Episode 263 of the Transition Drill podcast explores military career transition and rebuilding your identity after service for veterans and first responders navigating the move into civilian life. You'll hear retired Navy Senior Chief Timothy Henderson on leaving behind nearly three decades in uniform, and what it takes to turn military experience into a meaningful next chapter.Tim grew up in Chicago's Cabrini-Green projects surrounded by gangs, drugs, and limited examples of what life could become. After losing both parents young, becoming a father as a teenager, getting into trouble, and nearly losing his direction, a judge pushed him toward a military recruiter. He joined the Navy in 1997.What began as one enlistment became a 27-year career. Tim went from an undesignated sailor to Gunner's Mate, serving aboard ships, in San Diego and Japan, with Naval Special Warfare, in training commands, and ultimately in senior leadership. Along the way, mentors changed how he viewed education, leadership, professional development, and preparing for the day the uniform came off.Tim didn't wait until retirement to think about what came next. He built relationships, developed his network, and lined up civilian work before leaving service. Still, employment didn't eliminate the challenge of separating Tim Henderson from Senior Chief Henderson.Today, he's a civilian department head at Navy Munitions Command while pursuing public speaking, mentoring, process-improvement consulting, and plans for a future business focused on ethical AI. His story shows why transition isn't simply finding another job. It's figuring out who you're becoming next.CONNECT WITH THE PODCAST:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/paulpantani/WEBSITE: https://www.transitiondrillpodcast.comLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulpantani/SIGN-UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER:https://transitiondrillpodcast.com/home#aboutQUESTIONS OR COMMENTS:paul@transitiondrillpodcast.comCHAPTERS0:00:00 — Intro: The Decision That Changed Everything0:00:46 — Growing Up in Cabrini-Green0:08:05 — Trouble, Loss, and Losing Direction0:10:51 — Fatherhood at Seventeen0:13:08 — A Judge Offers Another Path0:20:30 — Joining the Navy in 19970:28:44 — Reenlisting Before 9/110:30:43 — Finding His Calling as a Gunner's Mate0:35:13 — Going Home Changed His Perspective0:42:30 — Trouble in the Navy and a Second Chance0:44:34 — Stop Living for Other People0:47:24 — The Leaders Who Gave Him a Clean Slate0:50:31 — Earning His Way to SEAL Team One0:57:31 — Responsibility Changed the Sailor0:59:30 — Finally Making Navy Chief1:00:21 — Why He Stayed Beyond 20 Years1:04:52 — Education as Personal Growth1:11:32 — Preparing for Life After the Navy1:15:16 — When the Uniform Is No Longer You1:18:12 — Building the Next Mission1:23:36 — Your Transition Is Your Own1:26:27 — Outro: The Next Chapter BeginsSPONSORS:GRND Collective: Premium, veteran-owned sportswear built for those who show up, outwork the excuses, and give 100%. Do you find yourself constantly criticizing yourself? Maybe you made a mistake at work and can't stop replaying it. Maybe you lost your patience with your kids and spent the rest of the day feeling guilty. Maybe you didn't get everything done and immediately started thinking about what you should have done differently. For many Christian women, especially working moms, being hard on yourself can become so normal that you don't even recognize it anymore. You expect yourself to be patient, productive, organized, spiritually consistent, emotionally healthy, available to your family, successful at work—and somehow still have enough energy left at the end of the day. And when you don't meet those expectations, you don't simply think, "I could have handled that better." You think, "What's wrong with me?" In this episode of the Faith Led Working Moms Podcast, we're talking about self-criticism, perfectionism, guilt, and the pressure to get everything right. More importantly, we're looking at what God's Word says about our identity, our failures, and the difference between biblical conviction and condemnation. You don't have to become perfect to be faithful. And you don't have to punish yourself in order to grow. In this episode, you'll discover: Why you may be much harder on yourself than you realize How perfectionism can create a constant feeling of never being good enough The difference between conviction and condemnation Why your mistakes don't determine your worth or identity How to recognize when self-criticism has crossed the line into shame Why biblical grace doesn't mean ignoring sin or avoiding responsibility How to respond differently when you mess up A simple practice for replacing harsh self-talk with biblical truth How to stop measuring your worth by your productivity, performance, or ability to keep everything together Romans 8:1 reminds us that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. That doesn't mean we never need correction. It means we don't have to live under a constant sentence of shame. God can show us where we need to grow without telling us that we're worthless because we haven't arrived yet. Maybe you don't need to become harder on yourself. Maybe you need to learn how to receive God's grace while continuing to faithfully grow. A question to reflect on this week: Would I talk to someone I love the way I talk to myself? When you catch yourself thinking, I'm failing, I should be doing more, I can't get anything right, pause and ask: Is this conviction—or condemnation? Then ask God to show you what is yours to repent of, what is yours to learn from, and what you need to release to Him. You can take responsibility without tearing yourself apart. You can grow without shaming yourself. And you can be imperfect and still deeply loved by God. If you're ready to create more balance in your life: If you're tired of feeling like you're constantly trying to keep up, Faithfully Balanced was created to help working Christian moms identify what matters most, establish healthier priorities and boundaries, and build rhythms that actually work in real life. Happy Sunday, Heal Squad! Welcome to The Sunday Set Up, part of our new Heal Squad Weekend. Life lessons to help you start the week. This week, we explore why so much of life comes back to letting go… of outcomes, expectations, and the belief that happiness is waiting somewhere on the other side of the next accomplishment. We talk about the advice “not postpone your happiness,” and how easy it is to convince ourselves we'll be happy WHEN: we get the promotion, the money, the relationship, the house, or finally accomplish the thing we've been chasing. We talk growth mindset, doing your best without being attached to the outcome, and how sometimes real growth isn't pushing the rock harder…it's realizing you can finally put it down. We go deep into Kev's Speaker Emporium and Pagers, conversion vans, 80s sound systems, ”play personnel” skating-rink hot chocolate, the questionable love of vending-machine chicken soup, and the arrival of Halloween decorations. This week, ask yourself: What happiness am I postponing? What am I pushing too hard to control? And what might happen if I did my best… and then simply let go? Have a great week, Heal Squad. You don't lose your life all at once. You lose it one unchecked default at a time. Most capable men aren't failing because they lack ambition, talent, or potential. They're drifting. They're winning at work but losing control of their habits. They're taking care of everyone else while neglecting themselves. They're busy every day—but no longer certain that the life they're building is actually the life they want. And the dangerous part?Success can hide drift. In this episode, I break down why high-performing men drift and how to stop living on autopilot and start living by design. We'll unpack:Default vs. Design — why your life will default to whatever you fail to intentionally designThe Self-Leadership Ladder — moving from Default → Desperation → Desire → Discipline → DesignWhy outward success can mask inward inconsistencyThe hidden cost of repeatedly breaking promises to yourselfHow to build a Daily Battle Rhythm that turns your priorities into standardsThis isn't about finding more motivation. It's about becoming the man who doesn't need to negotiate with himself every morning.Because your calendar is building something.Your habits are building something.Your standards are building something. The question is: Are they building the man you actually want to become? If you're tired of starting over, falling off, and rebuilding alone, Built Not Born is about developing the structure, standards, brotherhood, and accountability required to stop drifting and start living by design.Stop drifting. Don't Retire from Purpose Chris Maduri on Identity, Faith & Your Second Act

Send us Fan MailRetirement should be the beginning of your next meaningful chapter—not the end of your purpose. What happens when your career ends and the title, routine, responsibilities, and identity that shaped your life suddenly change? In this powerful episode of the Remarkable People Podcast, David Pasqualone sits down with Chris Maduri, founder of Vibrant Retirement, to explore how to find purpose after retirement, rebuild your identity beyond work, deepen your faith, and create a meaningful second act.Chris shares much more than retirement advice. He opens up about his own remarkable journey through adoption, struggles with identity, the devastating loss of his best friend, alcohol, divorce, multiple DUIs, jail, and the spiritual transformation that followed.During one of the lowest seasons of his life, Chris began reading the Bible, slowing down, becoming still, and developing a deeper relationship with God. That process helped him begin seeing himself differently—not according to his failures, income, career, achievements, or the opinions of other people, but through a completely different understanding of identity, grace, responsibility, and purpose. In this conversation, you'll discover:• Why financial preparation alone does not prepare you for retirement• How career and achievement can become dangerously connected to identity• Why you should begin designing your “second act” years before retirement• How to balance work, family, health, faith, and enjoying life now• Why stillness, prayer, listening, and self-awareness matter• How Chris rebuilt his life after addiction, DUIs, divorce, and jail• Why failure does not mean your life or purpose is over• How small acts of service can reveal a much larger purpose• Why purpose ultimately has to extend beyond yourself• How to stop endlessly preparing and begin taking meaningful action• Why you do not need to be perfect before you can add value to someone else's lifeOne of Chris's most powerful insights from the episode:“If you're looking for purpose, it has to be outside of you. No one's purpose is to help themselves.”Whether you are 25, 45, 65, approaching retirement, already retired, experiencing a major life transition, or simply wondering, “What does God want me to do next?”—this conversation is for you.Your career may eventually end.Your job title may change. But if you are still here, your life still matters—and there is still good you can do.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Have you ever wondered if the reason you feel stuck isn't because you don't know who you are... but because you've spent years hiding parts of yourself to make other people comfortable? In this episode, I'm joined by journalist, editor, and author Stacey Lindsay to explore what it really means to become more of yourself. We talk about why getting older can be one of the most freeing and creative experiences of your life, how to stop living for other people's expectations, and why your 40s might just be the beginning of your most authentic chapter yet. From this conversation, you'll learn:-Why so many of us shrink ourselves to make others comfortable.-How to stop living by other people's expectations.-Why courage is built through small, everyday choices.-How to reconnect with the parts of yourself you've hidden.-Why your 40s can be one of the most creative and empowering seasons of your life.Whether you're approaching 40 or simply longing to feel more like yourself, I hope this  conversation reminds you that it's never too late to become who you've been all along.

But on this tactical Thursday, we are putting an end to the drift. We've already talked about the brutal cost of being undecided, reactive versus decided, and building a code. Today, we are putting boots on the ground with five immediate, daily actions to turn your principles into permanent guardrails. If you do not have rules decided in advance, you are not free; you are just up for grabs for whatever storm or mood hits you next. Here is your daily execution protocol to take back control of your life: Write down your principles: List three lines you have decided in advance that you will never cross. For me, in business, that is integrity, honesty, and an uncompromising belief in God, peace, freedom, and family structure. Decide within the hour: Kill one lingering decision that is holding you back today. Cut off that toxic relationship, make the business call, or stop that bad habit. Stop waiting and make the choice right now. Debrief one failure: Look at a recent mistake, ask yourself what it actually cost you, and extract the wisdom so you can learn from it. Every failure is tuition you paid to get smarter. Build one guardrail: Stop relying on hope and willpower. Turn that lesson into a system so you can make sure the mistake does not repeat itself. Reflect before bed: Every night, ask yourself the ultimate question: Did I lead my life by principle, or did I lead by mood? Stop letting your feelings run the show and start standing on principles that do not bend. Warriors Rise! #159: On today's episode, Han jumps on for a SOLO episode all about discipline: how to build success, why discipline is a skill you can actually develop, and how staying present can completely change the way you view discipline as you approach personal growth, success, and your mental health.Han gets into one of the questions she gets asked most: how do you stay so motivated? The truth is, she doesn't. Motivation comes and goes. But when motivation falters, discipline is something you can learn to rely on.She breaks down why she doesn't believe disciplined people are simply born that way, why discipline is a skill that can be strengthened and flexed over time, and why so much of building discipline comes down to staying present and learning to keep promises to yourself.Han gets into:Why discipline matters more than motivationHow discipline can actually be developed and strengthened over timeWhy consistency often matters more than talent, intelligence, or qualificationBuilding confidence and self-trust by keeping small promises to yourselfWhy the promises you make to yourself don't need to be massive to create meaningful changeCreating consistency through small, low-stakes daily actionsWhy staying present is one of the most important parts of becoming disciplinedHow constantly thinking about where you “should” be can make it harder to take actionThe pressure to be more successful, make more money, feel more healed, or be further along than you areWhy obsessing over the end goal can actually work against your personal growthHow to know where you're going without thinking about the destination every single dayFocusing on what actually moves the needle forward todayHow small, consistent actions compound over timeAdjusting your expectations of what the journey toward success is supposed to look and feel likeLearning to trust yourself and the process even when you can't see immediate resultsSmall ways that Han stays disciplined in her mental health and wellnesss routines & MORE!This episode is for anyone who is struggling to stay consistent, who's procrastinating on taking action, or feeling overwhelmed by how far they still have to go. If you're working toward becoming more successful, mentally well, confident, disciplined, or simply becoming someone you can rely on, this episode is a reminder to know where you're going, come back to today, and trust that what you do consistently will compound over time.CONNECT with HAN:follow Han herefollow HOW I SEE IT herefollow Han on Substack herewatch HOW I SEE IT on YouTube hereshop the podcast merch herework with Han: howhanseesit@gmail.comTIMESTAMPS:00:00 — Discipline, Success & Staying Present00:30 — Welcome Back / Feeling Better01:45 — Why I'm Talking About Discipline02:13 — Motivation vs. Discipline03:15 — Discipline Is a Skill You Can Develop03:35 — Why Consistent Action Creates Success04:15 — Building Confidence by Keeping Small Promises04:43 — Why Success Requires Staying Present05:53 — Stop Living in the “Helicopter View”06:11 — Why Obsessing Over the End Goal Makes Discipline Harder07:20 — Daily Action & the Compound Effect08:07 — Changing Your Expectations of the Journey09:26 — Starting Before You Have Everything Figured Out09:46 — Procrastination, Overthinking & Getting Stuck in the Big Picture11:46 — How I Build Discipline in Business12:44 — Structure, Scheduling & Staying Organized13:55 — The Daily To-Do List & Keeping Promises to Yourself17:04 — Discipline in Mental Health & Therapy18:03 — Discipline With Fitness & Physical Health19:37 — Supplements, Skincare & Everyday Commitments21:40 — The Compound Effect Beyond Money22:50 — Anyone Can Build Discipline24:26 — The Real Key: Showing Up for Yourself24:40 — Why Success Is in the Journey, Not the End Goal25:00 — Applying Discipline to Healing, Happiness & Being Present25:31 — Final Thoughts26:01 — Outro

Most people live in a circular world, running the same Groundhog Day over and over instead of moving in a known direction. In this solo episode, John Kitchens breaks down straight line coaching, a framework for getting yourself and the people you lead out of that cycle and moving from point A, where you are, to point B, where you want to go, as fast as possible. John unpacks why a coach or leader is the guide in someone else's story, not the hero, and why the fastest path forward comes down to operating with both wisdom and power. He walks through the maze exercise he uses with clients, Mel Robbins' five-second rule for breaking through paralysis, and why real commitment only happens once you have reverse engineered exactly what it will take to get there. The throughline: it is not more information that moves people forward. It is transformation. Key Topics Covered: The difference between living in the circular world and moving in a straight line Why a coach or leader is the guide, not the hero, in someone else's story Wisdom versus power: awareness and accountability versus the choice to shift Using clear distinctions to build awareness and make better choices Why transformation, not more information, is what actually moves people forward The maze exercise: finding the fastest path from where you are to where you want to go Mel Robbins' five-second rule for breaking through paralysis Real commitment: reverse engineering the required actions before you commit Wanting versus creating, and why wanting drains the energy you need to get there Notable Quote: "Wanting robs us of the energy that's going to allow us to ever get it." — John Kitchens Connect With Us: Ready to buy back 15-plus hours a week without guessing between AI and hiring? On this episode of “Tommy Talk,” Tommy discusses why we have to stop letting other people’s timelines dictate our own. We look around and compare ourselves to where other people are in their lives. Maybe your friends are getting married, having huge business wins, buying their dream house, or having their second child, and you find yourself wondering, "Why am I not achieving any of that?” Maybe at 40 you’re starting over in your career, healing from a traumatic breakup, or finally chasing a dream you were told you should have pursued years ago. Just because things happen on a different timeline doesn’t mean you don’t have it "figured out." Somewhere along the way, we convince ourselves that we are falling behind in life. This episode challenges that and reminds you that you are not behind. You are on the timeline and path you are meant to be on. Subscribe, rate, and leave a written review if you enjoy this conversation! Today let's explore the difference between building a life intentionally and spending your energy avoiding failure. Real discipline isn't about pushing yourself to the limit every single day. It's about staying connected to yourself, operating from a calm headspace, moving at a deliberate pace, and consistently making decisions that support the life you're trying to build. We talk about why self criticism keeps so many people stuck, how to recognize when you're creating unnecessary mental battles, and why making small adjustments is often more powerful than trying to overhaul your entire life overnight. I also share why "playing to win" isn't about perfection. It's about trusting yourself, redirecting when needed, and continuing to move forward without making every setback mean something about your worth. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or caught in the cycle of starting over, this episode will help you rethink what long term success actually looks like.If you want to go deeper into these everyday conversations, sign up for the weekday Journal Prompt Emails at yourlevelfitness.com/emailEach prompt is designed to help you reflect on the daily topic, strengthen your mindset, and build a more intentional relationship with yourself, one day at a time.

On today's podcast I chatted with author and marriage and family therapist, Kristen Mosier. Kristen, originally from the Bronx in New York chatted about her life and career, and in particular the change of pace she experienced when she moved to New Jersey. Her new book 'Restless - How to Stop Living an "If Only" Life' challenges how so many of us are living our lives, always chasing the next thing and never truly satisfied with where we are in ourselves. She speaks about how to be more present in our lives and how we can all make better decisions when we use our own inner compass by adhering to our personal values. While society has us programmed to keep pushing forward we need to be sure that this doesn't have us permanently restless. I unpack the psychology behind why people lose respect when they abandon their own values in an effort to please others. We also dive into concepts like validation, the sociometer, emotional boundaries, and the importance of living in alignment with your principles. According to history, my life wasn't supposed to amount to much. Divorced. Single mom raising two babies on my own. And then I lost my two anchors in this world. Any one of those things could have taken me completely out of the game — but what happened to me was never meant to be my whole story. And friend, neither was yours.Friend, I'm getting personal about the years I spent stewing in what happened — and the simple three-step process that helped me step out of it, reclaim my power, and build a life I am genuinely in love with. Because you are not what happened to you. You are the one who gets to decide what you will do with it and what you will build instead. If you have ever felt defined by your past, stuck in the why and the how-could-they, or like the hard things you've been through have quietly staked a claim over your future — this episode is for you.WE'RE TALKING:→ Why we get stuck in the story of what happened — and why it's keeping you from the future you actually want→ The difference between giving something its airtime and giving it all of your time→ Why the hero's journey resonates with all of us and what that means for your own story→ The three-step process to reclaim your power and your position: process and release, reclaim your power, and define your new story→ Why healing is not something you Amazon Prime your way through — and how to grant yourself grace in the process→ How falling in love with yourself opens the door for everything elseTIMESTAMPS:00:00 My Story Isn't Over01:35 You Decide What's Next04:21 Grief Changed Everything06:36 Stop Living the Before08:13 Who Will You Become10:14 Create Heaven on Earth11:03 The How Better Questions12:24 Self Love Two Step15:47 Grace Over Timelines16:45 Write Your New Story19:03 Final EncouragementTHE SELF LOVE 2-STEP REMIXKnowing is one thing — but we don't just talk about it around here, we ‘be' about it. Here's your remix for this episode:Step 1 — Process and release. Honor the story. Do the work. Get whatever support you need to walk through it. There is no shame in needing help — that is wisdom, not weakness. Just don't stay there. Open your hand and allow the release.Step 2 — Reclaim your power. You get to decide who you will be in spite of what happened — or because of it. Don't let a season assign you a permanent label. That power belongs to you.Step 3 — You get still. You get quiet. And you ask yourself: what is my heart telling me to do next? Whatever comes up is your next right aligned step. Not the whole plan — just the next move. Trust her, friend. She already knows.GET YOUR JOURNAL PROMPTSWant to go deeper on this episode? You're not just a people pleaser. You're running a survival response your nervous system learned to keep you safe. Most of us were taught that being agreeable, flexible, and endlessly giving was a virtue. Meg Josephson, a licensed psychotherapist and author of the New York Times bestselling book Are You Mad At Me?, says that pattern is actually a trauma response, and it's running your relationships, your sense of self, and your inner world without you even realizing it. The fawn response is the fourth threat response, alongside fight, flight, and freeze. It's the one we never get punished for. We get applauded. And that applause is exactly what makes it so hard to break. Meg breaks down the six archetypes it can take: the peacekeeper, the performer, the perfectionist, the chameleon, the caretaker, and the lone wolf. What it costs you isn't just your time or your boundaries. It's your identity. When you spend years morphing yourself to be liked in every room, you stop knowing what you actually want, feel, or believe. Meg went to a store after college and realized she didn't know her own favorite color. That's the depth of self-erasure people pleasing creates. The path out starts with one counterintuitive skill: learning to tolerate discomfort. Not fixing, not performing, not self-optimizing. Just pausing long enough to notice what's happening beneath the fawn response, and choosing something different. Are You Mad At Me? Is the life you're experiencing right now something you've been unconsciously creating — or are you creating from a place of purpose and intention?  Most of you know manifestation is one of my favorite topics to discuss! In this episode, I sit down with Papi DiNuzzo — wealth manager, manifestation coach, and author of Manifest Anything You Can Imagine — for a spontaneous, high-frequency conversation about what it really means to consciously create your life. We go beyond surface-level “law of attraction” ideas and into how your thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns may be shaping your reality in ways you may not even realize. We talk about why so many of us feel stuck in repeating patterns, how negative self-talk can influence what we attract, and why the first moments of your morning can be so important. Papi shares his perspective on the subconscious mind, energy, and why manifestation is not a quick fix but something you live and practice daily. We also explore gratitude, belief, and emotional alignment, along with how focusing on the past or worrying about the future can pull you out of the present moment where real change happens. We talk about the importance of getting clear on what you truly want and what it takes to begin creating from that place.  This conversation opens up a deeper look at purpose — why we're here, what we're here to create, and how much power we may actually have to shape our lives. High performance and burnout are not opposites. For a lot of people, they're the same thing wearing different clothes. This episode is for the professional who is achieving by every external measure and still feeling like something is off — because that feeling is data, not weakness. Nancy Gentle Boudrie joins Bryce to talk about the inside-out approach to career alignment: what it means to make regulated, values-driven decisions about your work instead of just reacting to demands and hoping things improve. Nancy brings neuroscience and mindfulness together in a way that's practical and direct — no meditation retreat required. This episode is for high-achievers who are tired of running on autopilot and ready to make intentional choices about where their energy actually goes. About Nancy Gentle Boudrie: Nancy Gentle Boudrie is a mindset coach, corporate wellness speaker, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of coaching experience and more than three decades of business leadership. She is the creator of the Pathway to Inner Peace — Featuring the 4R Method®, an evidence-based framework blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and energy mastery. She is also the founder of the Awaken with Light App, a digital platform offering mindfulness tools and live emotional resilience practices. What We Cover: Nancy's background and what led her to build a framework around inner peace for high performers What "living on autopilot" actually looks like in a demanding career The inside-out approach — why regulation and values alignment have to come before strategy Burnout as a signal, not a failure — what it's telling you and how to listen The 4R Method and how it works in real professional contexts How to evaluate whether you're in the right fit — job, role, or career path Finding the right fit through entrepreneurship vs. staying and building from within Where to find Nancy and how to work with her Key Takeaways: Autopilot isn't neutral — it's a slow drift away from what you actually want from your career Burnout in high performers often looks like more output, not less — it hides well Regulation comes before decision-making — you cannot make good career choices from a dysregulated state Values alignment is not a soft concept; it's a performance variable that shows up in your work, energy, and retention The question isn't always "should I leave" — sometimes it's "am I showing up as myself here" Resources + Links: Awaken with Light: https://www.awakenwithlight.com/ Guest LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nancyboudrie/

Most people don't realize they have a ceiling on their success. Not a skill ceiling. A preference ceiling. Brendon Burchard calls it the complexity ceiling, and it's the invisible line where your comfort wins over your vision. The highest performers in the world share one non-negotiable: their preferences never outrank their aspirational self. They don't wait to feel ready. They generate the feeling they need and act from that place. Brendon introduces his FREE framework (Feeling, Responsibility, Expression, Expansion), a four-part system for creating your internal state on purpose, every day, regardless of what's hitting you from the outside. It's the methodology he breaks down fully in High Performance Habits. Lewis and Brendon also go deep on what happens when you succeed beyond what you believed was possible, and why that moment can trigger imposter syndrome or total emptiness if your belief never caught up to your achievement.
