The Japanese have long embraced the benefits of walking in a forest. They call it Shinrin-Yoku which means the medicine of simply being in the forest. Forest bathing is a perfect way to take "thyme for you" to just relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with what is important. I believe for most of these differences, the more important issue is how we react to them rather than what actually happened. Do we become the victim?  Do we see opportunities?  Do we feel gratitude? We can master the art of blaming others and then we get caught in an undesirable pattern of behavior.  Where there's blame, there is no learning, no accountability, no open-mind inquiry, and no interest in understanding where accountability should lie.
