Finn Thormeier claims to still have no clue about life after just turning 25. We heartily disagree and think he has more clues about life than 99% of 25-year olds. Especially about creating consistency in video content creation and publishing. Stephanie Biebel and Manuel discuss with Finn about different ideation and content creation strategies and mindsets, but also the variable effort behind what it takes to publish attractive content consistently.
Dropped out of college in 2017 because I was doing it for other people and not myself, flew from my hometown in Germany (Bremen) to NYC with no plans, documented the journey on social media, and built an audience of 35,000 followers across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram & Youtube). --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/thinkfuture/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/thinkfuture/support

Thank you so much for listening, Have a great week, Until next time :)
Old with no clue about life". Finn, 24, has built up a large LinkedIn audience over the past two years and is now helping CEOs of Startups to build their own. In this episode, he explains why posting valuable stuff is much more important than engagement engineering (or: playing with people's emotional triggers to generate followers) when we look into such variables as "generated leads" or "revenue" and why he is not wasting time convincing people to start themselves who have not bought into the idea yet.

Finn Thormeier and I first spoke over FaceTime last February. At that time Finn was a 21 year old who had recently dropped out of college and was dedicating a large amount of time into learning about cryptocurrency. I knew there was something special about Finn in that initial conversation. He had a unique honesty about himself and his day-to-day life. He’s taken this approach to social media and has been able to cut through the noise by simply being his authentic self. Fast forward to now, Finn is living in NYC creating content and trusting his gut every step of the way. Boasting at over 35,000 followers on Instagram, Finn helps others establish their own personal brands on the platform. This episode is all about trusting yourself, the process, and investing in the people you meet along the way.
