A tiny film called The Rise of Skywalker opens around the world today, so the Movie Mass Debaters got back together recently to put The Last Jedi to the test. Is it the crapfest a significant proportion of the fan-base believes, or is it a gem of a film which propelled the Star Wars universe in the direction of much-needed change? We Watched a Thing's B-Dizzle and Topher recruited Dean from The Movie Journey Podcast to take the side of light, while Dudi from Shaken Not Nerd turned Sam from Movie Reviews in 20 Q's and Paul to the Dark Side, all while Hendo (also from The Movie Journey podcast) presided over all to declare a winner. So kick back with this ahead your viewing of The Rise of Skywalker, or maybe listen in while basking in the warm glow of the end of The Skywalker saga. Either way, enjoy this Aussie/Kiwi podcasting mash-up! Sarah Marie Liddle has been a Pleasure Coach for over a decade and today I’m speaking with her not only about sexual pleasure but being open to all of life's pleasures. Pleasure can seem quite selfish– but Sarah Marie suggests we re-frame our beliefs around that – and by letting go of our association with “guilty pleasures” we allow ourselves to take pleasure in its entirety. We live in such a fast paced world now but by slowing down, being present and mindful, living with intention and attention your energy changes - you see things, feel things, experience things differently. When we can learn to let go of the ego and can step fully into ourselves, our relationship with the world changes – - we show up differently - life flows - we experience things from a place of love, and - we give the best version of ourselves – in life and in the bedroom. We discuss the steps we can take Let’s have fun and explore … all about pleasure. Sarah Marie Liddle, Pleasure Coach & Host of the Pleasure Rising Podcast is an Aussie-Kiwi obsessed with pleasure – a former lawyer turned pleasure coach. She shows you how to bring pleasure back into your life, relationships & business. Sarah has written for Thought Catalogue, Huffington Post, Elephant Journal, YFS Magazine and more. No alcohol. No flights. No light. Throw in some vampires. 30 Days of Night was released in 2007 and was based on a comic series of the same name. Director David Slade helmed the film after directing numerous music video's and 2004's cult horror classic 'Hard Candy'. Despite being set in northern Alaska the film was shot in New Zealand and half the cast was Aussie/Kiwi. 30 Days of Night centers around Barrow, Alaska and their (extremely fictional) 30 days of darkness during the winter. While the town is cut off from civilization by plane, sea or land - vampires decide to feast on the remaining townspeople. Sheriff Eben must keep the surviving townspeople safe for all 30 days before they can escape the merciless band of vampires. Join the TPM crew as they debate the best horror (and not so horror) comic book movie adaptions. Once Sin City rolls the debate and we agree Eva Green kills sequels, we bundle up to talk about 2007's Josh Hartnett-led '30 Days of Night'. Show Segments: Debate Topic (04:10): Best comic book adaption Movie Review (12:37): 30 Days of Night (2007) What Would You Do Differently?
