Ian Warner is a Canadian who loves sports. Growing up playing football, track was his way of improving his football game in the offseason. He never knew track would take him to the 2012 Olympic games in London, England. Ian shares his story with us of the trials and triumphs throughout his life and career as an athlete. However, I no longer think that after meeting Ian Warner, who is a former Olympic sprinter for the Canadian National Team, Iowa State Cyclone, founder & CEO of KHO Labs and author of the book “Endure: An Athlete’s Guide to Faith, Hope & Success.” Ian shares the same passion for sports injury prevention and helping athletes successfully transition to a life after sports that I do. On June 30, 2012, he finished second behind his brother, Justin, in the 100 meters at the 2012 Nationals Track & Field Championships in Calgary to make his first Olympic team.
