Why does it feel like you're constantly fighting an uphill battle against your own goals? I understand that feeling of pushing against an invisible wall, the resistance that creeps into every aspect of our lives, from our work to our personal growth. It's that nagging sense of knowing what you want, but constantly finding reasons to stay put. Today, let's unpack this together.  Resistance is a mix of our mind and heart telling us to stay safe, even when “safe” keeps us from our dreams. It shows up as procrastination, self-doubt, and those excuses that sound so convincing. But here's the truth: you can break free. ☑️ Learn to recognize your personal resistance patterns. Are you numbing out with endless TV, or are you creating “justified” excuses? Awareness is the first step to freedom. ☑️ Shift your mindset from fear to growth. Instead of asking “why,” ask “what” – what am I afraid of, and what incredible possibilities await me on the other side? ☑️ Embrace the discomfort. This is where your growth lives. Get comfortable feeling uncomfortable, and watch as your life transforms. Remember, resistance is normal, but it doesn't have to define you. By taking small steps and reframing your mindset, you can unlock a life of abundance, purpose, and joy. I encourage you to reflect on where resistance is showing up in your life and what you are holding back from. This Week on Tribe Builders: Adrian Smude—The Guy in Yellow I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Adrian Smude for this week's episode of Tribe Builders, and let me tell you—this guy is the epitome of having a vibe. Even the way I first heard about him was unforgettable… it involved a snowmobile and a yellow Speedo. Yes, really. And once I got him on the phone? The vibe continued. Adrian has carved out a niche in real estate that I didn't even know existed. He's spent the last 22+ years in the game, building deep relationships and leaning on those connections to navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape. He's built a name for himself as “the guy in yellow”—and I mean that literally. He only wears yellow when he leaves the house. Steve Jobs had his black turtleneck… Adrian's got a full-on sunshine uniform. In this episode, we cover: His journey from single-family homes to land and mobile homes Why he only buys within a 30-minute radius of one town How he leans into asking for help and building a strong community His thoughts on 80 hours vs. 40 hours of work The way he markets, networks, and shares what he's learned If you're looking for a fresh perspective, some solid real estate insight, and a whole lot of vibe—this episode's for you.   Follow & Connect with Adrian: Instagram @LifestyleREI Facebook @LifestyleREI + @adrian.smude LinkedIn @adriansmude youtube @LifestyleREI To check out his website, hikes, Elite Level Mastermind:  www.Lifestyle-REI.com Follow Tanya: Tiktok @tanyarooneymn   Instagram @tanyarooneymn   Facebook @tanya.rooney28   youtube @tanyarooneymn www.tanyarooney.com

In this episode of Lead Your Life, I'm exploring the powerful Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy. It's a universal principle that can completely transform how you approach your life, your goals, and your inner growth. This law tells us that energy can never be destroyed, only changed, and that includes you and me. We're constantly evolving and co-creating our lives. I believe that understanding how your mind, heart, soul, and body are interconnected is key to manifesting the life you truly desire. It's time to step into your power and transmute your energy. Here's what I cover in this episode: ☑️ Discover how your thoughts, as energy, shape your reality and how you can shift them to create new outcomes, diving into the mind-body connection. ☑️ Learn how your heart's inner convictions and desires act as magnets, attracting opportunities and experiences, and understanding how emotional wellbeing plays a role. ☑️ Explore how your soul's intuition and spiritual growth are essential for aligning with your purpose and living an authentic self, and why your physical health reflects this inner alignment. Our bodies reflect our inner states. When we align our thinking and hearts with our purpose, our bodies radiate energy, making us feel stronger and more resilient. I invite you to reflect on your own life. Are you aligned with the life you want? If not, remember, you have the power to transmute your energy and create a new outcome. Don't look at everything that can go wrong. Look at everything that can go right.Episode Highlights:Nick's journey showcases resilience and determination. From excelling in swimming and basketball to building a corporate and entrepreneurial career, he turned challenges into opportunities for growth. Despite early struggles in the US, he refused to give up, finding inspiration in his hardships.Childhood Memory:At age three, swimming lessons sparked a love for the sport.
