In this episode Robyn shares her most recent experience of feeling out of control when it comes to time management. In the midst of March madness, she too feels stress and pressure to fit everything into the day for work, home, kids, clients and all of the life demands that come her way. The major shift that helped her take back control was to shift her midst from a management approach to a time navigation approach. She provides FOUR key steps to use so that YOU are the one in control of your time each day not the other way around. How would it feel to NAVIGATE through the time in your day and give yourself the control and the power that you desire to feel successful and accomplished? Listen and try them out for yourself! It’s time to take back your time!
In this episode Robyn talks about what it means to be anxious and aware of it. Inspired by a popular bible verse “Do not be anxious about anything”(Philippians 4:6-7) she discuses the modern day context and impact of anxious and worried feelings. In addition she shares her thoughts on how to release this by having leadership over your mind. If you can shift the focus, you can shift the purpose. The opposite of worry and anxiety is trust, faith, calm and ease. What can you do today to bring more peace and joy and let go of what’s holding you back?
Are you feeling Under Pressure or Applying Pressure when it comes to your goals? In this episode, Robyn talks about the concept of the word PRESSURE and how it recently came up in her own coaching conversation. After realizing it had a negative connotation, she explores the definition and the unique way that she reframed it for herself to represent a more powerful application (that actually came from her past experience in weightlifting) and turn it into a positive energy to use in her business. Does pressure feel like force and create resistance or does it motivate you to be more efficient and audacious? After doing the work herself, Robyn shares THREE THINGS to consider and see if PRESSURE is serving you or hindering you and how to change the definition for yourself. Listen, subscribe, share and comment with your thoughts!
If you could pass along some of your best advice to your younger self, what would it sound like? In this episode actually inspired by a listener request, Robyn explores the most valuable lessons she would share with herself as a younger woman. Ideas such as “Find your people” and “Be ok not knowing” and other wisdom collected by navigating through change and embracing multiple life pivots. Sharing her story of discovering fitness in 2010, she talks about focusing on changing WHO you want to become, which then impacts your habits and then ultimately changing the outcomes you want to achieve. Listen and share YOUR advice to your younger self as well!
In this episode, Robyn explores avoiding the Compare and Despair trap and a NEW approach to the Know/Like/Trust theory. She shares how it works as a personal leadership approach as well as a necessary approach to business. When you stop looking at the highlight reel of everyone else’s lives you’re able to build more confidence, be more consistent in your work and believe in the possibilities for your own journey towards success. When you see something and believe it to be true, then you will do (or not do something) based on that belief, because of how it makes you FEEL. Key takeaways: 1. Own your gifts and let them shine without the shame and blame game. 2. Self confidence is a renewable resource. 3. You have the keys to any of the locks you want to open - look at all of them and decide which key to bring. Listen and text the word POSSIBLE to 31996 for a free download of Robyn’s 5-3-1 Method!
In this episode, Robyn talks about the definition of value and how to own it as a stance, something with high regard, usefulness and importance. In comparison, she also considers how your worth is connected to your understanding of value but they’re different indeed. What’s the feeling of value and how do you estimate your worth? To earn your worth, you must negotiate your value. That will take you not only understanding them but believing them too. Take a listen and share your perspective on these words and think about how you can use them to show up more confidently in your life.

In this episode, Robyn shares how getting laid off actually showed her how good she was at her job, but more so revealing her greatest gifts. While unexpected change is hard, especially when it comes to losing your job, your ability to see new opportunities is dependent on your perspective. Peeling away the layers to reveal your true gifts may not be easy but it will help you grow and learn and evolve so you can keep going forward! As a bonus, Robyn has a new free download: just text the word POSSIBLE to 31996 and you’ll get a visual of the 5-3-1 Method she discusses in this episode too, so take a listen, text and try it for yourself.
2020 is the year of “perfect” vision, although perfection is subjective as is the definition of success. In this episode Robyn talks about the idea that setting goals and intentions need to be specific, detailed, beyond the notion that “more of” or “less of” something will affect change. Get curious about what you need and desire. If you can see it, you can learn from it, and then you can achieve it. Begin with the end in mind and learn how to change your internal dialogue, your regular “programming”. You have to be willing to do something you’ve never done before to achieve something you’ve never achieved. And TODAY she’s also sharing a great new free download called the 5-3-1 method. Teaching you how to PLAY with POSSIBILITY. Just text the word POSSIBLE to 31996.

She shares her tips on 7 ways you that you can keep forward IN SPITE OF being imperfectly perfect.
In this episode Robyn talks about how easy it is to get sucked into our negative thoughts, feelings and self doubting energy. It can pull you down so easily, yet when we see or hear this happening to people around us we typically jump in to help and give them support. So why is it that we can’t give ourselves the same level of care and compassion…or as Robyn calls it “Space and Grace”? Just like you, she talks about her recent runaway train of stories and negative self talk and how to stop it, literally STOP it. Then find ways to give yourself space and grace as well as seek to show someone else the same in return. Instead of beating ourselves up about it, our mistakes, she poses the questions: “What’s the lesson?” What can I learn from this experience?” and move you from a problem to solution oriented mindset.
In this episode, Robyn shares her most recent presentation about The Power of Pivots. Similar to change management, this mindset shift can help if you struggle with change and fear the absence of clear direction. This is totally normal and like many people, Robyn has dealt with her own share of changes in relationships, career, and physical health and wellness. The ability to embrace and actually use the power of these life pivots could be the difference in whether or not the new destination is one filled with joy and opportunity or fear and frustration. How would your idea of change look if you shifted your idea of what it meant? Listen as Robyn talks about the SuperPower Zone, fear blocks that can stop you and how to use self confidence to drown out self doubt. Pivots are the power steps towards your dreams!

In this episode, Robyn brings forward the question: Are you earning a living or living to earn? This was inspired by the fact that it’s all around us, everyday we hear people talking about how to make a good living, how to earn a living, and how to be successful when it comes to money. But how does this make us feel when we're trying to choose a life path that is all about fulfillment and happiness? Many times people attempt to live their life in reverse. We try to have more things, more love, more money in order to do more of what we want and be happier. But it’s actually the opposite. You must first BE who you really are and then DO what you want to do in order to HAVE what you want to be HAPPY. Robyn provides some more practical tips on pursuing a path to LIVE so take a listen and share your thoughts on this too!
