Weird week in the The Crows Nest, sadly a few of the band members have been unwell so this week Ronnie had to fly solo. He sat down and chatted to guitarist & frontman Rich and Drummer Robyn of British hard rockers STONE BROKEN. During the conversation they discussed life inside and out of the band since they last appeared on CrowCast (EP 18 on YOUTUBE) highs and lows. They also discussed their upcoming new album release REVELATION which available now to pre order, official release 22nd April 2022. And their Revelation UK tour that kicks off on the 20th April. Stone Broken are a British rock band, formed in 2013. They are from Walsall, West Midlands, England.Stone Broken comprises Rich Moss, vocals and guitar, Chris Davis, lead guitar, Robyn Haycock, drums and backing vocals, and Kieron Conroy, bass. The band self-released their debut EP, The Crow Flies, in 2014. Their first album, All In Time, was released independently in January 2016. Having signed to the Frontiers Records label later that year, the contract was subsequently dissolved and Stone Broken signed to the Spinefarm Records label in 2017. In 2018, the band released their second album, Ain't Always Easy. In late 2019, the debut album was re-issued on Spinefarm, and included a re-recording of their best known song, "Wait For You".This has been edited from an episode from our weekly show that streams LIVE @ 9pm Every Tuesday on Facebook LIVE, TWITCH and YOUTUBE.https://www.thosedamncrows.com/crowcastvideo See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

In this Bonus Episode, we feature an interview Brian did with Joel Cummins of Umphrey's McGee just prior to the band's July 7 show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. In addition to the interview, Joel requested we showcase the band's excellent jam off "Divisions" from July 5, the band's first performance of the song in 66 shows.Umphrey's McGee is a band that took both Dave & Brian some time to really "get." But once we did, they proved to be yet another obsession - much like Phish - with a wealth of music, history, and easter eggs one can get lost in for years before ever finding the bottom. In this interview, Brian & Joel discuss the band's dedication to fan service, what a great show feels like, why some songs weave in and out of the rotation, his own musical roots, and what he's listening to right now. All this prior to the band's third night at Red Rocks where they'd feature killer performances of "Dump City", "Women Wine & Song", "Ocean Billy", "Wappy Sprayberry" and "All In Time".Check us out on Spotify: Beyond The Pond Podcast SongsYou can find us on Twitter: @_beyondthepondMedium: https://medium.com/beyond-the-pondPlease check out the Osiris Podcast Network at: OsirisPod.com // Go to Relix.com to learn more about Osiris, our sister podcasts, & upcoming events! Please leave us a review on iTunes! Episode 30- "Ol' Hallows Dumpster Fire" Hello spooky basement buddies! Welcome to the halloween spectacular! Just because this is a special spooky episode does not mean that this episode would start any differently than any other. That means we jump right into a check in. After we get all up to date we mix things up a bit for our halloween special by doing a "Gory time with Dan". After that we hear not from kooky criminals, but "Spooky Kriminals" If the shitty grammer bothers you in these descriptions I have some instructions for you. First take your complaint and write it on a piece of paper. Then, take it to your nearest questions/comments/compaints mailbox. Next shove your head in said mailbox and yell yankee doodle dandy until your face turns red and we will recieve the complaint. Then do nothing with it. If you managed through that then you will be happy to know we move on to a special "Who's law is it anyway" next. After that we have a new segment called "Uncle Jeremys Shitty Gross Dusty Den". After the break we have a horror edition of "Would You Blather"? Its as gross as you would think it would be. Next we find out some spooky things that happened in the past in "All In Time". Lastly we try out another new segment called "Basement Bunker". You will find out how awesome it is when you listen to this episode after you are done reading this description. Episode 28- "Cock Rocks and kooks"In this very special episode of Basement Blather we bid Jimmy a proper adieu in the form of verbal harassment. It begins with our check ins where Jimmy mansplains his reasons for departure from The Commonwealth mostly by dodging questions. Next we do a "Storytime with Jeremy" in which we hear about an amputated bird which is actually a rock. After that we have brand new segment called "Whos Law is it Anyway?" We have to determine if the laws Jeremy tells us are true or false and which state the laws came from. Then we hear from some truely disturbed criminals in "Kooky Kriminals". Next we answer the important questions in life in "Would you Blather" After the break we go back in time as we do sometimes in "All In Time". To end the show we have a riveting debate about some seriously intelligent shit in "Master Debator". Listen at your own risk. Thanks again for listening. We love you all just a little bit.

HEY! Hey you. Welcome back to another episode of Basement Blather. Thank you for coming back time and time again to listen to us three idiots stumble our way through the english language. Per usual we start of with a check in that is thankfully much shorter than last weeks. Next we try a new take on our segment "All In Time" by allowing Jeremy to read us things that may or may not have happened in the past and we try to guess if they are real or not. Jimmy follows that segment up by giving us another mediocre shout out thats gross and uncalled for. Jeremy then gives us a sick "Storytime" about a man and his love for a cow. We are keeping it classy per usual. Lastly, before the break, we do a thing that we dont have a name for but its like last weeks would you rather segment. Directly after the break we jump into a special format of "Master Debation" in which we try to flip a coin to decide who is bating who and how many times we get to bate. We sure do love to bate. The first topic turns into another antisemitic shit show created by Jeremy which is nothing new if you are a frequent listener to this podcast. Also for some reason Jimmy simply cannot stop eating goldfish. After that we have another riveting segment of "Abusing the News" titled "Loopy Lesbian". Next we try out an segment that sort of doesnt translate to podcasts but we had a good laugh. Its called "Analyze the Image". Finally we close out the podcast with a segment called "Jimmy's Titties" in which we get a reaction from Jeremy on some titties on Jimmies phone.   Intermission:Night Owl by Broke For Free  S: Fantasy windchimes_northern87 by northern87 | License:Creative Commons 0Abusing the news intro: This is a jingle produced byalexschmidtmeister, a schoolradio group at a German high school for their newscastfrom freesound.org Equipment used: Halion and Nuendo"Analyze The Image" intro"thrill announcement.wav" by: zagi2 from freesound.orgdrum roll is buzz roll.wav by bigjoedrummer

Born in Terre Haute, Indiana and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky, WILL CALLERY fell in love with the sounds and songs of the South at a young age. Eventually, he headed for the West Coast where he developed his songwriting skills playing legendary coffeehouses and roadhouses. He ended up moving to Nashville where he worked as a staff writer for April-Blackwood Publishing (CBS). He rented an apartment on 17th Avenue and hung out with songwriters like the legendary Kris Kristofferson. In 1975, Country legend Willie Nelson recorded Hands On The Wheel - written by Will - for his concept album Red Headed Stranger which was released by Columbia Records. The song was also chosen as the title song for the movie The Electric Horseman which starrred Robert Redford and Jane Fonda. Will released a new album in November 2013 called All In Time which features 12 songs written and sung by a true storyteller.
