    My father passed away on March 1. Before offering condolences in the comments, I want you to take you on a journey of my story. Maybe the most intimate conversation across the counter we have had thus far. In sharing this story, I never thought I would be connecting it to a book I recently read, The Power of Regret, by Dan Pink. Love how Dan is reclaiming this idea as I have always been a believer in regrets. Regrets allow you to learn and grow and really level up your life if you embrace the messiness and complexity. As he asks, "How often do you look back on your own life and wish you had done things differently?"
