Today I was joined by an incredible man who has shared his story of losing 100+ pounds to inspire and motivate others to change their lives. This man is Tony Reyes. At his heaviest Tony weighed 400 pounds, or 180 kilos for those of us in the UK. After the birth of his son, Tony realised that he had to lose the weight or he wouldn't be a part of his little boys future. Fast forward to now and Tony has not only lost the weight but has completed a marathon, a spartan race and is an ambassador for Bare Performance Nutrition.
