So I was floating down the river of Jeremy’s thoughts and stumbled upon a choose your own porn adventure and techniques for proper use of the toilet paper. Jeremy is always an engaging guest, but at 1 AM armed with Bang Energy drinks you know things got a little extra. Thank you Everythingers for enjoying this weird stuff!

It has been 12 years since I have had a chance to talk with this thoughtful individual. The years disappeared and in their place was a fantastic exploration and celebration of progress. Bring on the new tech in all aspects of life!

Hi Everythingers! This is a new world I am sending through the airwaves. A real live motorcycle racer has visited my studio! We talk about the world of racing, a gnarly wreck, and getting back on ones feet. That was just the first half! We also jump into female empowerment, and what it means to be a leader by participating in a male dominated sport! Also Siri teaches me about boots and cats in Sound Affection - here we go!

Hello it is very good to see you all again! I am back baby, and we are about to start yet another powerhouse session with none other than Kendra Steel. She is visiting the studio once again to tell us about her new endeavor as a life coach! What it is? who needs it? why is it for? All these and more questions will be answered in the cast you are about to hear. We also go on about what it means to run around in bare feet! Can you bear it? I saw a bare bear bearing ball bearings loosing his bearings it was a ball.

Hugo Carranza visited my home and chatted about his story of Los Tamaaaaaales and other ventures. In every move he has made he always brings new experiences to those around him. I think I figured out the happiness he exudes when someone comes up to his table and asks about his tamales. Weather it is screen printing shirts, selling hot dogs from a cart, or decorating a tamale Hugo is sharing a bit of culture that he loves. Who wouldn’t be smiling sharing such goodness with others.

Maury sees interpretive art as using a lie. At first I pushed back against this concept, but I did come around to it. In my head a painting of the Regans with demon black eyes and blood on their hands and mouths is an expression of the truth that Maury sees. Maury sees the painting with these extra elements as a lie told to get something accomplished. It is a lie, and much of the media we consume in other forms is also filled with lies. But it is very rare for someone to express this interpretive or colorful analysis as a lie. Anyway In this podcast I say the word information about 45 times, so see if you can count them all!

This charming guy was a delight to hang out with. Just being around him at a show brings a smile to the air. It was amazing watching him and his troop perform on the shore of Langus Park river. I hope Jason continues to come up with these unique visions and share them with our city. Be on the lookout next July for his show down a river in middle America!

Travel with us to Skagit while Jimmy finds the best snaps and explores the world to the north of Everett. As we drove into the woods our minds found new planes to explore in life. I really appreciate Jimmy's eyes open perspective on the chaos that surrounds us all. This is really just one half of our adventure, so stay tuned for the second half in the future.

So the most interesting part of our conversation was on Polyamory. I think I have grown to understand the connection between humans and understanding. I personally don’t feel comfortable in a polyamorous relationship, but I do see the joy it has brought some of my friends. I say this as a person who has failed at the ideal monogamous relationship, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. But it was a fun talk and exploring Joe’s history was superb!

Hilaryann Erlandson shares the passion of her craft performing on stage with us. We also talk about how allowing oneself the freedom to fail can have epic creative results. I found this to be true in creating my trees with no inhibitions, to just let them be what ever they wanted to be, and they wanted to be beautiful. Jessica brought this concept into an internal struggle in saying that maybe we should not beat ourselves up too badly if we just fail in life some times. Get back up and try again, something beautiful will come from it!

Let's do this thing! Those words have made countless artistic endeavors come to fruition. Natasha started making pop up art shows at unique locations around Everett. The best time to have Ryan Crowther on your podcast is two weeks after Fishermans Village Music Festival has just ended and he has ‘nothing’ to do. I’m Kidding! RC has been working hard for the music scene in Everett for many years and this year’s FVMF was a testament to that. However, we mostly talked about his obsession with the peaceful act of fishing.

What? Two hours of anxiety laden china visits? What good time is this? Well I will tell you that it is the best time with Alex Treshou. My conversation with this good fellow was so very delightful. Alex is deep in the Everett community and I rarely see him since he moved away, but those rare moments are alive with thoughts and theories. We have had some nice weather in the Pacific Northwest Emily suggested the park and I have not had this much fun recording outdoors since Kyle and I went to the Jetty! Emily has been involved in comedy for some time now and since 2017 she has been building an improv troupe. I got to join them for a few of the classes and it was so much fun! I especially enjoyed the 3 headed story telling monster! We also talk about politics and how talking about politics can be difficult. Please to enjoy!

Michael Nanie, and Natasha Nelson talk to me about making a festival happen. Hempfest is a big movement in seattle that has been going on for several years, and has pushed the conversation on legalization of weed. Michael argues that the fight is not over, but the fervor for it has been undercut by the law that was passed because many people have accepted the current law as the freedom that the movement was seeking. Michael says that there is much more road to travel to see actual legalization. I think being able to grow it at one’s home might be a big piece of the goal they are pushing toward.

Sam has a unique vision of human connection. Kris and I walked with him through a garden of tubes that lead us to believe we could touch the absolute center of the unknown universe. Playstation may not mean the future to you, but we all have ideas about what that future is. I feel like we have come to a point in life where our focus on the possibility of the future has stopped being imaginative in the realm of Technological innovation, and has moved to a focus on the future of human relations. With ourselves and with each other and with the planet. I don’t think we got to this point exactly, but after pondering it for a couple of weeks after talking with Kilam, this is my conclusion. Also, video games RULE! Check it!

I just talked about activism and now I invite Stretch to come talk about guns and sins. I must be turning into a controversy podcast. Just kidding we talk about a lot of wild non-controversial things as well. I also used the word conception in place of concept which is not right, but it didn't ruin our epic conversation. Thanks Stretch for being a consistent and kind human being.

This is definitely the most controversial topics I have done because we keep addressing topics that are not comfortable for people to talk about. Kaley did a great job because she has a clear understanding of where she stands on issues and that allowed us to have dialog without getting defensive. Trusting in the positive motivations of your conversation partner is a powerful tool in the path to individual development. The thing I would really like to promote with this episode is simply the dialog between willing individuals. Talk to someone about how you think, believe, and feel. Stay Active!

I have only recently watched it for the first time and Regan grew up with the movie as most viewers did. We reflected on various scenes and our personal experiences with them.

I certainly learned a lot about the kickboxing sport in this conversation with a local Everett fighter. Yasmin is going to have her first amateur fight on December 22nd, and it is going to be thrilling!
