Becoming an influential authority in your niche is possible through the power of podcasting when you have the right strategy. AN INFLUENTIAL AUTHORITY In this episode, I want to help you become that "go to", sought after and influential authority in your industry. This is a presentation I did during the Podcast Profits Summit. In this episode, we'll discuss how authenticity, storytelling, and building relationships can transform your podcast into a powerful tool for influence and success. I share examples from influential experts like Gary Vaynerchuk and Barbara Corcoran. You'll also get advice on attracting ideal clients, nurturing trust, and expanding your reach beyond your existing networks. You'll get insights on how to grow both your audience and your business by focusing on authenticity and relationship-building. While many podcasters concentrate on the technical aspects of podcasting, it's the personal stories and values — the "why" behind what you do — that truly build trust and rapport with your audience. THE SALES PROCESS The sales process has nuances that can turn listeners into loyal clients. 40% of the process is about building rapport, 30% involves qualifying leads, 20% is dedicated to educating on solutions, and the final 10% is about closing the deal. This breakdown highlights the importance of establishing a solid relationship foundation before moving on to sales pitches. Your podcast can do exactly that. Lead with your own experiences and personality, like other influencers. Great examples include Gary Vaynerchuk, Russell Brunson, and Brendon Burchard. Build a genuine connection with your audience. Many of my clients have effectively transformed their podcasts into powerful business tools. TaVona Denise is a nurse turned coach. She launched a successful podcast that helped promote her summit. Scott and Holly Stoner worked with me with their Wellness Compass podcast. We crafted content and a process that brought people to their foundation. These examples illustrate how effective podcasting can lead to substantial business growth, not just through attracting listeners but by fostering a community built on trust and authenticity. AUTHORITY THROUGH AUTHENTICITY Finally, we get into the importance of storytelling and focusing on the 'why' rather than the 'how' in podcasting. By consistently sharing your origin story and values, you transform your podcast into a platform that people bond with and return to for your unique personality and perspective. This episode is a treasure trove of actionable insights for anyone looking to not just start a podcast but to become an influential authority in their niche. Get ready to unlock the secrets to becoming a trusted voice in your industry. Let me help you develop your level of influence and become the "go to" authority in your niche. The Top 3 Strategies My Clients Are Currently Using To Generate Multi 5 Figure Months

This episode is inspired by a conversation I was having with someone in my DMs who wanted to know how my clients generate multi five figure months. So, today I'm sharing with you the top three strategies my clients are currently using that have proven to be highly effective in attracting leads, converting them into paying customers and ultimately increasing revenue. There is so much advice out there on how to level up in the online space, however I believe if you implement these three practical strategies in your business, you'll start to see the growth you really want:1. A Clear Sales FunnelThe first strategy that my successful clients implement is having a clear sales funnel. What do I mean by that? Firstly, they not only know how to generate leads, but they understand where those leads come from. They're brilliant at using multiple traffic sources, including their own platforms like email and social media, as well as paid advertising and borrowed traffic. I talk about how to warm up those leads, such as building relationships, delivering value through a signature framework and creating the Know Like Trust factor that will continue to draw in your ideal clients.2. Organic & Paid Marketing CombinationWhile organic reach has been declining, my clients understand the power of paid marketing and its ability to save time and effectively reach new audiences. Running paid ads through platforms like Facebook and Instagram have proven to be amazing for my clients to amplify their brand presence and attract quality leads. The good news is that you absolutely can still create incredible organic success by sharing valuable content consistently and engaging with your audience authentically - the key is to strike a balance and find the right mix that works for your specific target audience3. Running Conversion EventsConversion events include challenges, masterclasses and webinars, which give you the ability to engage with your audience, share valuable insights and pitch your offers. To make these conversion events successful, my clients follow a few key principles. First, they choose topics that offer a unique perspective or present information in a new and exciting way. Second, they focus on delivering high-quality value during these events, ensuring that attendees walk away with actionable takeaways. Finally, they seamlessly transition from delivering value to offering their products or services as the next step. While I highly recommend incorporating these three strategies into your business, I also encourage you to take time to understand your ideal clients and customise the steps to fit your unique brand and audience. I hope this episode gives you the clarity you need so you can go into Q2 focused and ready to have your best quarter yet! Connect with Ellie: Be the first to know when doors open to the Swiftmind Scaled Mastermind (the ONLY chance to be coached by me in 2024): https://ellieswift.com/mastermind Website:         https://www.ellieswift.com/Instagram:     @elliehswiftFacebook Group:     www.facebook.com/groups/shineonsocialellieswift/

The Bacon Podcast with Brian Basilico | CURE Your Sales & Marketing with Ideas That Make It SIZZLE!

The concept of “Know – Like – Trust” has been around for a while. It is commonly attributed to author Bob Burg (Endless Referrals and The Go-Giver). Another person attributed to the concept is sales trainer Michael Goldstein, who talked about buyers needing to experience “confidence, affinity, and empathy” before making purchases. No matter who originated it or how you phrase it, it's undoubtedly a foundational process to making a sale. When I say process, it's one foot in front of the other sequence. Yet many business people try to hop over the like part and go from know to trust. Know, Like, and Trust has three distinct phases when it comes to marketing to build relationships. One of the critical principles that muddies the water when it comes to business-to-business relationship marketing is the concept that your business is trying to appeal to the largest audience possible. In business, sales are the KPI that drive everything from employee compensation, innovation budgets, and, in some cases, investor and shareholder enthusiasm. The concepts of Know, Like, and Trust are intertwined, yet each has its own purpose, process, and performance metrics. One last key thing to remember is that marketing people are part of your sales team, and salespeople are part of your marketing team.

Imagine making $500,000 dollars from one email. Today's guest actually did this, and she's giving you a word for word copy of said email in a doc to peruse AND participate in conversation with her later in this episode. Meet Merel Kriegsman, a former cleaning lady turned self-made millionaire specializing in high-end offers, and dedicated to helping you become the wealthiest woman in your lineage. While we love a good success story, we also recognize that overnight success is rarely a reality. The same is true of course with the $500K email, so Merel sets you up for success by first breaking down the exact long-term email newsletter formula that nurtured her audience to make a mammoth win like that possible. It'll come in the familiar phrase of “know, like, trust”, but I promise you Merel's specific approach to incorporating each element in your emails is so much more than a common cliche.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/gbBkL_kTvq8fo7Jc_0cjcFrumQY?utm_source=copy_urlThank you to our sponsors:Watch The Road to RISE Documentary by Comcast RISE: https://bit.ly/RISEQ123new_CCEO_PodcastManage all your social media accounts + access in-depth social analytics you can't find anywhere else with Metricool!
