Through owning who you are, you begin to heal your wounds, and encourage others to do the same. The pain you’ve been through doesn’t disqualify you, it is actually what qualifies you the most to help people, but unless you show up naked and exposed you can’t do what you’re meant to do. Which is sp…

I had plenty, painfully plenty but then I realized quire a few things and that's what I'm sharing on this episode.
Honoring the season we're in needs to be praised and not questioned by others. Boundaries are another issue (Go through episode titles if you want to dig more into those) but it's being open to more than weight loss and booty gains. Sometimes women are working out to FEEL again… tune in to hear more on this topic. If this helps in any way please share and tag me. New Instagram account: rawfreefound
This episode is for the women and mothers caught in between what they want to be and what they've been taught they're supposed to be. YOU CAN BE IT ALL, unapologetically!
Preparing for marriage was Kristine's number one priority and in this episode she breaks down exactly what that meant for her. Being willing to have uncomfortable conversations before they're even “necessary” shows the value she has of herself, and of her (at the time) future marriage. Do you have mommy friends posting on their social about the company they joined? Do you feel a certain way about that? Tune into today’s episode and let’s dig a little more into that.
I was encouraged to share about a topic I’ve been sharing about for over a decade. If you’re a mother and you’ve got your kids pictures, artwork, toys etc in your bedroom I want to encourage you to listen to this episode. Is your bedroom a sacred space or just another room in the house?
I have preached about balance being a myth for years and was completely convinced it was just something that made moms feel guilty about trying to juggle it all. I gave grace to the topic and wrote it off as BS but, I see it differently now and wanted to share my thoughts and experience on actually having a true balance on life.
When I first started the podcast one of the things I was excited to talk about was working from home and what that truly entails. Other topics took precedence and I’m 100% okay with that. Timing is everything. This episode has a massive (and completely genuine) shoutout to Kristen Boss, as well as some of my own raw business opinions.
There’s a whole middle section of boundaries that aren’t talked about.. so let’s dig into them!
Being triggered can result in an informative realizations and conversation if you allow it the space. One of the reasons I have so much respect for Kyla is, she is unafraid to question any and all narratives. She is a friend of mine with a soul full of psychology, emotion code and God’s love. I can’t wait for you to hear her thoughts.
In honor of Love month coming let’s have some real talk about the most important love!
Rachel is one of the women in our Courageous Community and today she shares about the grief, the moments no one sees, how to help your friends through this trauma, and how beautifully she celebrates the life of her daughter that didn’t get to go home in her arms that day.
Happy New Year! It’s 2021 pop the champagne! I wanted to give space for the good & the great that happened in 2020 as we say goodbye to it and get ready for a brand new year!
Change, Growth, Transitions, and Nintendo next levels... you’ll have to tune in for that to make sense, ha!
2021 is going to bring so much power and love into this podcast and I cannot wait!
“Social media helps women understand that a postpartum body is normal but then I think...my belly changed, my boobs dropped, my hips got wider, and I see all these women talking about all these changes, but I don’t have a small tiny cute little human to show for it. Have I failed?” -Kaleigh Berry --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Transparency isn’t always easy, but it’s powerful. In this episode I share how incapable I was and what I did to work through that.
There are times we are wrapped up so tightly in the chaos (or beauty) of life we’ve lose ourselves but there is also what we’ve been made to feel as women is right even if it’s abandoning ourselves. Let’s talk self love, toxic traits and ME FIRST!
Someone said, “Don’t make a decision in the middle of a pandemic”... Tune in to hear what I have to say about that. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
A short Unapologetic story, listen twice if you need to. Share if you can relate. WARNING explicit language.

We are taught as women that being quiet and selfless is admirable but that only feels good to others. It’s anything but empowering to hide who you are. Strong women can’t hide their knowledge and power, but only other strong women will admire that.
I wasn’t going to be more loyal to someone else’s dream than my family and my own dreams.” -Nikki McLaughlin When enough is enough and you realize your family, the people you love most are getting the “table scraps” it’s a painful reality and it eats away at you... until you change it. Tune in to hear her Courageous WHY NOT ME story!
It’s okay to do “this”.... it’s honoring you and your growth as well as the struggle that came with the success.
I recorded an episode in the middle of being triggered and since I don’t edit or play back my episodes I sure hope you can understand what I am saying.
It takes a lot to learn to want what’s good for you. Don’t lose the life you’ve always wanted for a few alter ego moments. Understanding we’re all human, everything has seasons, it cannot always be summer. Standards say “I deserve this I will fight for this.” Alter ego says “you better give this to me or I’m out!” Tune in to hear more...

Even Pretty Woman knows “the bad stuff is easier to believe” but it’s a choice to stay in those lies and carry that blame around. It hinders our growth and it hinders our light. Stop waiting for apologies and fill in your holes with new beliefs and proving to YOU what you are capable of. (Instagram handle @ corene_nanette)
What if we use this time to heal, to awaken? Identifying the doubts, the cracks in the foundation that we didn’t put there. Embracing the breakdown for the breakthrough. Unbecoming instead of so much focus on the becoming. Vulnerability is so beautiful, it’s also incredibly powerful.
This is new for all of us and comes with a lot fear and overwhelm. I hope this episode helps to bring some connection, perspective and compassion. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Sometimes we don’t think about the things that come out of our mouths or how another mom might have to explain to her daughter later why you called yourself a fat cow and wouldn’t eat the pizza with everyone else. In complete awe of her I reached out to learn more about Deja’s story and ask her how she’s handled her entire life getting flipped upside down. The family being forced to live apart, the two older children not able to see their baby brother in the hospital for months, the rollercoaster of not knowing if their son is going to survive and her still doing all the regular ordinary things! I first did something SO out of the norm (crazy even) but I felt it so strongly on my heart so I had to and...she was appreciative but didn’t quite agree, yet. She also said something incredibly powerful during our conversation that stopped me in my tracks, “My reaction to it won’t change my child’s diagnosis!” Tune in to hear about the message I first sent and hangout with us as we dive into multiple hard topics. She is proof that your mindset is everything. She is also proof that weathering the storms (even really really hard ones) as husband and wife is possible when the foundation is strong, and effort is made. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

The healing you’ve done will attract the unhealed people around you. It will attract the most beautiful and the ugliest... Understand that how they react to your healing and growth has nothing to do with you. Our timing is different, our desires are different and some people go will actually go their whole life using the bandaid method. Just keep covering because healing wounds is not only painful but requires effort. Those people are not you, they will never understand you and you don’t owe them anything.
