We have a special returning guest on the podcast this week! It's none other than Cameron Crick! We had such great feedback from our first episode with him (Episode 5) and encourage you to check it out if you haven't already! In this episode, we talk about what Cameron's first semester of college was like despite all of the current restrictions and changes. His college experience has been more positive than we have heard elsewhere about how students are coping in these times. My buddy Cameron Morgensen asked about podcasting, so I brought my stuff over on a Saturday morning. When I hit record to "test it out", I pulled out my list of questions, and he realized I had bamboozled him into being a guest! We captured an amazing conversation! Cameron is a great friend. He is smart, very articulate, and has some great stories to tell. Today, we talk about his nutrition and why he started fasting, his service in the Army, and the joy of riding bikes. Cameron also talked about gratitude, love, and kindness, which are all so important. These are the conversations that make me grateful for the amazing people in my life, and I'm so glad we got it recorded! This one is a gem. Personally, I learned how important these conversations are. I think we take our closest friends and family for granted. It makes me want to be a better listener, every day, with the most awesome people in my life. Find Cameron at- IG- mtbcameron
