORE your workouts changes everything (Sander's story: down 70 lbs and off the sleep apnea machine) Motivation vs. inspiration — and why "trying is failure with honor" The two premises: "lose weight to get healthy" vs. "get healthy to lose weight" Ben's own burnout — 60 podcasts in 65 days, a panic attack, and the wake-up call that changed everything Why exercise is a poor tool for fat loss (you burn more fat in deep sleep than in that hour workout) The fear of being judged — and the fear of getting healthy — that quietly keeps people stuck One line to remember: you don't lose weight to get healthy — you get healthy, and the weight loss becomes the side effect. Welcome back everybody, what better way to start the 4th of July then with a great conversation with a witch. I am being joined by Julia Rajagopalan; Witch, Tarot Reader, and Certified Nutritionist. As a larger man all my life this episode was very enlightening and engaging for me so I feel there's a lot for my audience to learn from it. Julia and I had a fun conversation about everything from leaving religion, intoxicated tarot readings, nutrition, yoga, magic, stress, book witches, fire rituals, and even some bigfoot talk as well. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did! Dr. Jenny Goodman on Ecological Medicine, Pesticides, and Regenerative FarmingDr. Jenny Goodman describes becoming disillusioned during clinical training because hospital medicine focused on symptom management with drugs, avoided “healing,” and ignored root causes and prevention, though she valued emergency care. After leaving practice, she taught medical sciences in alternative-medicine colleges and later found the British Society for Ecological Medicine in the late 1990s, leading her to a practice centered on nutrition and environmental medicine as applied biochemistry. She defines ecological medicine as treating the body as an interconnected ecosystem and as inseparable from Earth's ecosystems, linking human health to farming and pollution. Goodman argues industrial monocrop agriculture, pesticides (including glyphosate), and synthetic fertilizers deplete nutrients, disrupt the microbiome, and contribute to neurological disease, cancer, endocrine disruption, and infertility, with possible multigenerational effects. She recommends organic food, water filtration, and detox strategies (vitamin C, vegetable juicing, Epsom salt baths, short saunas with wiping, targeted supplements, colonic hydrotherapy, and sprouting), and calls for policy changes supporting organic/regenerative farming and curbing junk food and pesticide use.00:00 Meet Dr Jenny Goodman01:07 Disillusioned on the Wards03:16 Leaving Medicine Behind04:44 Finding Ecological Medicine07:26 What Ecological Medicine Means10:12 Farming as Public Health17:01 Organic on a Budget20:48 Detoxing Pesticides Safely23:59 Colonic Hydrotherapy Basics24:52 Sprouting for Nutrient Boost25:36 Filter Water for Detox26:38 Avoiding Retox Sources28:42 Pesticides and Disease Links31:49 How Neurotoxins Disrupt Nerves35:19 Cancer and Endocrine Damage40:19 Why It's Still Legal43:18 Glyphosate and the Microbiome46:04 Building Change Through Schools47:14 Practical Hopeful Wrap-UpInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/crowd_farming/ Blog: https://www.crowdfarming.com/blog/en/

Welcome back to The Speakeasy Podcast! In this episode, I'm joined by one of my closest friends—and one of my favorite people to learn from—Amy Bernhardt. I call her my "continuing education friend" because she's always learning, growing, and sharing wisdom that hits deep. Amy recently shared something online that stopped me in my tracks: "What if your weight loss journey isn't about losing weight at all, but about God teaching you about yourself and preparing you for what's next?" That idea launched one of the most honest and powerful conversations we've had—about what happens when we stop chasing perfection and start letting God use our health journey to heal our hearts, renew our minds, and strengthen our spirits. Amy shares her story of going from extreme fitness culture and burnout to walking in balance, fasting, and freedom. She opens up about breaking cycles of self-sabotage, learning discipline through small daily choices, and discovering that getting healthy can be one of the holiest things you ever do. We also talk about: The false identities that keep us stuck in shame and failure How fasting revealed spiritual strongholds, not just physical habits The connection between physical healing, emotional renewal, and obedience What it means to start before you "feel ready" and trust God with the process This conversation is both real and redemptive, reminding us that God cares about every part of us—body, mind, and spirit—and He's in the details of your healing journey. This episode is brought to you by: PreBorn — Every $28 you give sponsors an ultrasound for a woman considering abortion. When she hears her baby's heartbeat, everything changes. You can be the voice of hope that helps save a life and support a mother in need.
What happens when your body starts screaming louder than your schedule? In this episode, Lyndsay Soprano sits down with clinical herbalist Bonnie D'Arcangelo to talk about trading burnout for balance, and why the answers might be growing in the ground, not sitting on a pharmacy shelf.Bonnie shares her journey from a high-stress corporate life to a deep-rooted holistic healing practice, and how she now bridges the gap between science and herbal medicine to help others reclaim their health. They delve into everything from gut health and water quality to why many supplements fail to work and how, when approached with intention, nature can offer genuine solutions. This isn't about ditching Western medicine—it's about complementing it. Bonnie introduces cutting-edge tools like silicon plasma technology, while also breaking down the basics: better food, cleaner water, and tuning in to what your body's been trying to tell you all along.Tune in if you're ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start working with your body, not against it.Find Bonnie D'Arcangelo Online Here:Website: www.aetherbal.comInstagram: @aetherbal_topicalsFacebook: AEtherbalYouTube: AEtherbalFind The Pain Game Podcast Online Here:Website: thepaingamepodcast.comInstagram: @thepaingamepodcastFacebook: The Pain Game PodcastLinkedIn: Lyndsay SopranoYouTube: The Pain Game PodcastEpisode Highlights:(00:00) Introduction to Blending Science and Herbal Medicine(02:30) Bonnie's Journey from Fashion Design to Herbalism(10:15) The Importance of Gut Health in Healing(18:45) Understanding the Role of Water in Our Bodies(25:00) Overview of Plasma-Based Products(33:10) The Power of Herbal Oxymels and How to Make One(42:00) Final Thoughts on Personalized Healing and Wellness

In this special episode, tax attorney Toby Mathis, Esq., shifts focus from financial health to physical health by welcoming William Donovan from the Pritikin Longevity Center to discuss America's number one killer: cardiovascular disease. William shares his personal story of reversing heart disease and eliminating the need for bypass surgery through lifestyle changes at Pritikin, explaining how their medically supervised program has helped thousands achieve remarkable health transformations. The conversation covers the alarming statistics showing that 50% of heart attack victims had normal cholesterol levels, the critical role of endothelial function and arterial plaque, and why traditional risk factors don't tell the whole story. Action is where change happens. But here's the thing: when we have a goal, a wish, a desire bubbling up in us, it can feel really huge. Sometimes we stop ourselves in our tracks based on how huge our desire feels. Change needs action, but it doesn't need huge action. When we focus on the next step, the next Doable Change that we can integrate into our lives, we don't get stuck and we create momentum. Choose one Doable Change that resonates with you today and really play with it. Fit it into your life, your days, make it work for you — then move on to your next Doable Change. Here are Three Doable Changes from this conversation: MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU LOVE TO DO. Changing your lifestyle doesn't have to be terrible! Make a list of things you love to do. Ways you like to be active, rest, connect with others. Make a list of things that make you feel good! Plan for more of those things in your life.
