    Plan The Action, Not The Result!

Focusing solely on the results can create fear, which holds us back from taking any action at all--impeding us from experiencing the creativity and joy in the journey. Focusing only on the results is a defense mechanism we use to stay in control of a situation. However, this causes us to have expectations--and we know what that means...RESENTMENTS!
